The surplus that you are both fond of, had to be sent back as refunds to the tax payers to save the economy in 2001. I guess we will all get refunds back after Obama too...he will collect even more than Clinton did.

Well then this year and last should be even easier to forget about because we haven't been in a recession.

William Jefferson (D-La.) is charged with 16 counts, including bribery. The indictment said that at one point, Jefferson drove in his Lincoln Town Car through the streets of Arlington with $100,000 in marked FBI bills meant for a top Nigerian official whose assistance Jefferson needed for a business venture.
