First off there are pics that prove richie/denise are together. Second Denise did not steal heather's husband they were over before they hooked up but still she was heathers bestfriend and you don't date bestgirlfriends ex's and third this totally makes denise look bad I was on her side until I saw the pics of her and richie at his mansion which is right next door. Do they even care about there children????

People, which is very reliable, have confirmed Denise and Richie's relationship. They are not even making an attempt to hide their lust. They've been openly groping which is a shame considering that Heather was once her best friend. That is low. The !@#$%^&*] lost some cool points with me. Alledgedly, Denise went behind Heather's back to see Richie in concert and is pissed that Heather hired Charlie's lawyer in her divorce.

This is highly entertaining, but I feel for Heather and the children. I believe Denise's allegations but her behavior casts a shadow over her testimony. People act like they have no damn class or self control.

Actress Denise Richards reportedly called a summit meeting with longtime pal and neighbor Heather Locklear to reveal she was in love with the latter's estranged husband.

The star, who is in the middle of a bitter divorce from Charlie Sheen, met up with Locklear days before going public with her Richie Sambora romance, according to In Touch magazine.

Hollywood gossips claim the Sambora/Richards romance has ended the friendship between the two actresses, who spent New Year's Eve together at a concert - without their husbands.

The publication also claims Richards may have been instrumental in prompting Locklear to divorce her husband after 11 years of marriage.

A friend tells In Touch, "She was the one who told Heather to file for divorce."

Locklear and Richards first became friends in 2001 when the former "Bond" girl joined Sheen and Locklear in a "Spin City" episode.

Last year, Denise was one of just six women Heather invited to share her 44th birthday celebration at restaurant Koi in Los Angeles.

The two actresses are set for an awkward time of it in the coming weeks and months - they are neighbors in Westlake Village, Calif.

April 27, 11:55AM ET) -- A woman claiming to have had romantic encounters with Charlie Sheen is suing the actor, claiming one of the characters in Sheen's sitcom, 'Two and a Half Men,' is a rip-off of her relationship with the actor.

In court documents filed yesterday, Ursula Auburn claims the "wacky neighbor and female stalker, Rose, a brunette" is based on her involvement with Sheen.

Auburn says she met Sheen in 1992 and had "encounters" with him that lasted until 1998. She said during their involvement, she was "the more interested of the two and in many ways pursued Sheen." The suit claims "Auburn would show up at events Sheen was to attend, and generally was captivated by Sheen."

In a self-disparaging passage in the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Auburn says "...Rose is depicted on the show as [a] crazy female with no life except for stalking Harper every day of her life."

Auburn claims she has suffered "humiliation, emotional distress, embarrassment, chagrin, mortification, and immeasurable grief."

Auburn is seeking not less than $1 million in damages, as well as punitive damages.

Sheen's publicist Stan Rosenfield tells TMZ: "This has nothing to do with Charlie Sheen. He does not own the show. This is a frivolous lawsuit."

Warner Bros. Television also issued the following statement to TMZ: "The character of Rose on 'Two and a Half Men' was conceived and created by Executive Producers Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn. Any similarities to any actual person or any actual events is coincidental and unintentional."

Once Heather Locklear decided to divorce Richie, he became FAIR GAME. And she's the immature one if she doesn't want him but doesn't want anyone else to have him.

Thankfully, Lifetime Television has brought awareness to the plight of the best friend who hooks up with her best friend's ex-husband in the triumph "Her Best Friend's Husband." I highly recommend it for perhaps a change of heart for all the closeminded comments I noticed in this thread.

Perhaps he is fair game to the women who would qualify as strangers to Miss Locklear. However, if you are going to argue that just because she filed for divorce that makes him fair game to her friggin' BESTFRIEND, then that my friend is the dog that won't only hunt, but will be chopped up and served in a cheap Chinese restuarant.

If Denise's allegations regarding Charlie are true, my heart goes out to her and her children as far as that goes. However, there is no excuse for her involvement with Sambora. I don't give a damn if she feels he's the love of her life (which I am sure is not the case). Once upon a time friends were actually that ...FRIENDS. In my book, there are certain things such a loyalty and respect that never go out of style.

Charlie and Gay Porn? Puzzled, but not surprised. He did date Ginger Lynn back in the day and is a huge supporter of the porn industry. Denise is pulling out the guns on this which is downright wrong. Using the stuff that caused the marriage to fail is one thing, but squealing or lieing that he likes to have a wank with gay porn is so foul.

As for the Heather and Denise thing, I would beat Denise down just on GP. Then I would tell her she could have his sorry cheatin ass.

Now the whole Heather and David Spade thing is really odd. This guy went to my high school in Scottsdale, AZ (not the same class....thank god) and was tortured all through his 4 years. Not surprising as our high school is full of nothing but rich spoiled brats (on a sad note I used to be one of them), but the house parties were awesome!! I just don't get what Heather sees in him though he's freaking fugly & irritating on screen.
