Wow. I always thought that book stand was just a small variation of Wade's. Glad you cleared that up for me. I didn't get the Dobson's obsession with Brad either from clips I've seen. He reads very pervy or skeevy to me. The scene where he saw Dee in a towel and was undressing her with his eyes was just gross. If anything, the character gave me Ted Bundy/Jeffrey Dahmer vibes more than a romantic leading male.

Speaking of faux relationships, looks like Cynthia's is getting questioned now too...

Kenya's "downfall" has been supposedly occurring for almost 4 seasons now. If it didn't happen in season 6, I doubt it'll happen this year. Them questioning the validity of her marriage is nothing new. Nobody is doing it but Kim, Sheree, and NeNe. Kandi won't do it b/c she has class and knows what it is like to have her marriage questioned. Cynthia will sit there idle (as usual). Porsha will try and steer clear of drama this year after last year. What I find boggling about all of this is that all of these women (minus Kandi) have lied about a portion of their lives. Why does it matter if Kenya does it? Sheree's whole story about reconciling with Bob was a lie. The blogs had already busted her a** early on that Bob had a girlfriend and was helping Sheree's story this past season to ensure she kept a slot on the show. She by Sheree ... a lie. Chateau Sheree ... a lie. A plethora quick of schemes for Sheree to remain relevant on the show. Nene lied the first season of the show about her social status. It's pretty obvious too that Nene most likely divorced Gregg to ensure he signed a prenup to prevent him from touching her "new fortune." Kim stays lying. She lied about having cancer. She lied about Big Poppa leaving his wife. She lied about being a lesbian. When Kim breathes, she lies. Porsha lied about her marriage to Kordell. At first she declared he never beat her, and then she said he did in later seasons. She swore he was straight, but later said he stole her Bedroom Kandi from her and was probably using it. Cynthia lied at times too. Her first season she declared that she didn't give Peter money to do Bar One when we learned later seasons she was fitting the bill. Again, minus Kandi, all these chicks sit on a throne of lies. All of them manufacture stuff for drama and relevancy. My gripe is why does it bother these women and fans when Kenya does it? She's only doing what the rest have been doing before she joined the show. I actually hope that this is Kenya's last season for awhile b/c I want her to go off and live a healthy, happy life with her man. Nothing will bother these chicks more than Kenya living best life. Besides Kandi, she is the only other one that doesn't need the show. Kenya has always been frugal and business savvy with her money.

I agree. I feel like there are no longer moral compass type characters on soaps anymore. If they are, soaps make them too saccharine, too dull, or one-note that fans don't want them around as they do come off as righteous (like Y&R's Neil). There's nothing wrong with having normal characters on soaps that balance out the rest. Do you think that this is a problem across the board in all of television and film? Speaking of Carol (and Lisa by extension), does anyone know what happened to the Wade Bookstore? I was watching some of the episode that WeLoveSoaps post awhile back again, and I know burned down, but wasn't it rebuilt? Did the show just phase it out?

But wasn't Jay Amy's biological dad? I need to go re-read their histories again as this promo has me a bit intrigued. I am somewhat glad that Carol was forgotten. Could you imagine how she'd be had all the writers post Marland gotten their hands on her? She'd be bitter, vampish, and out to break up Tom & Margo as she'd all of a sudden had some epiphany she wanted Tom again.

NJ is gonna take a hit being on Wednesday. With all of Fall programming returning, it'll be hard for NJ to keep up with the competition. Honestly, they should've brought the show back after Potomac ended on Sundays and put it in that slot. By the time Fall programming returned, NJ would've aired and bounced back ratings wise. Tuesday night would've been a safer time to air NJ in the Fall. It isn't as competitive as Wednesday and Thursday nights. An October premiere month isn't wise either. Not when people will already be invested in shows like Star, Empire, Survivor, etc. I'm wondering what Bravo is gonna do with M2M too. It is supposed to come back some time this month. Are they gonna air on Sundays then shift it to Fridays once Potomac comes back in January? They've already put Kim's tacky show on Friday's death slot. I'm wondering if Bravo is trying to kill her show off by doing so.

Is that Carol and Jay Stallings in the promo? Why was Amy gonna be put up for adoption?

Has everyone been to the EON homepage and seen all the updates and clips added thus far? I'm excited to see how the site progresses even more.

Does anyone know how much longer till the Whites exit? Or Emma? I feel like once all these characters exit stage left that the show will possibly retool itself and get back on track. Boggles my mind how ED went from having the best year ever to now. But then again all the UK soaps seems to be a dip as of late. None of them hold my attention.

