Disney Channel has canceled “Secrets of Sulphur Springs,” the series created and executive produced by Tracey Thomson and Charles Pratt Jr., who also served as showrunner and executive producer. Before spearheading the series for Disney, Thomson and Pratt served as head writer/co-head writers on “The Young and the Restless.”

“Secrets of Sulphur Springs” follows the adventures of Griffin Campbell and his family when they move into The Tremont, a hotel with a paranormal past. During the show’s third season, a new ghost checks into room 205 and starts wreaking havoc around The Tremont. After learning that the evil presence will ruin their lives by 2024, the kids race to solve a tangled mystery in the past, which could be the key to defeating the ghost in the present and saving the Dunns and the Campbells from a very bleak future.

The series starred Preston Oliver (“This is Us”) as Griffin Campbell, Kyliegh Curran (“Doctor Sleep”) as Harper Dunn, Elle Graham (“Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret”) as Savannah Dillon, Kelly Frye (“Criminal Minds”) as Sarah Campbell, Josh Braaten (“American Horror Story”) as Ben Campell, Landon Gordon (“Top Gun: Maverick”) as Wyatt Campbell, Madeleine McGraw (“Black Phone”) as Zoey Campbell, Diandra Lyle (“American Woman”) as Jess Dunn, Johari Washington (“The Walk-On’s”) as Topher Dunn and Eugene Byrd (“Bones”) as Sam Tremont.

Despite the show’s cancellation, fans can continue enjoying all episodes of the series on Disney+.

“Secrets of Sulphur Springs” marks the second series to be canceled this year at Disney Channel following the cancellation of “Jessie” spinoff “Bunk’d,” which ran for seven seasons on the cable network and is prepping its final 10 episodes to air later this year.

Check out the trailer for the show’s third season below.

    • I honestly don't care if Laura is friends with Sonny.  She's been friends with him for decades.  The way she goes about the friendship is stupid.   She has no sense of self-preservation or awareness about the optics of parading her friendship with Sonny around town.  She practically celebrates it.  There's no reason in the world she can't just keep the friendship low key and explain they share a grandchild and frame the relationship that way.  A lot of Laura's choices, like getting into a public fight with Dalton, just make her look silly and like a fairly incompetent mayor. Carly is another PC lady that's starting to look silly.  I know she's explained her plan a lot, but it's still stupid and moving at a glacial pace.  If Joss is 45 by the time her revenge plot unfolds, what's the point?  Just dump Brennen and move on please.
    • On that same note, it's astounding to have mobster Sonny in the same office with Mayor Laura chatting it up about their mutual grandson. Think about the reaction if John Gotti and Mayor Eric Adams had a friendship

?? I guess the Logic behind Sonny & Jason acceptance is like when i saw a documentary where FBI agents said they'd rather deal with the mafia than terrorists or cartels---they're the "lesser of 3 evils". Anyway I'm about 30 years late on this convo.
    • Im confused. Does Jessica know anything about June's relation to Tyrell? At the start of the episode, it seemed like June was gonna slip that he was her son but she caught herself but later in the episode she referred to him as "my boy" and Jessica had no reaction like that wasnt a surprise to her No, Anita was putting money in the account every 6 months but we werent told how much was in it when Leslie became a beneficiary. The show has set it up that it was multiplying based off the interest so that its really worth quite alot now. I dont buy it but thats what they've told us
    • What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?
    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.

    • Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.
