Cross Creek:

There is a knock at the door. Reva and Josh answer. Reva screams, "Shayne!"

Shayne walks in ,"Hi guys."

Josh hugs him, "Son! What are you doing here?"

"I'm in town. I wanted to surprise you!"

Reva is in tears, "I can't believe it's you!"

"It is Mom it's me. I'm home."

Reva and Josh smile at their son.

Mallet House:

Vanessa and Billy are sitting on the couch.

Vanessa is worried, "Where is Maureen?"

Dinah walks over, "Come on Mom you know how teenage girls can be."

Mallet looks outside. "Someone's coming."

They all hide.

The door opens.

"SURPRISE!!!!!"

They are disappointed to see it's Matt and Julie.

Spaulding Mansion:

Mindy walks into the study, "Alan how did it go?"

"We took the test."

"And?"

"We have to wait."

"Oh God! Are you kidding me?"

"Looks like you'll be here a while."

"Alan I can't stay here forever."

"Oh yes you will. Until I get my daugher."

"Okay well I want a bigger room."

Mindy sees Natalia walking in.

She pulls Alan into a kiss.

Mallet House:

Dinah goes to call Maureen.

Vanessa walks over to Matt, "Hello."

Dinah calls Maureens phone. There is no answer.

Maureen is getting covered with snow. Her cellphone is ringing on the ground.

She still isn't moving.

PART TWO:

Cross Creek:

Reva and Josh are talking with Shayne, "So now I'm home."

"Well you had quite the adventure huh son?"

"Yeah I guess. I can't believe this place is in Springfield now!"

Reva smiles, "Well I'm sure Vanessa and Billy would love for you to stay here."

"Oh I actually got a place with a friend."

Josh is confused, "Son don't you want to spend time with your family?"

"Oh yeah. I'll be back. I better go over there and pack."

Reva is upset, "But you just got here."

"I know. I'll be back. I gotta go drop some things off."

Reva gives him a kiss, "Okay. Call your sister!"

"I will."

Shayne walks outside. He makes a call, "Hey... Yeah I just me with them.... I'll see you there.... I love you too... Bye."

Mallet House:

Vanessa walks over to Dinah and Mallet, "I'm getting very worried."

Mallet looks at the machine, "Hey we got a message."

They play it. Vanessa and Dinah are horrified to Maureen getting attacked.

Vanessa screams, "Oh my God!"

Matt comes over.

Mallet grabs him, "Come on we're gonna go find her."

Dinah and Vanessa sit on the couch and wait.

Spaulding Mansion:

Mindy smiles and walks out.

Natalia walks by Alan, "So what's her name again?"

Alan clears his throat, "Uh.. Mindy Lewis."

"Oh she's related to Dylan?"

"Yes as a matter of fact she is."

"I thought you hated the Lewis family."

"Well I'm not marrying her."

"Oh I see." Natalia walks to the hall.

Alan stops her, "Why do you care?"

"I don't."

"Natalia you do."

Natalia pushes him and walks to her room.

Main Street:

Matt and Mallet are walking around.

Mallet looks around, "Okay the guy in the store said she was just in there buying a pink purse."

Matt's upset, "Maureen loves pink."

Mallet grabs him, "Hey we're gonna find her."

Matt looks behind Mallet, "No!" He picks up the torn bag.

Mallet gets on his phone.

Matt calls Maureen again. This time they here the ring.

They look down the steps and see a person at the bottom.

Matt goes running, "Maureen!"

Mallet gets on his phone and calls the ambulence.

Matt holds his daughter who isn't moving, "Oh sweetheart it's Daddy! Wake up! Wake up Baby! Please wake up. Please!"

The Beacon:

A young man walks up and to get a room.

The man at the desk asks him questions, "How long will you be requiring the room?"

"Um at least a month I guess. We'll be here that long."

"Oh two beds?"

He laughs, "No we sleep in one."

"Are you visiting family."

"Maybe. I have to see how things go."

The man hands him a key, "Enjoy your stay in Springfield Mr. Cooper."

"Thanks I will." He takes the key and goes up to his room.

It's a snowy day in Springfield...

Main Street:

Maureen is in a department store. She promised Dinah she'd be home soon. It's her birthday! She is wearing a bracelet that was her mother's. She is buying a new purse. She walks outside. She drops she drops her cell phone and it rolls down the steps behind a building. Maureen goes to get. She soon here's foot steps.

Cross Creek:

Josh is moving his stuff out. Reva walks in, "Oh Billy. I need your help..." She realizes Josh is there, "Oh. Where is everyone?"

"They went to a surprise party for Maureen."

"Oh. I'll come back later."

"Wait what do you need help with?"

"Oh nothing."

"Come on what is it?"

"My car is stuck in the snow. I had to walk over hear."

"Oh I'll see what I can do."

"No Joshua really..."

"Reva it's fine."

Reva hesitates but goes outside with him.

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia is moving stuff to get ready for Josh. There is a knock at the door. Olivia opens it. Bill walks in, "Hey where's Emma?"

"She's getting ready."

Bill is getting ready to take Emma home. He notices Olivia's suite, "So what's going on?"

"Oh Josh. He's moving in."

"Oh I didn't realize he was moving out of Cross Creek."

"Yeah well we're taking a step in a our relationship."

"Oh."

Olivia walks over to him, "Bill is this about the other day?"

Bill gets ready to speak when Ava walks in, "What about the other day?"

Olivia and Bill are silent.

Frank's Car:

Frank and Mel are driving around. Mel is worried, "Frank, we've been together for a while now."

"Yeah."

"How long is this going to go on?"

"I thought you were enjoying it."

"I am but how long can we keep this a secret. I mean can we even tell people about...."

"About?"

"Us."

Frank realizes how serious they've become.

The Beacon:

Remy and Blake are in the room. Remy is going over the case, "So the stalker hasn't contacted you in a while that's good."

"Well I mean... I guess. I just still feel worried."

"Blake we don't even know how serious this is. You've gotten a few mysterious phone calls and letters. Maybe someone has a crush on you."

"I don't think so."

"Well I might not be staying with you very long after all."

"Oh."

"What? Are you gonna miss me?"

Blake rolls her eyes but secretly is scared of the thought of Remy leaving.

Cedars:

Alan and Beth are in the lobby with Bertha. Alan is getting impatient, "Beth we need to do this now."

"Alan, Rick is having car trouble. He's stuck in the snow."

"Well we are too. We can't leave so we might as well get this over with."

They walk over to the doctor and to have the test done.

The Beacon:

Remy is down stairs getting something to eat.

Blake sees a kid in the hall, "Excuse me. Could you do me a favor."

PART TWO:

Frank's Car:

Frank kisses Mel, "Hey, we are doing anything wrong."

"I know. But we're lying to our families."

"It's not that big of a deal Mel. I am really having fun with you."

"I never new that I even had this much fun in me. I just don't want to lose it. But I can't imagine my family finding out."

"I know what you mean."

Mel kisses Frank and the two have move to the backseat!

The Beacon:

Remy comes in the room. The phone rings. Blake answers, "Hello?.... Who is this?...."

She puts the phone down.

Remy walks over, "What happened."

"It must have been him again!"

"Did he say anything?"

"No. I just..."

"What?"

"I'm so afraid!"

Remy holds her, "It's okay. I'm here to protect you."

Blake smiles. She'll do whatever she has to for him to stay.

Cedars:

Rick walks in. He sees Beth with the baby. "What happened?"

"We took the test."

Alan walks over, "Finally you show up."

Rick is confused, "So you took the test. Now what?"

Beth looks at him, "Now.. we wait."

They're all very tense. Another week before the results come out.

Olivia's Suite:

Ava tries to find out what's going on.

Emma walks in, "I'm ready Dad."

Bill grabs her bag, "That's great honey. We better get going. Dinah's throwing a surprise party for Maureen. I'll see you Olivia."

Olivia kisses Emma and Ava.

The three leave.

Ava grabs Bill, "Emma you go down stairs."

Emma goes.

Bill is confused, "What's going on?"

"Bill I can't stay here at the Beacon. It's awkward."

"Come on. She's your mother."

"Exactly. Now I was hoping..."

"What?"

"Maybe I could move in with you."

"At Cross Creek?"

Ava smiles.

Main Street:

No one is out. It's to cold and Maureen is about to go into the store. She dials home. She is going to have Mallet pick her up. The machine answers. Maureen begins her message.

Suddenly a young man runs up to her, "Give me your bag!"

Maureen is frightened, "Oh my God! Get away!" She fights.

He pulls out a knife, "I said give it!" He grabs her.

She hits him on the head. He rips off the bracelet.

Maureen screams, "STOP!"

Her purse rips open and eveything goes flying.

He tries to stop her but she steps back and loses her balance. She slips and falls all the way down to the bottom of the steps. It was a nasty fall. She's not moving. It's cold out. The snow begins to cover her. Her head is bleeding.

Cross Creek:

Josh and Reva come in, "Well Darlin' I don't know if we'll get it out anytime soon."

Reva sees the boxes, "What's going on?"

"I'm moving."

"Where?"

"With Olivia."

"Oh of course." Reva looks away."

"What?"

"Nothing. It's... I guess we'll both be at the Beacon."

"Oh right."

"Yeah. Josh I just don't want to rock the boat right now."

"Yes I know."

"I mean we know this is the end. If we were going to be together again then we would have some sign."

"Yeah."

There is a knock at the door. They answer it.

They're mouths drop. And they're eyes fill up with tears.

Reva screams, "Oh my God! Shayne?"

Shayne is back!

Olivia's Suite:

Josh walks in. Olivia smiles, "What did Rick want?"

"Oh nothing."

"So you wanted to tell me someting."

"Huh?"

"Before Rick came..."

"Oh yes." He sits her down.

"Josh is everything okay?"

"Olivia. I think it's time we took the next step in our relationship."

"What's that?"

"Let's move in together."

Olivia's stunned.

Bauer Home:

Beth is angry, "You get the hell out of my house Alan!"

"Beth it's true!"

"Get out! GO AWAY!" Beth runs to the stairs but Alan steps in front of her, "Beth I am not going to let you take my child away from me!"

Rick walks in, "What the hell is going on?!"

