I'm glad for the TPTB so now they can start mapping out the stories/plot for another year instead of trying to figure out how to resolve their plots.
I'm also glad they picked it up for another year because it takes two to three years for a soap to obtain loyalty. And I'd miss the stellar performances from Tide and Febreeze that I've come to love
I just had an epiphany.
The most drag moment in soap history is the introduction of Lucy Coe on GH.
Miss Coe was the Medical School Librarian. She was a mousy blond who was called to the stand by the defense of Kevin O'Connor. She wore her hair in a bun, a blouse buttoned up to the neck, and a modest skirt with flats. She testified that Kevin was studying at the time of the murder, for which he was on trial, thus clearing him of the charges against him.
When we next saw Ms Coe, she arrived home, let down her hair, stripped down to lingerie, threw on a pair of heels, and sprayed some perfume. Soon, there was a knock on the door, and it was Kevin.
Now, that's drag!