Bravo just posted this article about 6 things we didn't see occur at the reunion: 1. There was a very telling moment about Luann's marriage that fans didn't see. At one point during the all-day shoot, Andy Cohen asked Luann, "Do you think you guys will make it all the way?" Her reply? "I hope so." 2. Yes, Luann signed a prenup. While talking about Luann's marriage to Tom, the other ladies asked if there was a prenuptial agreement in place. Luann said there was. 3. Bethenny's words clearly had an impact on Ramona. Fans saw Bethenny calling out Ramona for being rude to her assistants and the staff in Mexico, but what they didn't see was what happened during a small break. It takes a village to make the reunions happen and the ladies are assigned various people to help them throughout the day. As she was sitting on the couch, Ramona called out to her talent handler, "Wasn't I nice to you?!" We were out of earshot of his reply. 4. Dorinda was on time, but the other ladies... Dorinda Medley was the first Real Housewife to arrive on the infamous reunion couches, and she started to get annoyed that everyone else was running late. The rest of the ladies arrived in the following order: Sonja Morgan, Tinsley, Carole Radziwill, Ramona Singer, Luann, and Bethenny. 5. It wasn't friendship at first sight between Carole and Tinsley. Carole and Tinsley have gotten very close this season, and even recently traveled to Spain together, but they didn't hit it off right away. Bethenny revealed at the reunion that she was more excited to hang out with Tinsley in the beginning than Carole was. Thankfully Tins grew on Carole. 6. The ladies took too long at lunch. Andy made his way back to set on time...but he was the only one. "We broke at 1:30 for lunch and it's 3," he said. Maybe they got stuck in traffic? SN: Had I been Dorinda, I would've chewed the f-ck out of Bethenny for arriving late to the set to film the reunion given how Bethenny nearly had a breakdown when they were late to dinner in Mexico. Bethenny wouldn't be able to say nothing else about people being tardy.

Well I did feel that the cast needed some new energy come time for s3. Hopefully, Katie will provide that, but I still can't stand her a**.

Stephanie might need to worry about her own marriage, which looks like a car crash about to occur (much like she said about Brandi's marriage). This is why relying on spouses is a thing of the past, and everyone needs to get their own education, have their own career, and make their own money. Travis is barbaric and old-fashioned. I can't say I pity Stephanie as she knows what she married. This man's expressions are obvious. He is over Stephanie. Ramona is a mess. She needs to stop. She comes off horribly in this segment by not owning her sh-t.

Jeff's opinion is bias b/c his best friend is Shannon. Of course he's gonna suggest Vicki needs to go. If Vicki goes, Shannon and Tamra need to go too. All 3 of them are equally toxic.

She wouldn't use it. Vicki's dumbass still yearns for Tamra's acceptance and friendship. That's why Tamra will continue doing her the way she does b/c she knows she has control over Vicki.

Tamra's heinous actions of the past aren't shown b/c Andy is protecting her. He adores TamRat and all her antics. He is on the bandwagon of pushing the image that she a "changed woman" since Vicki tarnished her image due to Brooks/cancer-gate. That's why I get so happy when Tamra's a** gets pelleted with questions about her gutter past on the reunion. It is then that she has to be honest, and the few (and I mean few) fans that have forgotten her past are reminded of how she used to be. Tamra is no better than Vicki. She brings up Brooks all the time to beat Vicki down, but I wish Vicki would just flatline Tamra's a** by bringing up TamRat trying to push her icky son into sexually assaulting Gretchen.

OC: Boring. Draining just to get through. First off, I found it disgusting that Shannon was questioning why Peggy got a double mastectomy. Whether she had the cancerous gene or not, the woman is clearly fearful that she'll suffer the same fate her mother did. You could see Shannon's wheels turning as she was about to scream another cancer-gate. Tamra making up with Peggy is clearly to try and gain another ally and not to be perceived as the bad guy. Guess what, TamRat, you already are. It was nice seeing Peggy seeing through Tamra's bull. Kelly & Shannon accusing each other of being manipulated was pathetic. In that moment, both of them should've realized that Tamra and Vicki manipulates both of them. And MegaNeck adding her two cents in and only calling Vicki manipulative was stupid. If only she knew that Tamra uses her as a pawn too. Can Meghan plz go away? Her obsession with Vicki bringing down is sickening. Dallas: Thank God for this show b/c I'd probably ditch Monday's on Bravo at this point. This show is surpassing OC when it comes to enjoyment. Tonight, Leanne overplayed her hand tonight. When she showed up to Stephanie's party mocking her, her practically sent Brandi right back over into Stephanie's camp. Might not be now, but it'll occur soon enough. Leanne should've just said she'd be supportive and sat back and watched until Stephanie p*ssed Brandi off again. Kameron v. Brandi looks to be the rivalry we'll see in the second half of the season. Kameron did not take to Brandi making a dig to her. I am interested to see how far this goes. D'Andra isn't too keen on Brandi too as she feels Brandi is using Leanne as a replacement for Stephanie.

I am so over Mona trying to make Holexis Sky "fetch." This girl is straight eating up the show, and I don't blame Masika at all for not wanting to pay her any time of day. I hope after Moniece beats her down tonight, I hope that she pays her dust too. Lyrica is another one Mona invests in that I don't get. Her telling Moniece to go into the studio and make a hit was laughable. When was the last time Lyrica herself had a hit song? I'll wait for an answer...

If this is true, I just hope that the story pans out to be well written.
