I just wanted to get it and wanted to show my ID... just tried to ask politely... and he turned and yelled at me to Calm down... On THE DOOR STEP Of my HOME. I told him - Who are you to tell me to Calm down... when I am actually quite calm. He proceeded to scream that I need to wait and wait and I just closed the door in front of his face.
