I do believe it was pointed out in SOD that Noah on Y&R brithday is New Years Eve and they either didn't mention it at all or they celebrated it at a different time of the year. Jessica's on screen birth was originally in September just after Kevin's birthday but it was moved to December when she was pregnant with Megan Victoria.
