I have a feeling that Ellen is a DAYS fan. She has had Deidre Hall on a couple of times and she did a tour of the studio and had a good time it appeared with the cast there.

I belive they shoot either across from each other or in the same building. She went to say hi to Deidre when the show first started (and brought her a bun cake). The clip was on the Ellen website. It was so cute. They crashed a Sami/Lucas scene from 2003, Ellen walked in, claimed to be Marlena's long lost sister Betty and then did her evil stare.

I saw when Ellen crashed Sami and Lucas's scene. It was very funny!

This could only help the show. She does seem like a Days fan and that is a good thing. Days needs the PR. Let's also remember she had SN on a few weeks ago too.

They tape in the same studio. NBC Studios in Burbank, CA. On Alameda St .... The Tonight Show also tapes there.

I seem to recall the interview with Deidre Hall, and I believe that Ellen pronounced Marlena's name wrong, LoL. I'm doubting she's a huge fan.

huge fan? maybe not... but prob a fan of the show... well maybe not even the show, but the stars.

because when i met Ellen last year at her show she asked if we were only there for her show and we told her we were looking to stalk some Days stars and she talked Days with us for a bit.
