I've always wanted to try gymanastics, but I'm much too scared. Besides, my limbs are not that stretchable. I don't know how those girls bend so easily.

You have to do it when you're a kid, otherwise there's just no point.

You lose a lot of flexibility after you leave your teens.

I did gymnastics from age 4 til 12. I wish my mom would have forced me to keep doing it. I can't do the splits anymore. If I try, it hurts like hell. I can still do a cartwheel though. My cousin has her kids enrolled in gymnastics and I went with them a couple of weeks ago and the memories came flooding back.
