Actress Denise Richards reportedly called a summit meeting with longtime pal and neighbor Heather Locklear to reveal she was in love with the latter's estranged husband.

The star, who is in the middle of a bitter divorce from Charlie Sheen, met up with Locklear days before going public with her Richie Sambora romance, according to In Touch magazine.

Hollywood gossips claim the Sambora/Richards romance has ended the friendship between the two actresses, who spent New Year's Eve together at a concert - without their husbands.

The publication also claims Richards may have been instrumental in prompting Locklear to divorce her husband after 11 years of marriage.

A friend tells In Touch, "She was the one who told Heather to file for divorce."

Locklear and Richards first became friends in 2001 when the former "Bond" girl joined Sheen and Locklear in a "Spin City" episode.

Last year, Denise was one of just six women Heather invited to share her 44th birthday celebration at restaurant Koi in Los Angeles.

The two actresses are set for an awkward time of it in the coming weeks and months - they are neighbors in Westlake Village, Calif.

April 27, 11:55AM ET) -- A woman claiming to have had romantic encounters with Charlie Sheen is suing the actor, claiming one of the characters in Sheen's sitcom, 'Two and a Half Men,' is a rip-off of her relationship with the actor.

In court documents filed yesterday, Ursula Auburn claims the "wacky neighbor and female stalker, Rose, a brunette" is based on her involvement with Sheen.

Auburn says she met Sheen in 1992 and had "encounters" with him that lasted until 1998. She said during their involvement, she was "the more interested of the two and in many ways pursued Sheen." The suit claims "Auburn would show up at events Sheen was to attend, and generally was captivated by Sheen."

In a self-disparaging passage in the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Auburn says "...Rose is depicted on the show as [a] crazy female with no life except for stalking Harper every day of her life."

Auburn claims she has suffered "humiliation, emotional distress, embarrassment, chagrin, mortification, and immeasurable grief."

Auburn is seeking not less than $1 million in damages, as well as punitive damages.

Sheen's publicist Stan Rosenfield tells TMZ: "This has nothing to do with Charlie Sheen. He does not own the show. This is a frivolous lawsuit."

Warner Bros. Television also issued the following statement to TMZ: "The character of Rose on 'Two and a Half Men' was conceived and created by Executive Producers Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn. Any similarities to any actual person or any actual events is coincidental and unintentional."

April 28, 2006 -- CHARLIE Sheen is being a gentleman by refusing to discuss his ugly divorce from Denise Richards - but it isn't stopping his friends from talking.

His manager, Mark Burg, is particularly angry about Richards' claims that Sheen likes gay porno and gambling and makes death threats. He told Page Six, "All of this is nothing more than child-custody issues.

"This all started because Charlie wanted 50-50 custody . . . When Denise said no. Charlie said, 'Then let a judge decide.' The next day, she comes out with a bunch of bull[bleep]claims.

Charlie and Gay Porn? Puzzled, but not surprised. He did date Ginger Lynn back in the day and is a huge supporter of the porn industry. Denise is pulling out the guns on this which is downright wrong. Now the whole Heather and David Spade thing is really odd. This guy went to my high school in Scottsdale, AZ (not the same class....thank god) and was tortured all through his 4 years.
