Because simply reporting that she went on recurring could be chalked up to a poor source or whatever, but going out of the way to say she asked to be put on recurring when she's not even on recurring is extremely fishy. Layla is villifyed and run out of town Layla finds out Jess is pregnant and switches the DNA tests on the baby to make sure that Cris istn revealed as the father. She is trashed and Cris kicks her to the curb when he finds out Cris tells Layla that Jess is having his baby. Brody needs to get with Layla, and once she inevitably fired, then they do Brody/Natalie. Well if Brody's character even lasts that long. LOL. They would totally do that. How many characters have they made psycho for no other reason then to prop a couple? TPTB PLEASE don't make Brody crazy again to make us root for Jessica/Cristian.