Alan smiles, "Well it's the criminal himself. Hello Rick. I'm here for my daughter."

Rick's nightmare has come true.

Harley's House:

Natalia is staring at the two of them, "Your daughter?"

Gus walks over to her, "Hey babe. I wanted to tell you.."

"Oh my God! She's pregnant isn't she?"

"What? No."

"Then what is it?"

Harley hands her a picture of Sydney, "We were going to adopt her but it didnt' work out. Now we may have another chance."

Gus tries to explain, "Nat this doesn't change anything."

"No of course not. You want to marry me and have a child with Harley!"

Natalia is upset.

Towers:

Marah is having a drink. Mindy walks in, "Hey cousin!"

Marah hugs her, "Hi! Oh I haven't seen you latley!"

"I know. I've been busy."

"Yeah me too."

"Marah I wanted to ask you something?"

"What?"

"Maybe our business should remain in Springfield."

Marah is confused.

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia pours a drink, "Um Josh are you sure you know what your asking?"

"I'm asking you to live with me."

"It just seems like a big step."

Josh jokes, "What is there some other man offering you?"

Olivia smiles. But remembers her intense kiss with Bill. "No Josh. But I've got something better in mind."

"What's that?"

"You move in with me."

Bauer Home:

Alan is holding onto Beth. Rick grabs her, "Alan get out of my house! NOW!"

Alan holds the baby, "She's beautiful."

Rick and Beth are nervous, "Alan give her back."

Alan stares at Rick, "You've called me a monster for years Rick, but I had no idea what kind of monster you were."

"Get out!"

Alan sets the baby down, "Now we all know. What are we going to do?"

Beth looks at Rick.

PART TWO:

Harley's House:

Natalia holds the picture, "Nick you never even told me about her."

"I don't like talking about it. This was a hard time for us."

Harley tries to easy the tension, "Natalia this isn't something to be worried about."

"Harley I can't handle myself. Thank you."

Harley walks to the livingroom.

Gus takes Natalia by the hand, "This isn't just my daughter and Harley's, this can be yours too."

Natalia stares at he picture.

Olivia's Suite:

Josh is confused, "What do you mean?"

"Move in here!"

"Here?"

"Yeah!"

"Olivia this is a hotel room."

"It's more like an apartment. A very nice apartment."

"What about Cross Creek?"

"Are you joking? I gave Cassie Cross Creek, she gave it to you, you gave it to Reva, and Reva gave to to Billy."

"Okay what's your point?"

"Josh, Bill lives there, Billy lives there, Vanessa lives there."

"I see. But don't you want Emma to have a home?"

"This has been Emma's home her entire life."

"If it's what you want, I'll do it!"

Josh and Olivia lay down on the bed and make love.

Bauer Home:

Rick is standing in front of Beth, "You stay away from us Alan."

"So Rick you thought you could trick me and Beth well you were wrong!"

Beth speaks up, "Alan stop! I know Rick is the father and I can prove it! We'll do another paternity test."

Towers:

Marah and Mindy are drinking. Marah is confused, "Mindy, I thought you were returning to Paris to work."

"Well I mean we can run things here and maybe have a few meetings and shows there."

"That's fine with me."

"Why? Because you're going after him?"

"I've already got him."

"Marah? No!"

"Yes."

"You guys..."

"No! We kissed. Several times."

"What about your mother?"

"She belongs with my Dad."

"Oh I see. I better get going." Mindy gets up.

Marah stops her, "Mindy? What about you? What is keeping you in town?"

"Oh honey, lets just say I righting some wrongs." She kisses her cousin on the head and leaves.

Harley's House:

Natalia is talking to Gus, "Why didn't you tell me about all of this?"

"I guess I didnt' want to try and explain it all."

"Nick if we're going to be married then we need to be honest with each other."

"I know." Gus kisses Natalia.

Natalia gets up, "I gotta go. Bye."

Harley waves. Natalia leaves. Harley looks at Gus, "Married?"

"Huh?"

"She kept saying 'married'."

"Oh yeah."

"Congratualtions. I had no idea."

"Thanks."

Harley goes into the backyard and cries.

Bauer Home:

Alan is angry, "How do I know Dr. Rick won't do it again!?"

"He didn't. And we'll all make sure no one does anything."

Alan looks at them both, "This isn't over." He walks out.

Beth looks at Rick, "How did this just happen?"

Mindy comes in the front door, "Anyone home?"

They turn around. Mindy sees the kitchen, "What happened?"

Beth sits the baby down. She jumps to Mindy, "How could you!?!"

Rick pulls her off, "Beth relax!"

Mindy is in shock, "Rick can't you see her for what she is?"

Rick grabs Mindy's bags, "Get out!"

"What?"

"Get out Mindy! Now!"

Mindy is crying, "Rick I'm sorry."

Rick pushes her out the door.

She is in tears. Alan walks up, "Hello Mindy."

"Why is Rick defending her. I thought you told him what she did!"

"What she did? Rick messed with the paternity test."

"No he wouldn't!"

Alan grabs her bags and hands them to his driver.

Mindy is confused, "What are you doing."

"You will be with me until I get my baby!"

The driver drags Mindy into the car. They drive to the Spaulding Mansion.

Arielle Renwart (ex Leah) joins FTL as a new character named Vi! She is said to be a hell raiser that arrives soon.

It's an intense afternoon.....

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia and Josh are kissing on the couch.

Olivia smiles, "Josh are you happy?"

"Uh.. Yes of course. Why?"

"I don't know. I just feel like something isn't right."

"Actually there is something I wanted to talk to you about.."

A knock at the door. Olivia answers. Rick is standing there, "Josh can I talk to you please?"

Josh walks out in the hall, "What's all of this about?"

"Josh I need your help. I need you to get your neice out of town."

Josh is confused.

Mallet House:

Mallet and Dinah are on the couch. Mallet is taking care of Dinah, "Hey, I'm gonna call your mother and she'll be happy to take Maureen back."

"No! I promised Maureen that I would take care of her and I will!"

"Babe don't you see what happened?"

"I know! But I won't let this get to me. I need to be there for her. I need to make up for the time I lost."

"What are you talking about?"

Dinah turns away.

Harley's House:

Gus and Harley are looking at pictures of Sydney. Gus smiles, "She is something huh?"

"Oh yeah!"

Zach and Jude come down stairs.

Harley stands up, "Boys we need to talk to you."

Zach walks over, "About?"

Gus comes over, "We are going to meet with a judge next week. We are going to try and get Sydney again."

Zach is confused, "Who?"

Harley smiles, "Sydney." She hands them a picture.

Jude holds it, "I don't remember that much."

"Well you will."

Zach goes upstairs, "Well I'm not getting my hopes up."

Harley thought the boys would be more excited.

Spaulding Mansion:

Mindy is showing Alan pictures of Bertha, "Isn't she beautiful?"

"Oh yes she is. Just like her mother."

"And her Daddy."

Alan's smile fades, "I am getting a little tired of this joke."

"Alan I'm not kidding! That child isn't Rick's!"

"What's in this for you?"

"I don't want to see Beth hurt him."

Alan grabs her by the arm, "If you're lying to me, I swear I will make you pay!" Alan lets go and walks out.

The Beacon:

Josh looks at Rick, "What's wrong with Mindy?"

"She is asking questions Josh."

"About what?"

"About the baby! She's gonna find out about the paternity test."

"Rick with all do respect Cassie is gone. I'm not in this anymore."

"Oh yes you are. Because if Mindy gets her hands on this we are all going down!"

Josh is getting worried.

PART TWO:

The Beacon:

Josh isn't happy with Rick, "You're threatening me?"

"No. I don't want to think about how this will hurt Beth. But if Alan finds out then we will all go down."

"Alan."

"Josh. Who else knows?"

"Reva. That's it."

"Not even Olivia?"

"No. I didn't think it mattered to her."

"Well it doesn't. I gotta go. We'll discuss this later."

Rick leaves.

Mallet House:

Mallet is questioning Dinah, "Babe what are you talking about?"

Dinah gets ready to speak but the door opens.

Maureen walks in with tears down her face.

Dinah runs over and hugs her.

Maureen is sobbing, "Dinah I am so sorry!"

"It's alright. Now you know."

Maureen nods.

"Hey come on sweetie! You're birthday is next week and I was hoping to have something fun."

"You mean you still want me here?"

"Of course."

Dinah hugs her little sister.

Harley's House: Gus and Harley are going over the case. Harley brings him coffee, "Here."

"Oh thanks."

"Thank you for doing all of the work."

"Anything to bring our daughter home." He holds her hand.

Natalia opens the door, "Your what?"

Beth is feeding Bertha. Alan walks in, "Hello Beth."

"Alan. What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to you and the baby."

Olivia's Suite:

There is a knock at the door. Olivia answers, "Hey Mel."

Mel has Leah's ipod, "Hi. I brought this for Leah."

"Oh you can come in."

"Thank you." Mel walks in.

"The girls are in the other room watching a movie. Can I get you a drink?"

"Just some water would be nice."

Olivia hands her a glass, "You okay?"

"Have you ever spent so much time getting over a man, and then you finally do, and then he just reminds you why you loved him once and then..."

Olivia finishes her sentence, "You're back to the beginning." Olivia and Mel realize that they have more in common then they thought.

The Country Club:

Reva runs into Josh, "Hey Bud. What are you doing here?"

"I just got out of a meeting. Hey why don't we go have a nice meal on me?"

"Oh you read my mind. Oh I'm gonna get that...." Reva pulls away.

Josh is confused, "Hey what's up?"

"No. No Joshua we can't do this. This has to stop here."

Reva knows she can't keep doing this.

Towers:

Jeffrey gets out of a meeting. Marah is waiting around the corner, "Hello Jeffrey."

"Marah hey. What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to see you."

"Marah, that time, that..."

".. Was a mistake."

"Well it didn't feel like one."

"Marah please just..."

Jeffrey is speechless.

Maureen is outside tanning. Julie walks up, "Hey kid."

"No he's at work. But Dinah's inside."

"Kind of. I mean she gets so mad about my music. I don't know why."

"Is that it?"

"Well she won't let me spend much time with my Dad."

