Every time I watch this show makes me love Victor Garber even more. He is as good as he was on Alias. The mother of the daughter, what was her name, Claire Miller? I didn't sympathize with her. She was too angry, which of course she had every right to be. Yet I had no sympathy at all for the other woman who just wanted to keep her image intact.

I love the dialogue in this show, and I wish they would make Dr Shaw a series regular. He is a HOTTIE!

The part I like best is the end that shows how the act on trial actually happened. Tonight's show had a twist that was really good. The young woman was on trial for murder and the defense plead self defense. I was not sure it was as, like the jury, I did not like her or believe her, but her attorney's did. In the end, she was acquitted of murder. In the tellall of the actual crime, it was self defense, but the man also had been robbed of his money and she did take the money, but she had not been charged with that. Seeing all the technical, behind the scenes of big cases is pretty awesome.

I have to agree that one of the things I like best about this new show is the behind the scene look at what really happened. I like seeing the defendants real feelings without the lawyers twist to what happened. It is also very interesting to seeing how close the lawyers understanding of what they think happened is to what really occurred.
