ARTICLE: ‘Beyond The Gates’ To Air Full Week Of Repeats Highlighted By Memorable Cotillion Event & Performance By Singer Jennifer Holliday

Beyond the Gates, Keith D. Robinson, Sean Freeman, Karla Mosley

For the first time this year, and the first for Season 2, CBS’ “Beyond the Gates” will air a full week of repeats during the week of June 29 – July 3, 2026, as it did during the comparable week last year leading into the Independence Day holiday.

Though no official reason for the rebroadcasts was announced at press time, it’s understood that with Season 2 consisting of just 238 episodes, down about a dozen from what the other veteran soaps traditionally produce each year, but up +38 episodes from Season 1, scheduling wise the show would need to air repeats in place of originals to help fill the gap until Season 3 kicks off with a full 250+ episode order. In April, the soap opera received a two-season renewal order from CBS, keeping it on the air through at least the 2027-2028 television season.

As has been the case with past repeats, the episodes selected feature major milestones, including the memorable cotillion that introduced the younger set to the Fairmont Crest elite and an appearance by singer Jennifer Holliday.

What follows is a breakdown of what episodes to rewatch during the week of June 29 – July 3, 2026:
