Webmaster Errol Posted August 22, 2024 Webmaster Share Posted August 22, 2024 First revealed during the main cast event at fan club weekend earlier this month, fans of “General Hospital” can now purchase several products as seen on the show through a collaboration between the network and Knocking, Inc., a content and commerce company that helps brands reach millions of consumers. Starting with the Thursday, August 22 episode, the ladies of Deception will once again appear on the fictional Home & Heart shopping channel, first introduced in 2022, as they look to sell the latest products from the company. ABC Current products include the Evermore signature initial necklace as worn by Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), the K. Carroll handbag collection which highlights the tastes of some of your favorite Port Charles characters, including the Jordan Suede Tote bag, the Tracy Crossbody bag, the Brook Lynn Tote bag, and the Maxie Crossbody/Satchel bag. However, the main product being launched is The Deceptor, a home spa device, which has previously been featured on the series throughout its development stage. According to a description, The Deceptor uses Red Light Therapy, a non-invasive treatment with low-level red and infrared wavelengths to help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and rejuvenates the skin. The Deceptor is the first of many products to be featured on the new online shopping platform, which will be the exclusive place to buy products as seen on “General Hospital.” Additional show-based products include the Disruptor Nourishing Moisturizer and the Deceiver Serum. These offerings allow viewers to immerse themselves in the world of “General Hospital” beyond the screen, creating an unparalleled connection between them and their favorite daytime drama. Another product to be featured on the show comes from Debbie Matenopoulos, former co-host of ABC’s “The View” and Hallmark Channel’s “Home & Family,” as she appears on the episode to promote her skincare line, Ikaria Beauty, made from natural, organic ingredients sourced from her native Greece. Each product is currently discounted for a limited time. Morgan Fairchild Christine Bartolucci/Disney In addition to marking the return of Morgan Fairchild as Haven de Havilland, the Home & Heart storyline continues on Friday, August 23 when QVC guest host Andy Paige makes her debut on the series as Pearl, who helps the ladies sell their products to viewers at home.
