I'm still seeing your Jen Lilley avatar. Laura is beautiful. I never cared for that "half my shirt is unbuttoned so you can see my navel" look.

One Life to Live Tribute Thread
I think it was just a gag photo, one of those "see the crazy photo we have on the last page" that SOD used to do.

Who was the chief of staff when AMC ended?

Family Affairs
He was Billy Walker, off and on (usually a year or two stints at the most) from 1961-1984. Billy was usually up to little good, although he did love his mother, Annie. His only real romantic pairing on the show was with Deirdre, which was cut short when he quit (she was put with Ray, the last good pairing Deirdre had). In his last stint he was cold and hard and used the Rovers for gambling, and he left town in shame, having to sell the pub to the brewery. I think the actor felt betrayed by that last story, as several other early cast members felt at that time. Thanks again for sharing these with us. I have a few of these but don't know where they are at the moment. I really appreciate the time and effort you are taking.

EastEnders: Discussion Thread
The part about Wendy made me tear up a little. I hope they won't stick her with Jack for long. He's beyond dead weight at this point; he's buried further than Den Watts.

Family Affairs
Thanks for sharing these. Did they gain any viewers from the explosion? Kind of gruesome to even let us know about the dead kids. I never liked Farrington on Emmerdale (a lot of contrived gruffness and ham acting), although he was good on Corrie. Did you enjoy him on this show?

ANOTHER WORLD 76 Amanda's conflict continues
Great job. Fascinating to see Bridget following in her mother's footsteps regarding blind faith in Reginald. Who is Cameron's son?

I'm sure the focus on Lujack annoyed Phillip fans. I'm not sure about others. I think the writing for Lujack was very balanced, from the little I've seen, but that's 30 years later. I'd take most of this but I don't think Hillary's death is acceptable even in 2012. I will never understand that decision.

And JFK denied that his religion would shape his views. I'm not sure if Romney has. Considering previous stories like Romney, in his capacity with LDS, shaming and guilting a woman who needed to have an abortion or she would die, I think this is a valid concern.

Santa Barbara Discussion Thread
Yes. Beyond that, she was involved with Dane Witherspoon (who played her boyfriend, Joe Perkins). He was abruptly fired, and she was very upset about this. She didn't get on well with a number of her love interests after this, including the replacement Joe, and apparently Mosely as well.

Probably. It's a very striking image. Robin was beautiful and usually did her best, rarely phoning it in. It's a shame her bad behavior then and bad memories now cloud what could have been a nice run.

Great articles! I never believed someone would become a star, but I was surprised Cibrain never made it bigger. Then again, he did have a few chances.

More cheap 9/11 and Pearl Harbor comparisons, and this man seems very proud of it. http://tpmdc.talking...?ref=fpnewsfeed