"You can't let her push you around. You need to take control back sweetie." Julie sits next to her.

Maureen is interested, "How?"

"You start with the music, play it as loud as you want."

"Why?"

"Once she is angry about the little things she won't pay much attention to the small things."

"Wow."

"I gotta go. See ya."

PART TWO:

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia and Mel are laughing. Mel is listening to Olivia's story, "So wait you actually walked in on him and Ava when they were..."

"Well they were about to!" The two laugh.

"I can't imagine that!" Mel gets serious, "Was it hard for you?"

"What? Well I guess a little. I mean I didn't think this would happen. I love Ava I do. But I don't like this side of her she reminds me of...."

Mel changes the subject, "With Rick it's like everytime I see him it's as if we just broke up all over again. I mean I don't think we could ever fix things now but I still can't shake that feeling."

"Yeah. I know exactly what you mean."

"Well atleast you have that now."

"What? Bill and I aren't..."

"Olivia. I'm talking about Josh."

"Oh yeah Josh. I should call him soon."

Mel stands up, "Well I better get home."

Olivia jumps up, "Mel?"

"What?"

"Could we do this again sometime?"

"Yeah." Mel smiles, "Yes Olivia I would really like that."

Mel walks out.

Mallet House:

Dinah is cleaning the family room.

Maureen starts playing music in the living room.

Dinah's gets angry, "Maureen turn that down!" The music continues, Dinah taps the wall, "Maureen!?"

Maureen cranks it up.

Dinah's head is hurting. She goes to open the door but she can't concentrate enough to remember how to open it. This has been happening since the accident last summer. Dinah's yelling becomes a screaming plea, "Maureen!?!?"

Dinah covers her ears.

Maureen doesn't hear.

Towers:

Marah won't let go of Jeffrey, "Just admit it Jeffrey!"

"Marah, I never...." his phone rings.

"You never what?" Marah begs him to finish but he answers his phone."

He hangs up, "I have to meet Ava, I'm sorry."

He goes in the elevator.

Marah is disappointed.

Country Club:

Josh follows Reva, "What are you talking about?"

"Joshua, you're with Olivia."

"Yes I know that."

"And I'm with Jeffrey."

"Reva you don't have to catch me up. I know!"

"Then why Joshua? Why are you and I spening time together?" Reva is crying at this point.

"Is this about Jeffrey? What did he do?"

"Nothing! Joshua. We are over. So we need to stop now."

Reva leaves.

Spaulding Mansion:

Alan is in his office.

Mindy walks in, "Hello Alan."

"Well Mindy Lewis. What brings you here?"

"Alan we need to talk about Beth."

They sit down, "What about her?"

Mallet comes in and turns off the music, "Maureen! What the hell? We talked about this..."

They here a sound from the next room. Mallet opens the door. Dinah is on the floor holding her head and crying her eyes out.

Maureen is frightened, "What happened?"

Rick answers the door, "Mel hey."

Mel steps in, "Hi Rick."

"She's at a sleep over at Emma Lewis's home."

"Oh that's nice. What brings you by?"

"I told her that I would bring her ipod that she left her."

"Oh alright."

Mel looks at a family picture, "Oh Rick she's beautiful."

"Oh the baby. You haven't seen her yet have you."

"No, but Leah adores her."

"Yeah well so do I. You know Mel you can have this too."

"What?"

"A life with another man. Are you dating anyone?"

Main Street:

Mindy and Beth are shopping for baby clothes with Bertha, "Oh Beth this one is great!"

"Oh you're so right."

"I always am. I'm in the business."

"I miss working. But I just can't get enough of her." She looks at the baby.

Mindy steps over, "Yeah. You know she is looking more and more like Rick everyday."

Beth's smile diappears, "Oh? Rick says that she looks more like me."

"No I definatly see Rick in there. Is that weird?"

"No why would it be?"

"I don't know the whole Alan thing.. Maybe sometimes you wonder..."

"Mindy. I told you not to talk about that."

"Sorry I'm just happy that things turned out exactly how you wanted. As always." Mindy fakes a smile.

Olivia's Suite:

Bill walks out of Emma's room, "Wow she really loves hanging with Leah."

Olivia is standing in the room, "Yes she does. She loves living here."

"Olivia a hotel is not a good place for a child to grow up."

"Well we've been here her entire life."

"I know that but Cross Creek is so warm and loving."

"And what's this cold and hateful!?"

"No I didn't say that."

Josh and Reva are watching home movies and looking at old pictures. Reva looks at Richard and Cassie's wedding picture, "Oh I remember that. They were so happy."

Reva and Josh smile as they walk down memory lane. The phone rings. Josh goes into the other room.

Jeffrey walks in.

Reva sits up, "Oh hey."

Bauer Home:

Mel looks out the window, "You know I'm just so busy."

"Oh come on there's got to be some guy that you've been seeing."

Mel leaves.

Olvia's Suite:

Bill and Olivia are on the couch. A file falls out of Bills bag. Olivia picks them up.

Bill tries to stop her, "Olivia wait."

She looks through it, "Bill what is this? Bill what the hell is this?"

"Olivia it's from my lawyer."

"Oh yeah. This will help you get Emma right?" Olivia rips it up throws it in his face.

"Olivia please just...'

"No! Get out!"

Bill leaves.

Emma walks in with Leah, "Mom what's going on?"

Olivia cleans herself up, "Oh nothing."

"You sure?"

"Yes. Now, Why don't I take you guys to rent a movie?"

"Really? Cool!"

Leah grabs her coat, "Oh will we be back when my Mom comes with my ipod?"

"Yeah of course."

Olivia takes a quick drink before they go.

Main Street:

Jeffrey and Reva are walking, "Jeffrey why did you drag me out of there?"

The two walk home.

Rick helps carry the stuff in, "You girls have fun?"

Beth kisses her husband. They carry the bags to the next room.

Olivia looks over at Bill, "Really is this who you are now?"

"Olivia I am not trying to hurt you."

"Well you're doing a very good job. I'll see you in court." Olivia storms out.

Bill goes after her but Ava grabs his arm, "Bill. Come on forget about her. She'll be out of our hair soon enough."

Main Street:

Susan comes up to Marina, "Hey I got this." She hands her a bag.

Marina opens it to find a watch, "Oh who's it for?"

"Cyrus."

"What? Susan..."

"Oh it's fine. I have some extra money. Really, think of it as a gift for both of you."

"Thanks." Marina hugs her cousin.

Susan looks at the time, "Oh I have to get going. See ya cuz."

Ashlee is talking to Lizzie, "I know that you're dying Lizzie."

Lizzie jumps up and pulls her to the corner, "What the hell are you talking about Ashlee?"

Lizzie is getting frustrated, "You know what Ashlee I am sick and tired of your lies. It is pathetic and sad. You are an annoying little brat that..."

Ashlee pleads with her, "Lizzie I just want to help you! Let me help you."

"No!"

"Oh my God. So it's true? It is."

Main Street:

Cyrus walks over to Julie, "So what are you doing here?"

"Not much. Just getting to know all the new people."

"Where are you staying?"

"With a friend."

"Have you spoke with your brother?"

"Yes."

"You know you said that you weren't planning on coming back to Springfield."

"You didn't hold up your end of the deal Cyrus. Now I am taking over."

Cyrus sees Marina across the street on her way home. He prays that she doesn't see him.

Mallet House:

Maureen is listening to music in the livingroom. Dinah turns it down, "Hey! Please keep it down."

Maureen isn't happy, "D I was listening to that!"

"Well how are your grades?"

"Why?"

"Because one of our agreements was that you keep your grades up."

"There all A's. Besides what were your grades?"

"I didn't get school until I was older. It's something that I missed out on."

"I didn't know that."

"Well there is a lot that you don't know."

"Don't worry. We have a lot of time."

Dinah fakes a smile.

AVA'S:

Bill stares at Ava, "You act like we're going to get rid of Olivia."

"No I didn't mean that. I love my mother."

"Okay. I want to be sure that you know that what I am doing is for Emma."

"I know that of course. You are going to be a great with Emma. That is why I did what I did."

"What did you do?"

"Oh uh... You know bringing you here to save her."

"Yeah. I got to go." Bill kisses Ava and leaves.

Main Street:

Cyrus ducks over so Marina doesn't see him. Julie jokes, "Ooh who are we hiding from?"

"Shut up!"

"Oh what? Doesn't she know what kind of person you are?"

"What kind of person I used to be. And yes."

"Cyrus I have to go. Just remember that I wanted you to help my brother."

"Well things changed."

"Yes. Now I have to get Dinah away from him all on my own."

"Does he know what you are now?"

"Eh probably not. But it's for his own good." Julie whispers in his ear, "Remember Cyrus, I am the one who gave your job here and I can drag you back out." Julie leaves

Mallet House:

Maureen comes over to Dinah, "Hey I might go out to my Dad's tonight."

"I know honey but Mom doesn't think that you should be around him right now."

"And what do you think?"

"Well I mean he's still with Julie."

"You know what you're just like her!" Maureen runs to her room.

Mallet comes in and gives his wife a comforting hug.

The Beacon:

Marina is sitting on the bed. Cyrus walks in, "Hey."

"Hi." They kiss, "Oh hey Susan bought this for you."

Cyrus sees the watch, "Wow that's nice."

"Isn't it?"

"Yeah. I mean I can't accept this."

"I know but she wouldn't take it back."

"How much did it cost?" Cyrus goes to find a reciept, "Huh."

"Well this says that she bought some earings and a gift box but no watch."

"That's weird. Maybe she bought it seperatly."

"Yeah." Cyrus is still suspious.

Harley's House:

Susan and Guillespie are making out on the porch, "So how did it go babe?"

Susan smiles, "Great! Marina isn't the brightest cop that I've met."

The two laugh.

Harley walks out and Guillepsie hides behind the wall.

Lizzie walks outside. Ashlee comes after, "Lizzie please I want to help."

"Would just shut up Ashlee?! I mean is that even possible for you or are you just to stupid to accomplish that?"

"Lizzie please I am sorry."

"No you know what you are a nosy little bitch!"

"Lizzie please you're sick..."

