In the beginning, Gabriela lives in a barn, she doesn't have one leg, she is deaf, blind, illiterate and poor. She doesn't have the money for food so she east gravel. After 100 episodes, Gabriela can hear and see. In episode 120 she grows a leg. In episode 150 she becomes bank CEO. In episode 250 she gets appendicitis, all the men in the show cry. In episode 300 she finds out she has a father, a brother, a mother, a step-father, a sister-in-law and a mother-in-law, and that they're all very rich thus making her a rich heiress. All the men in the show cry. In episode 312 she finds out that her father is his own twin brother and that her mother died after giving birth. All cry, especially men. Two episodes later the bank she leads goes into bankruptcy, all hate her, she cries, everybody in the show cries. The director and the screenwriter and the co-screenwriter also cry. That epopoeia lasts for about 20 episodes. In episode 340 she gets back to the barn where she was born and there the fortuneteller tells her that she will have luck in life. Gabriela cries, the fortuneteller cries, all the men in the show cry, my grandmother who follows the show cries, I cry because Gabriela finally has it going. In the end, after 500 episodes, the prophecy is fulfilled, my grandmother starts to follow a different telenovela in which, in the beginning, Lucinda lives in a barn, doesn't have one leg, she is deaf and blind...
