  1. It's sad to think this was Tony Lord's last story on the show (or close to last). This seems to be when they entered their very muddled years.

  3. There are a few photos of her around, not too many (Jackie). I posted one or two in the 1977 recaps. And that's Kathyrn Breech in the background isn't it? Claire Malis looks so old in that photo - she looked better in other shots.
  4. That's the sleaziest photo of John Schneider I've ever seen.
  5. AMCHistory's interview with Michael Tylo mentions that Tylo auditioned for the role of Greg Madden, but McTavish told him people would still associate him with Matt Connoly.
  6. Favorite triangles...I think there was huge potential for Rachel/Mac/Janice, and by extension, Mac/Rachel/Janice/Mitch. I'm sorry the show cut that short.
  7. I felt like they downplayed a lot of the Kathleen/Cass appeal for Cass/Frankie. I remember a scene where a big deal was made out of Cass no longer eating meat (which I don't think was ever mentioned before) and how this upset Kathleen. They were usually sullen, and Kathleen was very isolated. There was also this annoying need to have people who generally didn't even interact with Frankie by that time show up just to verbally abuse Cass or Kathleen - Dean being the usual culprit. I ended up not wanting Cass to be with either of them, which presumably wasn't the idea.

  10. I wonder if Chita can still high kick (as Helen Gallagher apparently can). Was Christine Jones still playing Viki during the costume party?
  11. I never knew Chita Rivera was on the show either - they should have cast her as Maria's mother.

  13. That's the closest I've ever seen to Uta Hagen on OLTL. I never knew Tommy Tune or Imogene Coca were on the show.

  15. That's interesting. I thought the Landers sisters were in primetime at this point, like that BJ and the Bear appearance. It's too bad Judy never went back to soaps - she would have fit in well on DAYS or AW in the 80's. Or AMC.
  16. And help inflict Kelly on the audience...
  17. I think this is March 16, 1982 recap
  18. I didn't know Judy Landers was on this show.
  19. Yes, she was (Judith). I just wish I had some photos of Christine actually in scenes. I think the only bit online is a Youtube clip where you see the back of her and temp Tina's head, or something. I have some more 1982 to go (one I've misplaced so I have been looking for that - no luck). I was going to ask if you were interested in 1983, or if you would rather I stop at 1982. I'm not sure when the point is that we begin seeing OLTL on Youtube. I think it's 83.
  20. 2-2-1982 Digest. I don't seem to have the last of this.
