Jason47 needs help in transferring website, any technological people here that could assist?

Hey all, I need help in "moving" or "transferring" my site from one GoDaddy account to another, but I have no idea what I am doing. The person who hosted my account at GoDaddy since decades ago can no longer do so, so now I have to get the GoDaddy account transferred from them to me I guess?   Don't really know what I am doing.  My site started as an easy page on AOL.com      When AOL took down their sites, that person then helped set up Jason47.com  for me.     So, I never knew any techy things other than typing my pages and publishing them online.

The "AI/computer" assistant at GoDaddy hasn't really been too helpful to me, since I don't know what I am talking about. I need someone to walk me through things. Thanks very much!!

So I guess no tech experts here?   I've gotten help from somewhere else, a web hoster of another Days website, so hopefully things will go well. From what I've heard, the site is now being transferred to a new host?  Whatever that means. Wish me luck!!
