I so wish CBS would insist it's affiliates (especially the big markets) run GL in the afternoon, opposite GH, across the country. I'd really be curious to see how it would do against GH (better than many think!) and how it's ratings would do if it had a consistant time in all markets across the country.

In the markets where it does run against GH is gets beat pretty handily in the Women 18-34 demo. The most recent number I found was in the November 20-24th post in the ratings archive that GH beat its time slot competitor in that category by 78%.

Hmmm.....not the best of weeks for the ABC soaps. Not one of them gained any ground. I think OLTL will rise next week, due to the improvement in the show lately.

What improvements? It is more of the same only in larger doses. Reading the recaps only reaffirms my desire to stay away.

More of Viki, Dorian, Clint, Lindsay, Roxy; a little less of John and Natalie; Spencer getting justice....those are just a few of the improvements starting to take place at OLTL.

Not biting on those things as improvements.

JVD is a huge failure as a recast for me. I have no use for the Clint recast. He's just not Clint to me. Even less interested in his interaction with Dorian it is far to OOC for me to understand and it only hurts both characters. It is another case of Dena creating some new character and putting a familar name on him. He still remains unrecognizable.

Lindsay trashing her relationship with RJ and the set up for the recycled Bo wars under Dena is not an improvement for me. Honesly the character of Lindsay was played out years ago. There is a deaparture I didn't miss. The only thing of interest was that it gave RJ some small chance at story.

Spencer getting justice? Not working for me. I don't read about Kevin and Kelly getting any form of justice. Never cared about John and his story and Todd's been FF material for me for years. NuMarty's a disaster.

Seems like status quo only I've never seen a show where I considered every single character unlikeable.

Whoa go Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy to see them maintaining those numbers! :D

ATWT confuses me. I don't want the ratings to spiral down or anything.....it's just strange.

What's happened to the detailed ratings info you we used to get? We haven't gotten HH, share, or total viewers info since Nov 6-10. Have we lost access to that information or the person who used to compile it?

I have internet at home once again, so now I'll be able to update the ratings. :)

Awesome news, Toups! I had been keeping a spreadsheet and I hate having holes in it -- screws up the charts (yes, I'm a dork).
