Awww...that makes me want to feel bad for this fan. I learned my lesson a long time ago back in 1998 when I lost BOTH Cynthia Watros (ex-Annie Dutton, GL) and Eileen Davidson (ex-Kristen Dimera, DAYS). I was just a complete wreck, so my heart goes out to Lonepalm. But, you know, if actors aren't happy, then what can you do? There hasn't been a good Gus storyline in quite sometime besides his pill popping and his constant muttering of, "Abba-dabba-dabba" on one particular ITL and the whole Natalia/Rafe storyline was a complete snoozer.

Maybe with his departure, could we see a contract for the much needed Liz Kiefer? Wait- they've butchered her character.

Or David Andrew MacDonald? Wait- they've also buthered that character too.

Beth Chamberlain? Ditto.

Marj Dusay? Double ditto.

I give up.

If RPG leaves, his salary will go toward something more crucial to the show's continued success ... like more flowers for Cassie's garden.

I caught that sort of. Not that I felt that RPG looked like he had a gun to his head LOL, but the look of aloofness if that makes any sense. You can kind of tell when actors are tired and don't even care. And I feel that its written all over RPG's face.