Lizzie smacks Ashlee, "Shut up you ignornant brat!" Lizzie runs off in tears leaving Ashlee sobbing.

AVA'S:

Ava is closing up. She hears footsteps, "Oh I was wondering when you were going to come back." She turns around.

Guillespie walks in, "Well I didn't know that you missed me so much."

"What are you doing here? I thought you were someone else."

"Oh that's a shame. I need more money."

"I gave you money."

"Oh but I need more. Then I will go."

"No. Why should I?"

"Well it would be a shame if your mother and boyfriend found out that you hired me to kidnap your own little sister for a couple of days."

Ava rolls her eyes.

Guillespie strokes her face, "I'll give you a week or so." He walks out leaving her there to think of what her next move is.

They go to the basement. Ava turns on the lights, "Ta da!"

She reveals the bar that has been built.

"It's a bar."

"Isn't there one upstairs?"

"Yeah well this is a different one. More of a club for young people like us."

"Well I'm not as young as you."

"Whatever."

"What's this place called?"

Ava runs over and turns on the sign. "AVA'S!"

Harley's House:

Harley and Gus are sitting at the table with Jeffrey, "Thanks for taking this case for us."

Jeffrey is going through his files, "No problem. You guys know how much I want you guys to have Sydney."

Harley gives him some coffee, "So how's Reva?"

"She's getting better."

Gus tries to cheer him up, "At least Marah's back I mean that's got to..."

Harley makes a gesture to stop talking.

Gus realizes the situation, "Never mind."

Susan and Guillespie are in their room. Guillespie tackles her on the bed. She giggles, "What now?"

"That's not what I had in mind just yet." He gets up and grabs a box.

Company:

Marina is talking with Ashlee, "So how are things going with Coop?"

"Great actually. I mean we've haven't had a whole lot of problems. What about you and Cyrus?"

"We're doing great now. I mean we had our problems but now I feel like I can have a normal life. I mean no one even wants to get in our way." Marina's phone vibrates. She reads her text message, "Oh I guess I'm gonna go shopping with my cousin. You want to come?"

"No. Tell her I said hi."

"I will bye."

Main Street:

Matt and Julie are drinking coffee at CO2, "So Matt, are you embarrased?"

"No. Why?"

"To be seen with me? I mean I didn't leave this town on the best terms."

"Well I'm not exactly a favorite neighbor anymore myself these days."

"Yeah. I like that Matt."

Matt smiles and kisses Julie.

Cedars:

Lizzie is with Colin getting treatment, "So Colin how's the new year treating you?"

"That is ridiculous. You know what I'll be right back I gotta go make a call."

Susan walks off.

Julie walks over, "Hi. Marina?"

"Oh. Mallet's sister."

"I used to be your Nanny!"

"Oh that's right I forgot. How have you been?"

"I'm fine. How are your parents?"

"They got divorced a while back but..."

"Oh that's a shame."

"Oh right."

"Nothing it's just.... I just remember some stuff that my mother told me."

"That's nice. See you Marina. Tell your Dad I said hi. Well actually I'll probably see him myself."

Harley's House: Harley is defending her daughter, "Susan has changed."

"She has this time! She is in school. She is dating a good boy. I mean really I think that this could be a good thing. We can show them that we have gotten better in a year."

"Well what about the divorce?"

"Well simple. We're not divorced yet. We'll put it off, I mean no reason to get it done right now is there?" She looks at Gus.

He nods in agreement. He hasn't told her about the engament.

Ava's Club: Bill is dancing with Ava, "Wow I can't remember the last time that I had this much fun!"

"Oh Bill that is just sad!"

"So how did this place become AVA'S?"

"Olivia gave it to me as a birthday present a while ago. It's almost finished!"

Ava takes her jacket off and begins unbuttoning Bill's shirt.

They lay down on a table.

"I'll come too."

"No. You stay here. Meet me there later okay?" Natalia kisses him goodbye and walks off.

Gus goes to try and catch up with her and runs into Harley, "Hey Gus. We need to talk."

Main Street:

Mallet and Dinah are sitting at a table having dinner. Maureen and Vanessa are arguing, "Mom. I just don't feel comfortable!"

"Well where else will you stay? You're father? I don't think so. He is staying at the hotel right now."

Dinah walks over, "Hey what's going on?"

Maureen comes over to her, "Dinah you said you would do anything to help me right?"

"Of course sweetie."

Maureen turns to her mother, "Then it's settled. Mom I'm staying with Mallet and Dinah."

Dinah's mouth drops.

The Airport:

Jeffrey steps back, "Marah I'm sorry...."

"I just... Marah you need to stay in Springfield." Jeffrey turns around and leaves.

The lady ask Marah, "Are you flying today?"

"No. I think I just found my incentive for staying."

Marah grabs her bags and leaves.

The Country Club: Gus and Harley are sitting talking, "So what's this about?"

"I got a phone call on Christmas."

"About what?"

"A plane crash over in Africa."

"The Driscolls Gus. They're dead."

"The Driscolls?"

"Sydney's Aunt and Uncle."

"Oh god."

"Yeah and now she needs a home and we were the first choice."

Gus looks at her, "We?"

Outside Natalia walks to the limo, "Hey Bruno, could you take me to the house please?"

Alan steps in, "Yes we'll be there soon. But we need to talk first."

Natalia reaches for the door but it locks.

The Beacon:

Remy steps out of the shower, "Well that was..."

Blake walks out, "Yes it was."

They stare at each other for a moment then go to there rooms.

PART TWO:

Main Street: Mallet steps in, "Hey Maureen why don't we walk over here and give Dinah and your Mom some time to talk?"

Dinah talks to Vanessa, "So why is she so upset?"

"She doesn't want to live with me and Billy. But don't worry I can handle her."

"Well Mom you can understand why?"

"I'm just saying that maybe she could spend more time with Matt."

"No Matt isn't stable right now!"

Marah hangs up her phone and drives to the Beacon.

Alan's Car:

Alan is talking to Natalia, "What's wrong Natalia you look nervous?"

"You are practically kidnapping me that's what's wrong!"

"Natalia you said yes to Gus tonight but I think you were saying no."

"No to what?"

"To the Big Bad Alan Spaulding. Or should I say the man you really want?"

Natalia slaps Alan and runs out of the car.

The Beacon: Remy is sitting on the couch. Blake walks in and sits next to him. After 15 minutes of trying not to talk Blake breaks the silence, "Okay I can't do this. We need to talk about this. It was..."

Remy inturrupts, "A mistake."

"Yeah a big mistake." Blake walks to her room, "And don't let it happen again!" She slams the door.

The Country Club: Harley is explaining the situation to Gus, "So I don't know all of the details right now but I think we have a good shot."

"But we're getting divorced."

"Well that doesn't matter. I mean we don't need to right now do we?"

"Well.. no."

"Okay I gotta go. I'll see ya." She goes to kiss him on the cheek but she gets his lips.

Natalia is at the window and she sees them. Harley leaves.

"Yeah. It just seems like it is going to be an interesting year."

There is a big party at Towers. Blake is there with Remy, "I can't believe this is almost 2008. Last year I was in a coma. What about you Remy?"

"Me? I was trying to keep Tammy away from Jonathan. I guess I should have done a better job."

"Hey I know we fight a lot but I really am sorry. Tammy was a great girl. I just don't understand why she wouldn't want you."

"What do you mean?"

"Well you're tall, handsome, strong, protecting,... handsome.." Blake stares at Remy.

Remy blushes, "You okay Blake?"

Reva sits on the couch with Jeffrey in the lounge.

"I'm going back to Paris. My work here is done. Now Mindy needs me back to run things while she's here."

She hangs up and looks serious, "Dylan we need to talk."

The Country Club: Gus stands up to Alan, "You know what? I have had just about enough of you."

Natalia stands up, "Nick don't!"

"No I can handle this. You stay the hell away from her okay. You have had many wives and they all left you. Why because you are controlling. So don't you dare try to take mine."

Alan walks off.

The Airport: Jeffrey runs to Marah who is getting ready to board her plane, "Marah! You can't go."

Jeffrey steps closer, "Yes there is."

Marah stares into Jeffrey's eyes.

PART TWO:

The Beacon: Reva walks out to Josh, "Hey have you seen Jeffrey?"

"No. You want me to look for him?"

"No he probably went for a walk. How's Olvia?"

"As if you care." Josh smiles, "She's running around."

"Yeah I have a feeling Jeffrey is going to be gone for a while. Do you want to hang out for the night?"

"Sure."

"I'll get my coat. Will you be here waiting?"

Josh smiles, "Always."

Reva is taken off guard but still smiles.

Towers: Dylan is worried, "Harley I swear I was going to tell you..."

"What? No Dylan this is about me. There's a lot going on and I think we should take a break."

"Well if that's what you want then I can't stop you."

"Thank you Dylan." She gives him a hug. "I gotta go. I need to talk to Gus. I think he is at the country club."

The Country Club: Gus hold Natalia's hand, "Well we did always say we would get married someday so maybe.."

"Wait before you say anything, is there anything that could change your mind?"

Gus immidently responds, "NO. What about you?"

Natalia glances over at Alan, "No. I want to marry the father of my son."

The Beacon: Remy starts running the shower in the bathroom. He steps into his room to get undressed.

Blake walks into the bathroom, "Well I guess he thought I'd just forgive him if he ran me a shower. Well it's a start." She takes off her robe and goes in.

Remy come in wearing a towel. He drops his towel and opens the shower door to see Blake.

Blake can't help but stare herself.

The Whole Town is counting down, "10, 9, ......"

The Country Club: "8, 7, ...."

Gus gets down on one knee.

Mainstreet: "6, 5..."

Josh holds Reva's hand.

The Airport: Marah is still upset, "Give me one good reason to stay and I will!"

Jeffrey pulls Marah into an intense kiss.

"4, 3,...."

The Beacon: Remy stare into Blakes eyes.

Blake takes a step aside.

Remy steps into the shower with her and closes the door.

Marah/Jeffrey/Reva/Josh/Olivia/Bill/Ava: Cassie's death has hit Reva hard and Jeffrey tries to help her through it but she is getting pulled towards Josh.

