She left in Dec/January after it was revealed (at least to the audience) that she was Craig's accomplice in framing Brad for the "murder" of Spencer McKay. Craig used that as leverage against his sister Katie to give him an alibi in the bombing of Paul's car. It was also revealed she and Craig were lovers, which is wrong on so many levels. Craig sent her out of town to avoid tipping off more people that there was a connection between them. Although Carly, Brad and Katie definitely know about that. I know she had a butchered return cause that could have lead to a recast Betsy (Judi Evans) and Steve. Grandma Ellen could have returned and everything. Dani and Craig were thought to be Father and Daughter years ago.........Just Yuck! ATWT need to bring back the The Stewarts: Annie and all her kids or Dee.
