Use this to share a thought on whatever you want.

I'll start.

Why does Allmusic give a 4.5 out of 5 star review to Blondie's Eat to Beat album (which has some of my favorite songs of all time) and then proceed to talk at length about how much it sucks??

It’s Election Day.  May the dildo of karma arrive raw and unlubed for a certain R party.

Reflecting on how good it is to be alive and to never take each day for granted. A co-worker of mine was asked to leave work after yelling at a resident (I work in a retirement home) and yesterday he was arrested for attempted murder for stabbing his mother. Thankfully she is ok, but it's chilling that I worked with someone capable of doing such a thing.

Terrifying. And incredibly eye opening. We can never truly know what lies beneath the surface of 99.9 percent of individuals. This is why I find it hard to trust, often taking years to fully open up to someone. I've encountered my share of individuals who revealed themselves to be deranged monsters. I vividly recall a moment nearly a decade ago when I discovered that one of my closest friends at the time was taking money from my wallet. It changed me forever... I could never be that trusting again. I believed she was like a sister to me, and the realization that I had been so oblivious to her actions for such a long time... struck me deeply.
