As a person who follows her career, and every day life, very closely, that's just who she is. She goes above and beyond what she has to do. Her big heart is why a lot of people care for her on a personal level. And it's easier to forgive someone you care about, or think highly of, whenever they make a mistake or does something you may not agree with. On the business side, she's the consummate professional: show up on time, be kind and respectful to the people working with you or for you, or the people doing interviews, or the photoshoots, or the people behind the scenes, etc. That's why she's beloved within the industry - people like working with her. Don't you need some form of talent to write/co-write all your songs, or come up with the melodies for most of your songs, produce some of your songs, or play 5 different instruments? Agreed BetterForgotten she is not a good vocalist or dancer (awful, everyone sings her songs better than her). She is however very good @ songwriting!
