MaryJane/Patty in my opinion has involved herself in the whole paternity storyline, I think Jack or Billy is the babydaddy, and MJ/P changed it to Nick, with Nick being with Sharon because she is knocked up, she has to keep Phyllis away from Jack, so by making Summer sick, Nick will be in the triangle loop. I hope they just kill Adam off. I think this character is done for, and if they did bring him back, it would probably be as a Sheila wannabe bogeyman.
