Stormy Times Ahead -- Soap Star Charged with DUI!

Kirsten Storms, who plays Maxie Jones on "General Hospital," has been officially been charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Storms was arrested on September 7 while driving on an L.A. freeway. A CHP officer says he saw her toss a lit cigarette out the window of her Mercedes and pulled her over. According to the police report, officers "noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle." After several sobriety tests, she was arrested for DUI. Law enforcement sources tell us she blew a .13.

Kirsten will be in court to face the music on October 7.

All I have to say is... I hope she'll get what she deserves.

I am so not condoning her behavior, but why does she deserve jail? Yes, she should have her license revoked, she should do community service and go to an alcohol program, but I don't think she deserves to go to jail.

She should go to the grey bar hotel but we all know she will get off with a a very small tap on the wrist. She won't even get a slap. These Hollyweird tyes are going to keep on getting away with this crap until 1 of them kills somebody!

Because she broke the law. Having her license taken away etc for a while isn't gonna do it. Someone has got to teach these stupid Hollywood people a lesson! They're a public face and should know better.

Yeah yeah, they didn't ask to be in the spotlight right. Well yes they did. When they signed up for the business they automatically signed up for being somewhat responsible people. With the fan base KS had on DAYS she must know there's people who are looking up to her.

Yes they're only human, everybody understands that. But driving under the influence of alcohol is plain selfish. Since Kirsten did this on her own I really don't care if she could have hurt herself, but she could have hurt someone else. That's the whole point here.

Does anyone see Storms being fired over this? I hope not. I'm sure this will affect her job; we'll be seeing less of Maxie.
