I'm glad she at least gets co-headline in the title, which is more than any other women in Marvel films. Janet van Dyne was always a trailblazer...she continues to be, in some form, anyway. I know some went on about the movie being a box office flop, but it actually did pretty well, clearly well enough for a sequel. Fantastic 4 was a flop. Members Vee Posted October 9, 2015 Members Share Posted October 9, 2015 Yes, the mid-credits sequence in Ant-Man had Pym showing his daughter, Hope (Lilly) her mother's suit and saying she was meant to become the Wasp. The film also heavily implies that Jan is not dead but lost in the microverse, and it leaves that very open for a sequel as Pym begins pondering it.
