Nikki and Katherine have a friendship, but the only time you truly see it is when Nikki's in a crisis or vice versa....

Even then was Katherine any kind of good friend? I seem to recall Nikki asking for a short term loan to get Victor off her back and her so called Best Friend couldn't do that. Not because she didn't have the money but probably more because she didn't want to dare cross Victor.

^^^Yet, she's SO quick to dash money in Amber's direction. Le sigh. Not to mention the countless times that Katherine encouraged Nikki to stay with Victor, even after he treated her like dirt. And then when she finally got a dose of what Nikki had to endure, she was quick to change her tune lol.
