Will ABC Daytime Cut 20 Scripted Episodes Per Year, Per Soap?

I'm definitely in favor of them trying something new, although I do think it's a foregone conclusion that the genre has run its course. But if this helps keep people employed for a bit longer and helps keep hope alive, I'm all for it.
