Members applcin
Glen Campbell's Rhinestone Cowboy: "And mothballs coming over the phone..." Also, I knew Kenny Rogers was lamenting to Lucille about four hungry children but it sounded like four hundred children. When Joe Cocker was singing Delta Lady I wondered what it had to do with "When I hold my gun in England".
Members All My Shadows
"Give Your Heart a Break" by Demi Lovato. The lyric in the bridge is "When your lips are on my lips," but EVERYONE I know, including myself, hears it as "When your lips are on my ass." Members VirginiaHamilton
I was around 3-4 years old when: came out and would always muck up the chorus by singing 'Smoo-ba-da-be-da' instead of 'Smooth Operator'. I'm so used to that dance being referred to as 'wine' (I blame it on growing up on dancehall reggae) that I never gave 'Slow Wine' a second thought. Members Wales2004
I learned about winding before I knew about wine so I was clear on the difference in spelling very early. Some people are thrown by West Indian accents as if the people are speaking a language other than English. At 3:39 are they saying anything comprehensible? <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/eFUrXG4zu5U" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This is just fun: <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fK9hK82r-AM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
