Since New Years, all I see is a black screen at cbs.com/innertube for the soaps...anyone else having problems? I tried to watch on two different computers. I can hear the sound but the pic is black...bummer...

It's working fine for me and always has, I know some people have been having problems with it from day one...

Innertube is a terrible video player, I do not like it at all. It's probably a problem with your computer.

I can watch all the CBS shows perfectly in full screen via MSN, but on Innertube I can't even get the small video to play properly. Pure crap.

Any suggestions on how I might view my CBS shows? It sucks that innertube suddenly doesn't work for me. I'm wondering how to resolve?

I'm always receiving "This content is currently unavaiblabe..." - even their online specials...

Innertube has had interface problems with all kinds of different software configurations ever since it's launch. It's not your computer, it's their buggy, incompatible interface. It's not stable or user-friendly and since they switched to pure flash format, the problem's only gotten worse.
