There were major problems with Kristoff St. John, Heather Tom and Victoria Rowell's contracts, maybe Sharon Case too. Plus you have foolish moves like recasting Mac to fit into the cookie cutter mold she's in now (huge bust), letting David Lago go (he wins the Emmy), letting JVA leave because she didn't want to work an insane amount. In reality she was RIGHT, even those who likes Pomerania agree that she is on WAY too much. Too much of a good thing will always turn into a bad thing.
