How come Thaao's return in the 90s isn't included in his stats?

Because it was retroactively established in 2007 that Thaao was in fact playing Andre (who was impersonating Tony) during his stint between 1993 and 1995. This list is about actors playing the same character as they did before and the retcon in 2007 meant that it was Andre, not Tony who appeared in the 90s. Therefore, Thaao did not appear as Tony between 1985 and 2007.

Thaao is also listed at number 14 (for the amount of time between appearances as Andre between 1984 and 1993) and number 22 (for the amount of time between appearances as Andre between 1996 and 2002).
