May 16, 200619 yr Member I don't know but I saw promos where she found out she had cancer. HOpefully they didn't end it there! Wasn't the finale a few weeks ago? They didn't end it with her having cancer. She thought something was wrong with her but it turned out to be nothing. They ended it just like it was a regular episode
May 16, 200619 yr Member Alot up in the air: - Reba's fine. - Kyra still gone (even though i didn't realize she was gone, what is wrong with her) - No Van and Cheynne wedding, unresolved problems The only good thing is Reba admitted Barbara Jean was her friend
May 17, 200619 yr Member No. More. Reba??? I just watched the GA season finale, give me a break here CW!? At least OTH was renewed and VM.
May 17, 200619 yr Author Member Sniff. It appears to truly be gone. Ugh. Damn you, The CW! (oh and yay ... post #1000 ... only took like a year ...)
May 18, 200619 yr Member HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!! There's hope!! http://www.eonline.com/Insider/Boards/ann.jspa?annID=556 The buzz around town is that The CW is still making last minute decisions on their schedule, and the rumored pick ups and cancellations we've been hearing about are not necessarily a done deal... which, frankly, makes me a wee bit nervous. Reba fans will be happy to hear that I'm being told the sitcom WILL return after all. Sadly, I'm not yet hearing anything new on the fate of Everwood. Stand by for the official word on all things CW first thing in the morning!
May 18, 200619 yr Member I think the problem with "Reba" is that the sitcom pretty much had ZERO buzz (unless you count one of its stars' appearances on "ET" about her eating disorder). It's just not the type of show like "Desperate Housewives" or "Grey's Anatomy" or a "Friends" or "Raymond" sitcom that networks know is well loved. I'm sure the announcement came out that the show was canceled, the very loyal viewership (which apparently doesn't consist of just viewers who conveniently watch the show) raised hell, and now they're seeing just how well loved the show really is. So I'm happy for all "Reba" fans, both loyal and not so loyal (me ). It's quality entertainment and deserved the pickup.

Reba to me, is the kind of show that most people watch to have a good laugh and to watch something that's not polar bears on islands, flawed interns, crime scenes or crazy housewives. It's something down to earth, but for most, probably not the kind they buzz about the day after. It's a good quality show, with good values, without preaching.
