  1. I just wonder how many viewers will have seen that. I don't have a problem with Rosita (she seems to be the main one of the group with a brain), but I wish they'd given her more of a role than posing.
  2. And yet episodes without him continue to rate just fine. That same article has griping about how Rick would never cast out a woman who killed two innocent people and felt no remorse for it. And Tyreese leaving the girls in the woods while he went to see what was going on, when he knew Lizzie was a crack shot and that with Judith as walker bait, the walkers would probably get to them even if he stayed with them and they tried to hide. I have complaints with the show but stuff like this annoys me.
  3. I think Daryl worked best early on as the live wire of the group. Once he became the rock, I lost interest. All the shipping wars over the character didn't help, nor do his fans who act like he's the only good thing on the show. I do think Norman's a good actor. Beth - I like her. I like that someone is in this world and isn't an awesome automatic killer. I like that she tries to keep her emotions in check but is still a scared young girl. I don't think she needs a lot of airtime, but I like her. I think she adds something different to the group. There's this idea that the only people who survive horrible catastrophes are BAMF ninja warriors, and that's often not true.
  4. Compared to something like Tyreese being swarmed by walkers and being unscathed, I thought this was believable enough. To me it's not about affording to get rid of Rick, it's that I don't see a reason to. Andrew Lincoln's a great actor who always goes all out and has good chemistry with most other actors on the show. Rick's not a genius and not the best leader, but he has a big heart, and when they don't go back to the crazy well too many times, he's a fascinating character. I love his relationship with Michonne and I love that he is a flawed man, one who expresses his emotions, instead of being yet another "snarky," pouting "anti-hero" who spends all his time shooting people in the head and then brooding in closeup to remind us of what a victim he is.
  5. I thought the show did a good job making this suspenseful. They kept cutting away to other stories and the scenes with Rick, until a longer portion after he got out from under the bed, were very short. I was much more bored by everything with Abraham and Daisy Duke and that idiot with the mullet. Mullet doesn't = hilarious. I'm not sure why this is used to replace personality. And the man was mumbling like Grady.
  6. That's part of it, but he also looked a little thinner in the face.
  7. That's beautiful. I hadn't seen it before. Don Stewart looks different.
  8. I think that WWHL trying to downplay Nene's comments shows that Bravo will still support her...but that it was brought up at all means they know it's becoming a problem.
  9. Some footage here of some celebration for Hunter and Michael Tylo, circa 1987 or 1988. Guests include Susan Lucci, Ruth Warrick, Kathleen Noone, Carmen Thomas, Julia Barr, Lauren Holly, Robin Christopher, etc. I think I see Silver #1 in there too. (real Silver #1)
  10. He reminds me of Louie Greco on AMC in the mid-90s. Yes they do seem Luke and Laura esque. It's a good promo. I can see why the ratings went up in these years.
  11. They may feel like there are too many people as friends this season to have them at the reunion.
  12. What does Mindy Kaling have against Michonne?
  13. Awesome scenes with Rick defending himself in the house. I'm so glad they have this and not just that shitface Abraham.
  14. How stupid is Abraham, to respond to that punch from Glenn with a hissy fit and to keep going when there were walkers around? And the dumbass with the mullet can't even shoot a gun. I can't stand this group. I wanted Glenn to kill him.
  15. Terrific scene with the man seeing Rick under the bed and leaving us wondering whether he would alert the other guy to his presence before he died. So suspenseful.
  16. Seeing Michonne confide all of this in Carl and showing more of herself to him is such great character development. It's so difficult for her to talk about, yet you can also tell she's relieved at getting the words out.
  17. This is scaring the crap out of me. Poor Rick.
  18. So much Grimes family goodness in this (I'm including Michonne as part of the Grimes family).
  19. This guy is a [!@#$%^&*] for brains. Slowly taunting walkers all while giving them the chance to munch on those fat arms of his. Why am I supposed to find this cool? And why does he dye his hair to look like a mascot from Wendy's? I love the Michonne/Carl relationship. Poor Carl.
  20. Ted was one of the most realistic characters on the show. I thought the actor was one of the show's best, and his relationship with the drug addict (Blake?) had some of the best chemistry of any couples. I thought he and Emmett were best as friends and I wish they'd kept them that way. I never thought Brian was all that hot. He seemed somewhat plastic to me, and the first few years felt like an endless smirk. I did care more over time. I liked Ben a lot.
  21. I think RHOA last season felt that way more because of Kenya, and because Kim left in a very ugly way, oncamera. RHOBH, the new women have mostly been ciphers, and most of the conflict has felt stale and familiar from earlier seasons. When I think of Melissa I think of her having to furiously backpedal from the yay-marital-rape stuff in her book. She was trying so hard to be cute and coy about her and her man, and she lost all touch with what her audience would want to see.
  22. Don't worry about it. I'm still getting caught back up anyway (I recently rewatched Leanna's talk show debut episode, which I loved...skipped everything with drippy Nan though - I think I left some choice comments about that story on your old videos).
