Now, see I thought Olivia just had one of the best scenes of the week recently when she took Tracy on. I was concerned ahead of time that Lois would make Olivia seem like Lois Lite but I don't think that has happened. Okay, different people at different places are all seeming to come up with the same theory of Blaze's real identity. Her name is Allison Rogers. Luke's nickname for Skye was Blaze for obvious reasons. If Blaze is Lila Rae she could've heard about that & chosen Blaze for her stage name in honor of her mother. The Alcazar family is Hispanic so that works. At the last reckoning of Shapiro's Folly Myrtle had been found to be Rae's bio-mother & Rae had been found to be Skye's bio-mother. Skye's bio-father turned out not to be Alan so was some unknown truck driver. So Rae was adopted by an unknown woman & her husband but he died & she married Noah Grady & then she died & he adopted Fannie & her brother? And, Sky was adopted by Adam? I read her review & I read Alina Adams review & they both gave the book extremely positive reviews. Can't say that I caught any errors but then I am not up on RH. What were the errors?

All sorts of places online have different cultures & in some of them some people are trying to get as many followers as they can or as many LIKES or thumbs up, or whatever. However, a lot of people just aren't going to do that. But, apparently Musk has altered the algorithm so that it encourages inflammatory exchanges. In other words when & if you indicate you don't want that kind of traffic, the algorithm gives you more of it. Or at least it is said that he has done that. Obviously I don't know. All I know is that it does not work well anymore.

Yeah, it is sad because it is the end of an era ... again. When CBS canceled GL & ATWT it was the end of the very long era of domination of sponsor-owned soap operas. When ABC moved AMC & OLTL it was the end of the New York soap scene. When ABC canceled AMC & OLTL it was the end of the network-owned soap operas because one network owning only one soap isn't really a thing. When DAYS moved from NBC to Peacock, broadcast to streaming, it was the first time in approximately 55 years that one of the three major networks was airing no soaps. When Soap Opera Digest ceased publishing weekly print editions it was the end of an era in professional soap opera media, as to print editions. It is the times we live in. And I for one am glad that many people have reached out for happy memories!

Tom Lisanti, the author posts on my forum. I'm so pleased that so many people are so tickled with his book. He first posted about it a year ago & it's been interesting & it's kind of a Hooray for him & FINALLY, also, moment. Marlena delaCroix reviewed it & said that it's scholarship was equal to that of the Christopher Schmering SOAP ENCYCLOPEDIA 1985 & there is no greater compliment that could be paid!!

You know how they say what hill would you die on, well, I was just sure that he'd be back, that sure, that confident, now I'm furious! Angry. Gutted.

I have always heard that the problem, period, full stop, with TEXAS! was with the writing. Patrick Mulcahey talked about their all being hired & assembled & the show not having anything for them to write yet so they stuck them with the AW writing team for a few months & he wrote for AW but was never credited with it on either IMDB or wikipedia which frustrated him to no end! They just sounded very disorganized to my ear & another thing they did was plan this all around Beverlee McKinsey's character Iris without first of all asking her if she was interested! By the time they did ask her they were far along in development & they inadvertently gave her this great negotiating advantage because they had to have her say yes! Between things Mulcahey said & Beverlee said in the "City Lights" interview I developed a strong impression of disorganization!
