“We’re thrilled to welcome such a wide-ranging and talented group of presenters to this year’s Daytime Emmy Awards,” said Adam Sharp, President & CEO, NATAS. “From beloved daytime drama stars to culinary innovators, lifestyle experts, and talk show favorites, this lineup reflects the vibrancy and diversity of daytime television. We look forward to an unforgettable evening celebrating their contributions and honoring the best of daytime.”

Deborah Norville, who recently stepped down as anchor of “Inside Edition” after 30 years, will be this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.

Contenders for the top awards include “Days of our Lives,” “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless,” each of which is nominated in the Outstanding Drama Series, Drama Series Writing Team and Drama Series Directing Team categories, based on material submitted during calendar year 2024.

“The Young and the Restless” leads all nominations with 19, followed by “General Hospital” with 16. “Days of our Lives” received 13 nominations, followed by “The Kelly Clarkson Show” and “The Drew Barrymore Show,” each with nine nominations. “Living with Leopards” has five nominations, while “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The View” and “The Jennifer Hudson Show” are tied with four.

Beyond the Gates Eligibility

The eligibility window for the Daytime Emmys was calendar year 2024, so “Beyond the Gates” isn’t eligible for this year’s nominations. The series will be eligible based on calendar year 2025 for next year’s awards show, “The 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.”

As announced earlier this month, for the first time since 2018, fans of daytime soap operas, talk shows, entertainment news shows, culinary, lifestyle, and how-to programs, among others, can now purchase tickets to attend “The 52nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.”

Tickets to attend the ceremony are $75 plus applicable taxes and fees, and are being handled by Ticketmaster, which is the EXCLUSIVE VENDOR for Daytime Emmy fan tickets. A solid lineup of presenters, and I am very happy to catch a glimpse of Rory Gibson's first publicity image as Michael Corinthos! It looks crisp and clean!
