Not necessarily... All three networks doubled the numbers in total viewers.

GH averages 2.1 million during that time slot. ABC had a strong 4.4 million. NBC and CBS much worse with 1.0 million and 1.1 million for The Talk. NBC had 2.4 million and CBS 2.7.