Marah gets hope for staying in town. Josh is trying to be there for Olivia but he and Reva can't break their bond. Olivia has some problems to work out and Bill might be her only hope.

Bill begins to see Ava's true colors. Ava finds a new partner in crime so to speak.

Matt/Julie: Matt and Julie's relationship doesn't go far, but soon she begins to interact with everyone in town and Matt will pay for her actions, he later finds help from a near stranger.

Dinah/Mallet:

The two plan on starting their family. However Dinah's past holds more secrets that could complicate things. Maureen and Dinah grow closer but not in the way they expected. Dinah's TBI could cause problems as she tries to handle her sister.

Vanessa/Billy:

These two will soon pop up as supporting players in an upcoming SL. But the two find happiness and peace in planning their wedding. But they deal with a lot of problems involving their families. Vanessa and Maureen's relationship doesn't go to well.

Dylan/Harley/Gus/Natalia/Alan: The couple will go through some serious problems. Dylan hasn't told Harley everything about his past and the couple might not last long. Gus and Harley are brought back together by a member of their past.

Gus and Natalia's relationship has a lot of problems when she realizes that he isn't Nick August anymore. Natalia and Alan are tempted by forbidden love.

Susan/Guillespie: They try and raise as much hell in the town as possible. But the two prove that they do care for each other even though they would never admit it. Guillespie's motives are revealed and have dramatic effects. Susan tries to help people but her methods aren't welcomed.

Marina/Cyrus: These two try and start a happy, normal life. But many things from Cyrus's past could cause problems. Also Marina will be overwhelmed with ex boyfriends.

Mel/Frank: The relationship is fun, but these two are incredibly ashamed of their wild relationship. Anyone who finds out jumps at the chance to blackmail the upstanding citizens.

Mindy/Rick/Beth: Mindy causes a lot of problems for the couple. Beth and Rick quickly want her out of town. Mindy will find somethings that could change their lives forever.

Blake/Remy: These two kick off the new year in style! The stalker gains much control over their lives.

Lizzie/Coop/Ashlee: Ashlee tries very hard to get close to Lizzie but the results could hurt everyone involved. Coop tries to be Lizzie's hero which could hurt his relationship with Ashlee. Lizzie finds a good friendship with Colin.

Children of Springfield: Expect the kids to be SORASED. Kevin and Jason are seniors in High School with Maureen who is a junior. RJ, Zach, and Clarissa are 13. James and Jude are 12. Emma and Leah are 11.

Look for more shocking returns.

Expect to see more buisness involved. Families will be shaken. Relationships will be tested. New love, old love, marriage, divorce, birth, death, illness, murder, mystery, crime, adultery, redemtion, hope, and light!

Christmas time in Springfield. The town tries to have a special holiday with the families.

Spaulding Mansion: Gus and Alexandra walk in on Christmas morning to see all of the decorations. Alex is surprised, "Well this is new."

Gus gives Natalia a kiss, "Yep. Thanks Nat."

Natalia hangs up more decorations, "Well I can't take all of the credit. Alan helped."

Gus is surprised. Alex chuckles, "Alan? I can just picture him baking gingerbread men to sit out for Santa!" Alex and Gus have a laugh.

Natalia interrupts, "Hey, Alan isn't heartless."

The two begin laughing uncontrolably.

Alan walks in, "Well Merry Christmas everyone!"

Harley's House: Harley and Dylan get the boys ready, "Dylan would you grab Zach's coat?"

Jude comes running in, "When do we open more presents?"

"When we get to Grandpa's sweetie."

The four head out.

Bauer House: Leah and James are opening presents. Beth and Rick are watching and opening Bertha's presents. Mindy walks in, "Hey guys. I got you this." She hands them a gift.

Beth takes it, "Oh you didn't have to get us anything."

"I wanted to. You guys have been great. Open it."

Beth opens the gift, it's the picture from prom. Beth drops it on the floor.

Mindy is picks it up, "You don't like it?"

"Oh no. I love it. Thank you Mindy." Beth takes it and places it on the shelf.

Rick hands her a gift. She opens it, "Oh a new coat. Thanks guys. I'll wear it out."

Rick stands up, "Oh you're not staying?"

"No, I'm going to see my Dad. Merry Christmas."

Mindy leaves.

Rick looks at Beth suspicously.

Cedars: Lizzie is helping decorate the hospital for her Nana. Ashlee and Coop are delivering food. Coop goes over to her, "Merry Christmas Lizzie."

"Merry Christmas Coop."

"You know, I'm really happy for you."

"Might I ask why?"

"Ashlee told me about you and your new boyfriend."

"What boyfriend?"

"Some doctor that she saw you with a couple of weeks ago."

Lizzie looks over at Ashlee who is totally oblivious to the anger she has put in Lizzie.

Mallet House: Mr. and Mrs. Mallet are putting up decorations, "Babe are you sure your Mom understood?"

Dinah come in, "Yeah. I would love to be with her but I really wanted to start doing this in our own house. You know for when we start a family."

"I like the way you think." Mallet gives his wife a kiss.

The doorbell rings. Dinah answers the door. Julie is standing there with Matt, "Merry Christmas Dinah."

Dinah glares at her new sister-in-law.

Cross Creek: Vanessa and Billy are setting out food while the rest of the family is in the livingroom, "Billy do you think this is going to be a good day?"

"Of course. This is what the family needs."

Bill is helping Emma open her toys. Olivia comes in with Josh, "Hey sweetie! Merry Christmas. I got you presents." Olivia hands Emma her gifts.

She looks over at Bill, "Do you have a problem?"

"No Olivia. I am happy you're here. It's a holiday. Lets put our problems aside for today."

Jeffrey and Reva are sitting on the couch, "So Reva, how are you feeling?"

"I'm okay. I just wish she could be here you know?"

"Yeah I know. She would have loved it. But this is a time when the family needs to stay together."

"Well I just wish Marah would show up. I really want to see her right now."

Just then the door opens Marah walks in and stares straight at her mother.

PART TWO:

Cedars: Coop goes down the hall. Lizzie goes over to Ashlee, "Do you know how to keep your big mouth shut?"

"What's wrong?"

"I wish you would stop spreading rumors about me."

"Lizzie I didn't mean to hurt you. I thought that...."

"Yeah I know what you thought and you were wrong. Just like you were wrong when you thought we were friends. Just leave me the hell alone you ignorant little freak!"

Lizzie storms out. Ashlee holds back tears. She wants to make it right. She sees Colin and goes to speak with him, "Excuse me can I have just a moment with you?"

Colin is in a rush, "I'm sorry I have a lot of chemo patients to check on."

"Chemo? What kind of doctor are you?"

"An oncologist. I'm sorry I have to go." Colin leaves.

Ashlee sits down. She remembers when Coop told her about Lizzie's childhood with Leukemia.

Cross Creek: Marah says hi to her father, "Merry Christmas Daddy. How are you feeling?"

"I'm better now that you're here Darlin'."

"Well I'm glad that I could cheer you up."

Marah goes over to her Mom.

Reva begins to speak but Marah stops her, "Mom, I don't want to. Not today."

Marah gives her mother a hug.

Spaulding Mansion: Natalia hangs up the phone she is very upset. Alan walks over, "What's wrong?"

"Rafe isn't coming home. He said he's to busy with school. But I think he just didn't want to see me."

"He is crazy. I'll go up there and drag him down here." Alan walks off.

Natalia grabs him, "No Alan just..." Natalia notices that she has pulled him under the mistletoe. She pulls him into a kiss."

Mallet House: Julie and Mallet are reminiscing over old times. Another knock at the door. Dinah answers, there is a teenage girl at the door wearing boarding school clothes, "Oh my God! Maureen what are you doing her?!"

"I'm here for the holidays."

Matt hears her and brings his daughter in, "Oh Honey! Why didn't you tell me?"

"I wanted to surprise you!"

Matt and Dinah hug Maureen.

Company: Buzz playing games with the kids. Marina and Cyrus are having a snowball fight with Coop and Ashlee. Cyrus grabs Marina and kisses her. Coop tackles Ashlee. He looks in her eyes, "Hey what's wrong?"

"What? Nothing why?"

"You've been acting weird since we left the hospital."

"Nothing. I'm just happy that I have you."

Coop and Ashlee kiss on the bed of snow.

Harley is inside. She gets a phone call, "Hello?... This is she.... Yes why?... Oh no... So wait they're dead?...." She talks for a while then hangs up she sits on at the table. She tries to hide her emotions from the family so she doesn't ruin the holiday.

Bauer House: Rick is taking pictures. Lizzie has showed up. Beth can tell something is troubling her, "What's wrong sweetie?"

"Oh nothing."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah I just want to enjoy the holiday. I never realized how special these moments are." Lizzie hugs her mother.

The families of Springfield begin to reflect on the past year and hope for the future. They are reminded of what the town stands for.

Spaulding Mansion: Gus starts a speech, "You know that this is a time when we all are happy to be blessed with such great things in our lives. And we need to remember that there are other families in the town and the world that aren't as fortunate as us. That right across town there is a family suffering the end of a tragic year. We need to remember the quote that has been passed down to the families of Springfield for generations,...."

Company: Buzz's speech, "There is a destiny that makes us brothers..."

Mallet House: Mallet is standing at the table, ".... None goes his way alone...."

Bauer House: Beth and Lizzie are watching Rick speak in front of the tree, "...All that we send into the lives of others....."

Cross Creek: The Lewis's are holding hands remembering Cassie, Jonathan, Tammy, and Sarah, Billy carries on the speech, "....Comes back into our own."

It's a very sad time in Springfield. Most of the town is at the church. Mourning the death of Cassandra Layne Winslow.

The Church: Reva and Jeffrey are sitting in the church, "I just can't believe she gone Jeffrey."

"Yeah I know sweetie."

"I mean, we fought a lot latley but I still loved her." Reva cries, "What am I going to do without my little sister."

Josh walks in with Olivia. Olivia can see he's upset, "Hey you okay?"

Josh's mind is somewhere else, "Huh, oh yeah I guess. RJ is on his way with Blake. He took the news really hard."

Josh walks over to Reva and gives her a hug, "How you holding up?"

"I'm okay Joshua. Is Marah coming?"

