Absolutely. And the internet is full of these creepy sex-starved dudes... I mean... there are porn sites... why couldn't these people go there... and not infest everything on the internet with their thirsty energy. Fix your needs, dudes. It's sad to watch. Every other reddit post turns into some sexual joke.

So, at one point I had 3 files devoted to DOGS. One was memorabilia, art cards, cigarette cards, all the covers of the McDuff books & like that. Next folder Dogs in Mississippi. Self-explanatory, but these pix go back into the 80s & include numerous litters of Westie puppies. Next folder, Dogs of Georgia, also explains itself, but contemporary. So, I thought, I'll streamline & put it all into one big folder, just called DOGS. Obviously, after I did this, the WORST happened. The whole dang folder vanished. I can't pinpoint exactly when but at Christmas I got a new computer. I used an external HD & a switcher to transfer files. I've gone crazy over this. Tried so many different things.

Today, a miracle happened. Melissa found that HD & a copy of it is on there! I'll have them back sometime tomorrow. I am delirious. Possibly I may be asking you if you would be willing to house an extra copy!

Marquise de Merteuil : When I came out into society, I was fifteen. I already knew that the role I was condemned to, namely to keep quiet and do what I was told, gave me the perfect opportunity to listen and observe. Not to what people told me, which naturally was of no interest, but to whatever it was they were trying to hide. I practiced detachment. I learned how to look cheerful while, under the table, I stuck a fork into the back of my hand. I became a virtuoso of deceit. It wasn't pleasure I was after, it was knowledge. I consulted the strictest moralists to learn how to appear, philosophers to find out what to think, and novelists to see what I could get away with. And in the end, I distilled everything to one wonderfully simple principle: win or die.
