Horrendous!  

This reminds me of that 2007 Minnesota bridge collapse where over a dozen people died and over 100 people were injured. 

 

When a country doesn't invest in building and maintaining proper infrastructure, the people always suffer and sometimes the consequences can be catastrophic!
