I haven't watched yet but two different recaps say the realtor brought a lease agreement

Yeah the dialogue was "I'm surprised you'd let this place GO" making it sound like he sold it.  lol

Oh I see what you are saying.   Yeah it would have fit the lease agreement idea better if she'd said "I'm surprised you're renting it out instead of keeping it for yourself as a rendezvous place".

Haven't seen today yet, but the IG pictures WOW she is pretty (thanks @janea4old) 

And yes they SHOULD make her THAT Diana, she could stir up so much trouble on the show.  I like the idea of her and Liam, yes his head would explode