"I'm not sure."

Spaulding Mansion: Natalia and Gus are at the door getting ready for the funeral. Alan walks over, "Oh wait, we'll go in my car."

Gus stares at him.

Alan is confused, "What?"

"You can't be serious. You ruined Cassie's life. You made her the way she was. She hated you Alan. You murdered her daughter. If you come to that funeral I'll shoot you on spot."

Alan looks for help from Natalia but she just stands there.

The Church: Dylan and Harley show up. Dylan walks over to Reva. Harley sees Blake looking at pictures, "Hey sweetie." The two share an emotional hug.

"I can't believe this Harley. She was our best friend."

"Some friend I was. I haven't talked to her in weeks. I only went to visit her once."

"You feel guilty? I used her to get Jeffrey, pushed her with Josh and humiliated her on that stupid website."

"You know what? We shouldn't be doing this. We need to be strong for the kids. How's RJ?"

"Oh he is very upset. He doesn't want to talk to anyone."

Bauer House: Rick and Beth are in the kitchen getting ready, "You okay sweetie?"

Beth is just looking at the baby, "Oh yeah. I just remembered this was the outfit Cassie bought her." Beth fights back tears.

Rick hugs her, "Honey it's okay to cry. She was a really good friend."

Beth looks at Baby Bertha, "Yeah, a really good friend." She remembers the last time she saw Cassie. When Cassie told her about the test switch.

The Church: Mallet and Dinah walk in. Mallet holds Dinah's hand, "You okay Babe?"

"I just can't believe this. I didn't expect our honeymoon to end like this."

"Yeah I know."

"Do you think it's wrong that I'm here?"

"What? No."

"Do you think people might get offended? I mean before I met you, I wanted this."

"No don't talk like that. You and Cassie forgave each other."

Vanessa and Billy come over to Dinah, "Hello. How are you?"

"I'm fine Mom. How are you doing Billy?"

"I'm hanging in there. I'm gonna go check on Reva."

The guest take their seats.

PART TWO:

The Church: Jeffrey and Josh are talking, "How are you doing Josh?"

"I'll be alright. I just wish I could have stopped this you know."

"Josh it was out of our hands. Cassie was sick."

"Well maybe if I had been there more after Tammy's death..."

"Josh... it started before Tammy's death."

"What are you talking about?"

"Everything that happened with Edmund, Dinah and Jonathan was a lot for her to handle. I mean Edmund hurt her, Dinah and Jonathan hurt her, Alonzo took Will, Danny and Michelle left with Hope, Cassie wasn't the same."

"I didn't notice."

"Josh, you remember all the crazy things she did to keep Jonathan and Tammy apart. Then after we broke up she changed again. She was less tough, more senstive. Then after Tammy died she fell apart but I wasn't around her then."

"I didn't know."

Josh looks over his relationship with Cassie. He notices the change in her personality.

Spaulding Mansion: Alan is in his office by his desk. Natalia walks over, "Hey how are you?"

"Natalia. What are you doing here?"

"I'm keeping you company."

"You mean you're keeping an eye on me."

"No. Gus tried to get me to go. I didn't know Cassie so I didn't think I should go. He should comfort Harley."

"So you decided to stay with me instead of Gus? Interesting."

"Well we are going to plan the Christmas party."

"Natalia I don't do that. We hire people to do that."

"Well Rafe is coming and I want this place to have more personal touch."

"What did you have in mind?"

Natalia brings in a box full of decorations.

The Church: Billy is sitting with Reva. She is very upset, "Oh Billy! I promised Mama that I would protect her!"

"Reva darling this isn't you're fault. Cassie loved you. You were a great sister and I won't let you say anything different." Billy hugs Reva.

Josh is trying to talk to RJ, "You know you're Mom loved you."

RJ just sits there.

Josh tries again, "RJ, I know how hard this is but we need to get through it as a family."

"Just leave me alone!"

Remy walks over, "Josh, I'm taking Blake home. I'll take RJ too."

"Thanks Remy."

They walk out.

Everyone has arrived and takes their seats, Reverand Ruthledge speaks, "Cassie Winslow was a great woman. A woman that left her mark on this town....."

He later invites people up to speak:

Reva goes first, "Cassie wasn't just my sister, she was the best friend I ever had. I know that she is...." Reva breaks down. Marah walks up, "I think what Mom was trying to say was that Cassie is at peace now with Grandma Sarah, Hart, Richard, and Tammy. And she is always going to be looking after RJ and everyone in Springfield. Because she loved all of us." Marah walks her mother down.

Josh goes on to talk about his relationship with Cassie.

Harley tells stories about her Blake and Cassie.

Jeffrey speaks about Cassie.

Olivia goes up, she thanks Cassie for helping her protect Emma all of those years ago.

Beth steps up, "Cassie was a great woman. She did care about children as Olivia said. She was great to me. I wish she could have met the baby that she did everything to protect..." Beth is having a hard time. She keeps remembering what Cassie did, "Uh.. I'll miss her very much." Beth steps down.

The Beacon: Mallet took Dinah home early. They are packing their stuff to move it to the house. He is in the shower. There is a knock at the door. Dinah answers it. Julie is standing there,"Oh hey Julie."

"Hello Dinah. Were you at a funeral?"

"Yes for Cassie Winslow."

"Oh. Really? Hmm. So where's Tony?"

"Tony?"

"Oh sorry. Mallet."

"Oh he's in the shower. So I don't think we've really met before."

"No but I've heard some things."

"Like what?"

"Well I know you killed Hart. A man I loved."

"Oh well I've changed since then."

"I'm sure. Well tell Tony I'll be back later."

Julie leaves. Dinah already doesn't like her.

The Church: Josh, Billy, Jeffrey, Rick, Bill, and Gus carry the casket out. The rest of the room follows. Reva looks back at the room. She remembers the moment when Cassie and her first realized they were sisters.

"Good bye Sis. I'll never let anyone forget you. I love you Cassie." She walks out.

Old Actress New Character!?!

Bonnie Dennison is back! But not as Susan "Daisy" Lemay. The actress did a great job in the brief time she played Daisy. She has been brought on to play an aged Maureen Reardon!

A move like this hasn't been made since Bethany Joy Lenz was cast as Michelle after playing Reva's teenage clone.

Look for her at the end of the year. Expect to see her interact with Maeve Kinkead and Kurt McKinney. But she will share most of her scenes with Rob Bogue and Gina Tognoni.

It is an average day in Springfield and no one is aware of the horrible news about to hit!

Towers: Bill and Ava are eating, "So Ava, how is it working at Spaulding?"

"Well I like it. The money's good and I kind of like being a part in this big buisness."

"Like mother like daughter."

Ava looks down at her plate.

"Oh, sorry Ava. That didn't come out the way I planned. I just can't believe you're Olivia's child. I guess it just takes some getting used to."

"It's okay. I'm just worried about her."

"Is that why you brought me back to town?"

"Yes. I wanted to help you. And Emma."

Olivia walks up behind her with Josh, "If you really wanted to help your little sister you would stop flirting with her father." Ava turns and glares at her mother.

Bauer House: Mindy is sitting at the table with Rick, "You have no idea how much I've missed you guys."

"Well we've missed you too Mindy."

"So where's Beth?"

"She took the baby out."

"Oh. So is she okay?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well she seems very clingy to the baby. I mean, I know about her and Alan. I've heard about the stuff that happened with you three. So you guys didn't know if you were the father?"

"No. But now we do."

"Yeah. So you had a paternity test? And it said you were the father?"

"Yes. Mindy why all the questions?"

"I'm just curious. I mean I'm sure you and Beth didn't want Alan raising this child."

"Well..."

"What?"

"Beth thought that her and Alan were in love."

"And they weren't?"

"I mean, come on it's Alan. You know Beth deserves better."

"Yeah, but the paternity test helped her choose?"

"Mindy... I need to call Beth and check up, excuse me." Rick walks off leaving Mindy with her questions.

Beacon: Jeffrey is in his room with Reva, "Have you heard from her yet?"

"No. She won't return my calls."

"I knew we should have told her before."

"I know. I know. I just... I guess I didn't realize how serious you two were. I thought it was just a fling."

"Well that's how it started. But we were something, but then she left for her job in France and I never saw her again."

"Well now she hates me."

"She doesn't hate you Reva. She's confused and upset. She'll come around."

Jeffrey massages Reva's shoulders.

Cedars: Lizzie is having an appointment with Colin, "Dr. McCabe?"

"Yes?"

"What have you been up to? Any girlfriends?"

"No Lizzie not at the moment. You seeing anyone?"

"No I've never been popular with the guys."

Colin laughs at her.

Lizzie looks over at him, "What?"

"Come on Lizzie, you're a young beautiful blonde woman. What guy wouldn't be all over you?"

"Well I guess psychopaths aren't always the best girlfriends. Neither are cancer patients."

"Hey don't talk like that. This might not be as big of a deal as we thought. But we do need to get started." Colin calls a nurse in.

Towers: Remy and Blake sit at a table, "Come on Remy. You're really getting on my nerves."

"Blake do you want to be safe or not? You're the one that insisted on eating out."

"Well I'm tired of being stuck in a stupid hotel room all day with you!"

"I'm sorry if I'm not fun enough for you Blake, but my job is supposed to be keeping you alive. Not watching soaps and gossiping about your friends."

"Hey, I saw you watching when I left the room. Besides, how do I know you're not one of the those cops who commits crimes just so he can solve them. I mean what if you're my stalker?"

"You're not worth it."

Blake grabs a glass of wine from the empty table next to them and pours it on Remy. She storms out and Remy follows after her.

Olivia is standing with Josh as she talks with her daughter, "So Ava, you look happy. How are you Bill?"

"I'm fine Olivia."

Ava rolls her eyes, "What are you doing here?"

"I'm on a date with Josh."

Josh tries to lighten the mood, "Hey Bill. You, me and your Dad need to go fishing some time."

Olivia doesn't let him hold her back, "So Bill, you're in town a few weeks and you're already sleeping with my daughter? Or did this start back when we were married?"

Ava stands up, "You know what I'm tired of you trying to control me."

"Well Ava, I'm tired of the way you talk to me."

