Thanks for finding all these. Seeing Madchen and so many others at the party is nice.

ย

Don Murray sure gets around for his age. Enviable.ย

ย

Of everything this season it's still the Darya/Mr. C stuff that disturbs me most. That actress did a wonderful job.

(I personally think they reunited and they and Becky are fine)

I know some didn't like the CGI but I thought the way they handled Bob in the revival was one of the best uses of a character played by an actor who is no longer with us. It was actually brilliant. You could still feel Bob's menace and nastiness and you felt like you were still watching Frank Silva acting out the scenes - even that delirious moment with Bubble Bobble.ย

ย

Really Lynch did a better job than he got credit for with most of the characters played by actors who aren't with us anymore. Much more than I had expected.ย I guess maybe because he wasn't going to get upset if someone complained on social media.ย

Lynch speaks to fansย atย a Skype event/screening:

ย

Quote

An hour before the Skype call, there was a screening of the documentary "Meditation, Creativity, Peace", so most of the questions were related to the topic of transcendental meditation, but some guy from the crowd shouted "ARE WE GETTING THE FOURTH SEASON???", to which David replied, "It's too early to talk about that, if it were to happen, you wouldn't see anything in the next 2 or 3 years, because the last season took 5 years to make.".

ย

The same guy also asked, "What happened to Audrey Horne?", to which David of course replied, "What do you think happened to her?"

ย

ย

More on this from WTTP.

ย

FWIW: This is the polar opposite of what Lynch spent decades saying about TP in the '90s and 2000s - that it was "dead as a doornail". He never, ever, ever said anything like it was 'too early to talk about'.ย Based on these commentsย and a few other things I do think it is likely.

I do sort of wonder if we get more we won't with Audrey, unless he just wants to tease.ย

ย

Yeah I was surprised he seemed to sort of say that there may be more just in several years. He could have been more cautious if he wanted to be. So whatever happens I think the revival must have sparked some interest in him for more.
