So this is unexpected news. The Return to Eden miniseries is being remade by the Nine Network in Australia: http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2012/07/nine-new-dramas-return-to-eden-remake-underbelly-squizzy-gallipoli.html

I could take or leave the series but there was something I just loved about the miniseries and can watch it over and over again. I presume this has come off the back of the Revenge success in Australia and they'll go down that route of making it slightly darker.