Josh gets a phone call. "Olivia I need to go."

"Is it Cassie?"

"Yes I'm sorry."

"You know what, I don't mind. I'm not the jealous type anymore. Tell her I hope she gets better."

Josh kisses her and leaves.

Olivia sits down, "I guess it's just the three of us." Ava and Bill are uncomfortable.

PART TWO:

Bauer House: Rick comes back in the kitchen, "Sorry about that. I had to check in with Beth."

"It's fine Rick. You're such a good husband and father."

"Well thanks. I try."

"Uh Rick. I heard you and Beth fighting the other night."

"We weren't fighting. We just had a disagreement about the baby."

"She didn't trust you. You're a doctor."

"Yeah well she was probably right."

"Rick I love Beth, but she doesn't need to treat you like that."

Rick goes to the fridge, "Like what?"

"Like you aren't a good father."

Rick starts making a snack, "She doesn't. We just disagree sometimes. Which I understand. I mean it's her daughter."

"It's your daughter too. Right?"

"Well... yes of course."

Mindy is very suspcious of Rick.

Ravenwood: Josh walks over to Cassie's doctor, "I heard there was news about Cassie. Is she okay?"

"Mr. Lewis. The news isn't good. We should sit." They sit down.

"What is going on?"

The doctor tries to explain to Josh, "The other day, Cassie was getting ready to leave, she wanted to surprise everyone. She had made great progress......"

Josh is confused, "But?"

"The nurses came back and she was throwing objects and screaming. She hurt one of our nurses, we had to hold her down. Unfortunatly we had to transfer her to the doctors in the San Cristobal."

"But I wasn't informed."

"Well she was a problem of the state. We had to do this on our own."

"Wait what do you mean 'was'?"

"Josh, there was a fire at that hospital. There was some sort of electrical problem and the East Wing was in flames in only a matter of minutes. The staff got as many patients out as they could but not all. They are still cleaning the place up, but Cassie didn't make it out. I'm sorry."

"Wait, she is strong. I mean she could have got out on her own."

"Josh, her actions were becoming dangerous and she continued to throw things and attack the nurses. They had to strap her down in the room."

"Oh my God!"Josh covers his mouth. He is shocked to have heard the tragic ending of Cassie's life.

Cedars: Lizzie is getting her stuff ready to leave, "Well that wasn't fun."

"Lizzie you didn't expect this to be fun did you?"

"No. Hey about that girlfriend problem. I am going to put my spare time into fixing it."

"What finding me a girlfriend?"

"Yes. You are cute, handsome, smart, sweet, pretty much the whole package. I'll find you someone."

"Don't you have anything better to do with your time? Maybe something more possible?"

"No." The two laugh.

Towers: Olivia is sitting with Bill and Ava. Olivia grabs a menu, "Well I'm going to order my drink."

Ava rolls her eyes, "Big shock there."

Olivia looks over, "What do you mean."

"Come on, isn't that how you got in this situation in the first place?"

"No. And I don't understand. What the hell are you talking about?"

Bill inturupts, "Lets not do this now."

"No Bill, Olivia needs to hear this. You're drinking lead to Emma getting kidnapped."

"How dare you!"

"You are in denial!"

"You know what I'm leaving." Olivia gets up.

Ava follows her to elevator, "At least Emma has a parent that can take care of her now."

"You know what Ava, maybe you shouldn't talk about things that you don't understand."

"Well, maybe you should stick around maybe you can get that drink to go."

Olivia slaps her daughter, "You shut your mouth!"

Bill walks over, "Hey that's enough! Olivia I think you should leave."

The door opens. Olivia steps in the elevator, "This isn't over." The door closes. Bill and Ava head back to the table.

Company: Julie walks in with Matt, "So what is there to do around here now?"

Matt walks in, "Well I guess this place is still pretty good."

Julie goes over to a table, "So do you talk to Dylan much?"

"No. Not really why?"

"Just curious. I thought I might go say hi."

"Well I think he is staying at Harley's."

"Oh. Well I have no one to hang with. Tony's still on his honeymoon with her."

"You mean Dinah."

"Yeah whatever. The wedding was nice. Hey who were the bridesmaids?"

"Uh, Harley, Olivia, and Marina."

"Marina? That was Marina!? I can't believe that. She has grown up so much! I thought maybe that was a young girlfriend of Frank's."

"Actually I don't think Frank has been with anyone in a while."

"What? That's odd. To bad about him and Eleni."

"Yeah... So how long are you in town?"

"I don't know. I guess we'll see how things go."

Matt is curious about Julie.

Cedars: Colin walks Lizzie to the hallway, "Well I hope you feel better."

"You going home yet Dr. McCabe?"

"No. Someone is supposed to drop off some food for the patients and I'm gonna help organize."

"Have fun." She shakes his hand, "Thanks for keeping this thing a secret. I don't want anyone to know."

Lizzie leaves.

Ashlee is behind the door holding Company bags. She heard the conversation.

Colin sees her, "Oh is that for the hospital?"

"Oh yes. Here." She hands him the food. He take it in the other room. Ashlee quickly walks out of the hospital.

The Beacon: Jeffrey and Reva are making out on the couch when the phone rings, Jeffrey answers it, "Hello? Oh hey Josh..... What?...... When did...... Oh God! Damn it!" Jeffrey hits his hand into the wall. Reva is alarmed. Jeffrey gets back to the phone, "Yeah I'll tell her. I'm sorry. Josh....... Yeah bye."

Reva walks over, "What is it? What happened? Is it Marah?"

Jeffrey sits her down and tells Reva about Cassie's tragic death. Reva stands up, "No! No! Cassie's strong I mean.... God Jeffrey stop it!" Jeffrey grabs her. She breaks down in his arms.

Sarah Brown is now playing the role of Mallet's little sister Julie Camaletti. The role is brief but will be a major SL.

Marnie Schulenburg is in the role of Susan Lemay.

Kane Manera is back as Mark Guillespie. Expect to see him shake things up for everything in Springfield and reveal some shocking surprises.

They are all on the current episode 12!

It is night. Most of the town is celebrating the wedding.

Towers: Mallet takes his little sister Julie over to a table, "What are you doing here sweetie?"

Julie smiles at him, "Oh Tony, I wasn't here for your last wedding but I came her for this one. I've missed you."

Dinah is standing with her mother and Billy, "So that's Julie?"

Vanessa looks over, "Oh yes. You never met her did you?"

"No she was in town while I was at school. Mallet doesn't talk about her. Billy do you know her?"

"Oh, yeah Darlin'. I remember her. She was engaged to Dylan."

Dinah stares at her, "Yep, I've heard some things myself."

Cross Creek: Bill is in the livingroom wearing his tux. There is a knock at the door, "Just a sec." Bill answers the door, it's Josh and Olivia, "Hey Bill."

"Hey guys."

Olivia steps in, "You left early I didn't get a chance to talk. Where's Emma?"

"She's sleeping."

Olivia walks towards the stairs. Bill steps in front of her, "You don't need to wake her."

Josh walks over, "Hey Bill, Olivia just wants to see her daughter. There's no harm in that is there?"

"I don't know Josh, apparently Olivia can't protect Emma so I will."

Olivia trys to get past him, "Bill I need to see her. What all the sudden you're her father? You ditched her two years ago."

"Olivia I made a mistake but I never put her in danger. That is why...."

Olivia is frustrated, "Why what?"

"That is why I am getting custody."

Josh holds Olivia's hand.

Towers: Marina is talking to Frank, "Daddy. I haven't seen you in so long. How are you?"

"I'm good. How are things going with him."

"Cyrus and I are great."

"Well I need to get going. I'll just take the old elevator that no one uses, it goes faster." Frank leaves.

Cyrus walks over, "He was in a hurry. Somewhere he needed to be?"

"I don't know. But he needs a girlfriend."

Frank is in the elevator. He turns around, Mel is waiting, "What took you so long?" She immidiantly starts taking off his tie.

"Sorry. Marina was right outside." He steps by the door."Funny thing about the old elevators, they always stop." Frank hits the button and Mel pulls him to the floor.

Inside Gus walks over to Harley, "Hey. How are you?"

"I'm.... I'm good. You?"

"I'm good. How's Daisy?"

"She goes by Susan again. She's great. I'm really happy for her."

The Church: Susan walks over to Guillespie, "Did you miss me G?"

Guillespie grabs her, "No way. Why would I miss a little brat like you?" He grabs her and kisses her.

She pulls back, "Wait we need to talk about Cyrus and Marina."

"Later babe. I have had a long day." They continue to make out.

PART TWO:

Towers: Dinah and Mallet are leaving he says good-bye to Julie, "Hey do you want me to stick around a little longer?"

"No it's your honeymoon. You go. I need to catch up with some people. Mallet hugs his sister then leaves.

Harley is talking to Gus in the corner, "So is Rafe enjoying school?"

"Yeah he seems happy. I can't believe it. Just last year I was married with Zach and Jude. I was so happy."

"You aren't happy now?"

"Well....."

Julie walks over, "Harley?"

"Julie! How are you?"

"I'm fine. Is this your new husband."

"Yes well..... was."

"Oh I'm sorry."

Gus walks off, "Uh tell Susan and the boys I said hi. And Dylan."

Julie is confused, "Oh you and Dylan are...."

"Uh sorta."

"That's nice. Tell him I said hi." Julie walks outside.

Cross Creek: Olivia is sitting on the couch with Josh, "What did he just say to me?"

Bill is trying not to wake Emma, "You heard me Olivia."

Olivia stands up, "You know how much I love her. You know I am a good mother."

"Olivia that's what I thought."

"You son of a bitch!" Olivia jumps at him.

Josh holds her back, "Olivia, don't do anything crazy."

Bill grabs her purse, "It's a little late for that Josh." He tries to hand it to her.

Olivia grabs it and smacks him, "How dare you! You aren't her parent, I am! She barely remembers you!"

Josh walks Olivia out, "Olivia come on I'll take you home."

They leave. Billy walks in with Vanessa, "Bill what happened?"

"Olivia. She is just being crazy."

Vanessa jokes, "What else is new?" She walks over to her son, "I'm sorry sweetie. But we have good news."

