I'm not familiar with this acting work, but I am sure this would make him the young Bond in the film's franchise, which is a good thing, because it ensures some longevity for him in the role.

Seriously he’s a solid actor, though. Great as the young John Lennon in “Nowhere Boy,” a movie directed by his now-wife Sam Taylor-Johnson. And he’s done the action hero thing in the “Kick-Ass” movies and played a memorable evil creep in the movie “Nocturnal Animals”:

🤭 Not my type of body, but I know it is more many, LOL! And it'd suit the James Bond archetype I feel, especially as a younger Bond.
