That set (Gwen/Will/Casey/Maddie/Luke/Noah/Allison/Chris/Aaron/Jade) had all the potential to being the next great generation of ATWT but Jean could not write a damn good story for them to save her life.

I don't believe that Kenya talked about Cynthia behind her back. I think Porsha is once again bullsh-tting like she did about Kandi raping her. Kenya kept calling her bluff to share the texts with everyone. Porsha is just picking a fight to gain a sense of relevancy.

*sighs* Well I for one was happy. I just makes me so sad b/c I wish GL was on air my Michelle and Danny (with Joie in the role) were back onscreen.

Here's my thing with the LA show--you can tell that it wreaks of all Purveyors of Pop and no Mariah. This is why this show will flop like the Houston show. Mariah just had that instinct of who would work best for this show. I just don't see it for the LA show. That aside, I am glad that the LA girls gave Quad and Hellishly the business.

That is something I never got with this genre. People who tanked shows were always rewarded with another show to kill. Kreizman finished off GL and them was rewarded ATWT and then AMC. Guza, Pratt, and JFP's resume are LONG in this category. Jean was horrid at AW and AMC. She was then rewarded ATWT, OLTL (again), GH (twice), and Y&R. Josh Griffith has flopped all over daytime. We'd be here all day long going over the flops being rewarded show after show. This really has to be because they either want to kill this genre off or are too scared to invest in new writers.

Looking back at it, I think Hunt Block should've been cast as Rick Ryan. All of the stories (minus marrying Babs and impregnating Jennifer) would've suited Rick easily. It would've made more sense anyways as Rick was a dastardly character to the audience anyways. He still would've been in Barbara's realm, but instead her brother. It would've given Kim and Bob lots more to do too.

But in so many words she did say that. She didn't want to be paired/work with him, which is f-cked up. At that point, she should've been glad that she even landed a job as many former GL actors were that lucky to land on another soap. A true professional would've just done their job and tried to take the "green actor" under their wing if it irked her so much. Beth came on GL thinking she was gonna relive Gus/Harley 2.0 and it didn't come to fruition thank god. I was glad to see that Ricky had chemistry with Chrishell, which finally gave Amanda a meaty story after being in the background for the longest.

I just remember her saying in so many words that she didn't want Taylor to be paired with Brot (played by JR Martinez). She basically was hoping to be paired with Ricky Paul Goldin again and it didn't happen. He just so happened to have chemistry with Chrishell Stause (Amanda) instead. Funny thing is that JR outlasted Beth on AMC, which was poetic justice.

I found this episode to be rather boring. I spent more time flipping back to Survivor then watching this drivel. Teddi sobbing is nothing new. She does that so that the women can get off her back, but I love that Sutton has her foot planted firmly on Teddi's neck. You're gonna work for that paycheck this season, boo. Only thing that warmed my heart was the preview next week when Rinna turns her fangs on Kyle. All these years, Kyle has cast Kim to the wolves in favor of Rinna and to see Rinna even call her on it was poetic justice. This also confirms my suspicion that Kyle was possibly the initial target this year, but Denise happened to stumble into the bullseye instead. And dinner parties need to cease on this show. That was some awkward, painful, scripted bulls**t.

OMG. That is tragic. Minnie was not my favorite, but this is saddening to hear. May she RIP.

I don't think Joe wouldn't've been so bad had they instantly wedged him between the hugely popular Jake/Paulina and then made him a chauvinistic pig. A lot of the scenes were he'd tell Paulina or Sofia to shut up was hard to watch. Out of all of Jill's cop characters that emerged during that time, I always found Gabe to be the least offensive. I never understood how Joe made it to the finale. He should've been killed off, thus freeing Paulina. Had Tito had killed Joe instead of "killing" Grant, I would've enjoyed that better.

I don't think it was the women more so than it was production. They seriously played her from the jump by having her wear black while the rest of the women wear white. Production was getting their get back from 'closet-gate.'

Does anyone know why Tante was having Mignon target Liza? By that I mean, what was she to gain? I feel like I need to go back to soap Tumblr and refresh myself on the Mignon arc. I (too) don't mind soap veering a teeny bit into the supernatural where it is believable. SFT is one of the shows were I wish more clips pre-1984 would pop up.

Texts don't lie. It is obvious that Shamea and Porsha were lying on Kenya. Porsha took something so genuine and innocent and made it into something major to bring Kenya down.

First and foremost, can I just say that it warmed my heart to see Maeve Kinkead again. I miss her presence on TV so much. It was good to see Bryan, Kurt, and Gina too, but Maeve warmed my heart. I loved watching her tear up over William Roerick. That aside, I am feeling blessed b/c I get my Danny and real Michelle reunion!!!!

Porsha is a SNAKE. I can't wait for Kenya to expose her ass and she's already done so by posting texts between herself and Shamea confirming Kenya's claims.