"What?"

Billy walks over, "You're Mom and I are gettin' married again."

"Are you kidding me that's great! I am so happy for you guys." The three hug.

Towers: Frank and Mel are laying in the elevator. "Oh God Mel. This is a crime."

"I'm a lawyer Frank."

"Yeah but I'm the Chief of Police. I could lose my job."

"Well then I would get it back for you. See we got it all worked out." The two laugh.

The elevator starts moving. "What's going on Frank?"

"I don't know I pushed the button. No one even uses these."

Mel jumps up, "Oh God!" The two try and get dressed. They are half dressed when the door opens.

They are on some random floor. No one is there. They get dressed. Frank steps out and Mel goes up stairs.

Mainstreet: Julie is reading the paper. Matt sees her, "Hey. Julie right?"

"Yeah hey Matt. How's Bridget?"

"I haven't talked to her in a while. When did you get in town?"

"I came for the wedding. I didn't get a room ahead of time so I might have to sleep on the bench."

"No way. You can come stay with me?"

"Are you sure?"

"Of course." The two of them walk off.

The Church: Susan and Guillespie are making out. "So G. What have you been up to today?"

"I found this." He holds a baby picture.

Susan grabs it, "Where did you get that?"

"Come on. You were cute. That's you right?"

"Yes. Where did you get this?"

"I found it."

"Yeah you found it. From who?"

"None of your buisness." He puts her down on the bench and kisses her.

Someone comes in. They duck down.

Cyrus and Marina come in, "You looked beautiful up there."

"Thanks. I am so happy they finally got they're dream wedding. They deserve it."

Cyrus puts on some music, "May I have this dance?"

Marina and him dance.

Susan and Guillespie mock them from behind the bench. They sneek out. But he takes one long stare in disgust at them before he leaves.

Cross Creek: Billy and Vanessa go up stairs. Bill goes outside. Ava walks up, "Hey how is she?"

"She's fine. How are you Ava."

"I'm good. I just wanted to see you. So are we still on for dinner next week?"

"Of course."

Ava gives Bill a kiss on the cheek, "You are such a great father. You really deserve her." Ava walks off. She mutters under her breath, "Unlike some people."

Mallet and Dinah's Home: Mallet puts the key in. He carries Dinah in over the threshold, "It is empty but it's better than the beacon."

Dinah kisses him, "I love it. It's our home now."

Mallet puts her down in the livingroom. She takes off his tie and he removes her dress. The newlyweds enjoy their honeymoon.

The Town is busy. Outside the Church reads, “The Marler Mallet Wedding!”

The Church: The men are all getting ready for the wedding. Frank helps Mallet get together, “Hey man you got your vows?”

Mallet grabs a paper from the table, & “Yeah here. Thanks I almost forgot.”

“Well you did forget but that’s why I am your best man.”

Gus walks in, & “You guys getting ready?”

“Yeah come on in man.”

Gus is putting on his jacket, “So you nervous?”

“A little.”

Bill walks in wearing his tux, & “Why? You are marrying the best woman in Springfield. And you are going to take care of her right?”

“Yes. Thanks for giving me your blessing.”

Bill pats Mallet on the back, “No problem. Just as long as my sister is happy.”

Cross Creek: The women are helping get ready. Dinah is running around trying to get everything together, & “Oh God! Mom I’m nervous. Maybe we should do this next week. What do you think?”

Vanessa walks in carrying a small box, “I think you have cold feet which is perfectly understandable. Here.” She hands her the box.

Dinah opens it to see a beautiful necklace, “Oh Mom! I love it.”

“It’s yours. It can be your ‘something old’.” Vanessa laughs.

Dinah is freaked, “Oh god!, I forgot to do that! I still need three more!”

“Oh darling that is just a little superstition.”

“I knew it! We can’t do this today! We just can’t!”

Harley walks over, “Well I guess I’ll give you my gift early.” She hands her a new bracelet.

Dinah loves it, “Oh thanks sweetie. I couldn‘t have chosen a better maid of honor.”

Olivia over hears and comes in the room, she takes off her earrings, “Here borrow these.’

Dinah gives Olivia a hug, “Wait I still need something blue.”

The women stare at Marina. She is sitting in the corner with a blue flower in her hair, “Fine, it would look better on you any way.”

Dinah thanks her. She goes to the door. “Okay I’m ready!”

The Bauer House: Rick and Beth are sitting in their living room holding Bertha. Mindy is with them, “Oh guys she is just so beautiful.”

Rick hands her a glass of water, “So are you in town long?”

“Maybe. I just needed to do some business in town with Marah. I can’t believe how much things have changed.”

Beth laughs, “Well we have missed you so much Mindy.”

“Yeah I missed you guys too! Anyways Bill decided to come too. He has a lot to deal with involving Olivia. You know I didn’t like her with Phillip but seeing her with my brother isn’t so great either. So speaking of Phillip. Have you guys talked to him in a while?”

Beth and Rick are uncomfortable.

Ravenwood: Cassie is getting her bags packed, “I can’t wait. I am so excited.”

The nurse is getting Cassie’s stuff together, “Well Ms. Winslow you have made a lot of progress.”

“I know! I mean. I don’t know…. I just, I feel like a clean slate. A whole new person.”

The nurse steps out. A man enters with a file, “Ms. Winslow?”

“Yes that’s me.”

“I have been trying to contact you. I have the information that you requested last month.”

“Oh. Well I don’t really need it now. It doesn’t matter anymore.”

“Okay well I’ll just leave it here.” The man sits the file down and leaves.

Cassie tries to ignore it but she gives into her temptations and opens it. Cassie is horrified as she reads, “No, no. This can’t be. This can’t be!”

The Church: Mallet is standing in the front with his groomsmen. Blake and Remy take their seats, “Blake lets sit here. It’s close to the exit just in case.”

“Are we going to do this at every party? Plan for the worst?”

“Lets just enjoy the wedding. Your kids are going to watch their big sister get married.

Susan is sitting in the audience. Cyrus comes and sits next to her. “Hey. How are you?”

Susan is nervous, “Uh, I’m fine.”

“I’m here for Marina. And I don’t mind seeing Dinah get married.”

“Yeah. I’m here to see my Mom.”

“So are you here for good?”

“Maybe why?”

“Well you’re Marina’s cousin, I would like to get to know you.”

Susan fakes a smile.

Mallet, Frank and Gus are all at the front.

Marina walks down the isle. Followed by Olivia. Then Harley.

The guests rise as Vanessa and Bill walk Dinah down the isle. She stares into Mallet’s eyes the whole time.

The Minster begins to speak, “Dearly beloved, we are gathered her today………..” Dinah and Mallet stare into each other’s eyes and drift off as they reminisce over their past. They tune back in to hear, “If anyone has reason why these two should not be married, speak now or forever hold your peace.”

Matt walks in.

PART TWO:

The Church: Matt stares at Dinah then Vanessa. He takes a seat in the back. Susan uses the distraction to slip out.

The ceremony goes on. They read their vows.

Mallet goes first, “I was in a lonely place and I really just didn’t expect things to get any better. Then I found you. Someone who I felt I needed to save, but really saved me. I will be the happiest man in the world when we walk out of here. And I will never look back.”

Dinah is next, “I was so dark and angry. Then you saved my life. And I realized that the world isn’t just full of bad guys and really bad guys. That my knight in shining armor wasn’t just some dream. Now I feel like it is time for Dinah Marler to live happily ever after.” The wedding goes on. They end with a big kiss!

Bauer House: Beth stands up with the baby, “What makes you think we have been talking to Phillip?”

“I just thought maybe you guys were helping him…..”

Beth interrupts her, “Well we’re not! I haven‘t seen Phillip in 3 years.”

Rick takes helps with the baby, “Mindy. I haven’t seen him since last year when everything happened with Ross.”

“I’m sorry guys. I didn’t mean to upset you.”

Beth takes the baby up stairs.

Rick and Mindy talk alone, “I’m so sorry Rick. Classic Mindy needs to put her foot in her mouth.”

“Hey. You didn’t mean any harm. It’s just a touchy subject.”

“Yeah but the way Beth reacted….”

“What?”

“Uh, nothing. I got to go. I’ll call you.” Mindy hurries out.

Towers: Dinah and Mallet are with their wedding guest. Vanessa makes a speech, “I am so happy to see you two together again. And I have a gift for the two of you.”

Dinah puts her glass down, “Oh Mom, the wedding was enough.”

“Well I have something more.” She hands them a key.

“Mom. Is this for a car or something?”

Mallet looks at it, “Dinah this is a house key.”

Vanessa smiles, “The old house, Josh and Reva don’t have it any more and now I am at Cross Creek. I want you two to start a family there.”

Dinah jumps up and hugs her mother, “Oh thank you!”

Matt walks off, he is bitter that she would just hand over the house they had once shared.

Church: Susan walks into the basement. She sees her partner, “So baby, did you miss me? You won’t believe it. He actually came up and sat by me this time. Is he onto us?”

Her boyfriend Mark Gillespie (G) walks over, “Not a chance darling. Not a chance.” The two make out on the bench.

Ravenwood: Cassie is shaking while holding the file, “No this is a mistake. No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!!!!” She picks up a lamp and chucks it at the door.

A nurse comes running in, “Ms. Winslow?!”

Cassie is histerical, “No, no, no…..”

More doctors run in. Cassie is strapped down to the bed. The file falls to the floor.

The nurses are disappointed, “I hoped she was doing better. Looks like she may have to be transported to the hospital overseas.”

Cassie is on the bed shaking and sobbing, “No, no, no, no….”

Towers: Billy walks over to Vanessa, “I want to say something. Now I know you all are excited that Dinah and Mallet are married but there is another engagement you should know about.”

Vanessa looks around, “Who?” She turns around to see Billy on one knee. “Vanessa Chamberlain, will you marry me….. again.”

Vanessa grabs his hand, “Yes. YES!”

He grabs her and kisses her. Dinah runs over to hug her mother. Mallet walks over. He then notices someone at the gift table. “Oh my God! Julie?!”

Julie walks over, “Hey Tony. Am I too late to see my brother?”

Mallet runs over and hugs his little sister.
