CBS and The National Academy of Television Aerts & Sciences (NATAS) announced on Thursday that “Entertainment Tonight” co-hosts Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner are set to return as hosts for “The 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards,” which will air Friday, June 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The two-hour broadcast will be broadcast live on the ET.

In addition to hosting duties, Frazier and Turner are nominated this year in the Outstanding Daytime Personality – Daily category, while “Entertainment Tonight” is nominated in the Outstanding Entertainment News Series category.

Frazier was named co-host of “Entertainment Tonight” in September 2014, coinciding with the beginning of the show’s 34th season. Prior to that, he had served as co-host and managing editor of sister show “The Insider,” having joined in March 2011, and previously spent seven years as a correspondent and weekend host for “Entertainment Tonight.”

Turner became a correspondent at “Entertainment Tonight” in 2014 before being named co-host in 2021. She’s won seven Emmy Awards for her work on the series and is known for her coverage of the Grammys, Golden Globes and Oscars. Before joining the entertainment show, Turner served as a contributor for CNN, where she was featured in entertainment segments on “CNN Newsroom,” “New Day” and “CNN Tonight.”

Produced by NATAS and Associated Television International (ATI), “The 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” marks the 18th time CBS will have broadcast the awards show, more than any other network. Along with the 2009 ceremony on The CW, ATI has previously produced the awards show in 2010, 2011, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Adam Sharp and Lisa Armstrong are executive producers from NATAS, while David McKenzie is executive producer from ATI.

“The 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” will also be available to stream Live and On Demand on Paramount+.

I can't believe how quickly they are approaching. I wish they'd get better hosts.

I guess I should be happy it's not loud mouth annoying Sheryl.
