  1. Whoever post this on YT is a saint! This has to be one of my favorite stories of ED.
  2. I didn't mind RM as Janet. I just felt that Janet long overstayed her welcome given the long list of crimes she committed. I found it unbelievable she'd be able to walk the streets of Pine Valley given her wrap sheet. I did appreciate that the character did use to give hell to Trevor--a character I could not stand. I do think that the roles that defined RM and JD will be their roles on SB. Again, it just sucks (from what I've seen) that the writers lost passion for Gina after Keith left.
  3. I don't mind Justin Deas when he provides a subtle performance and isn't chewing scenery. From what little I've seen on RH and ATWT, he was a solid actor. He had great comedic timing during his time on SB. It wasn't until GL where I couldn't take him as Buzz. I think that the fact he was brought in and Ellen Parker (Maureen) was tossed out tarnishes him for me too. However, the Buzz character had his moments on GL where I enjoyed him. When he was opposite Jenna and Nadine, he was fine. After the 2 of them were killed, Buzz could've been killed off GL too. Going into the new millennium, we did not need Buzz. I feel like he could've been written off with Jenna when she was killed off. They could've implanted him in the car with Jeffery and Jenna. I would've been fine with it at that point. Plus, Harley and Frank didn't really need parental figures. They were well established by then, and the 2 character were established before their parents started popping up on the show back in the late 80s. I do agree that he has stellar chemistry with Robin Mattson. It seems after Keith left the show that Gina somewhat was lost in the shuffle, and the writers had no idea what to do with her the final years of the show.
  4. RHOBH: God this show is doing its best to make Erotika Lame "fetch" and it is sad. I don't care about her. I don't care for her wretched "singing" career. I don't care about her fashions, which are horrid. I don't care for her style team, who can't dress her at all. Andy even has her on WWHL tonight. He's constantly force feeding her to us and I'm not biting. So glad that Camille is back though. She has been missed. I hope they were nice enough to give her talking heads this year. Personally, I feel that they should've went ahead and gave her full-time housewife status. Outside of LVP and Kyle, Camille is the other face of BH. She put this show on the map thanks to her antics in s1. Rinna trying to make her daughters the next Hadid girls is pathetic. I don't buy them wanting to be models at all. I've never seen a scene of them openly expressing that they wanna be models. Instead, Rinna consumes the scene and it reads like she's forcing them to do so. If true, she needs to stop. Speaking of Rinna too, Harry Hamlin confronting Kyle about Kim is odd. If he's peeved about Kim giving the bunny back Rinna, he needs to take it up with his wife. People have warned Rinna for years to stop using Kim as her story. Rinna kept it going, and Kim flatlined her behind. Harry can't be butthurt when Rinna asked for it; she stayed poking the bear (Kim). PK seems so uncomfortable in front of the camera. I think the backlash from last year has caused him to be over the experience. I don't blame him for recoiling and opting not to share his true opinions in front of the camera. Heaven forbid someone speaks ill-will about the "sainted" THOTrokia Blame. It was an OK premiere. I've seen better.
  5. ^ Now that should've been her tagline.
  6. I'm just glad she didn't have a line about being phony or fake. I swear Kyle has the most generic, horrendous taglines ever while LVP knock 'em out year after year.
  7. ^ I'll give it another 3-4 episodes. I find it embarrassing that Andrea continuously gets pregnant by Chris; she's too f-cking stupid for my liking. Can we get to the return of Abira already? That's what I wanna see. I wanna see how Minnie will react to her return seeing as Abira whooped Minnie at the reunion last season. I do live for the friendship of Monie and Juicy. Juicy may be messy, but she is loyal. I do believe that Morlin obviously cheated and it is bound to come out. I just need all these little women to stop popping out babies. That mess ain't cute. I feel like they all do it b/c they wanna keep these men and that's not the case. Getting pregnant and being in a crappy relationship is constant on all the Little Women franchises. It's saddening.
  8. Meh at Moria being Emma's killer. That was kind of expected as it was either between her, Ross, or Laurel. Personally, I found hit more profound when it appeared that Emma committed suicide. Making this story a murder mystery has just made it worse for me. Laurel and Bob... Really? OK. I get having Laurel move on, but they stay putting her in awkward pairings. Hopefully, this pans out to be more than expected.
  9. Damn. I forgot they came on the other day.
  10. So happy that Jones won tonight! Finally, America got it right. I'm shedding tears of joy right now.
  11. That and can we eradicate them from the union? Just replace them officially with Puerto Rico, Guam, or Virgin Islands anyways.
  12. That's what bothered me. Kenya wasn't out the door good and they started bashing her. What made it worse was Kenya said she finally found her place in the group and trusted these women and they pull that stunt. Just tacky. But NeNe will want Kenya to pledge her allegiance to her down the line when Kim and her start beefing again. And Kandi was f-cked up for starting the crap seeing as Kenya was her biggest advocate last year when Phaedra and Porsha deliberately lied on her. I expected that behavior from Sheree, Man-LOW, and Porsh-t though.
  13. I am glad that Kenya threw a curve ball at these bitches tonight and went along with this faux wedding. They were expecting her to act out, thus validating their feelings about her marriage, but she ended up being a good sport and they didn't know how to take her. I get Kandi holding a grudge with Porsha. The severity of the act was just too much for Kandi to forgive her so easily. That's Porsha's problem. Everyone coddles her like a child and now she needs to be held responsible like an adult. Time for her to grow up. I did not like the last scene of the show. I thought they veered back into the toxicity by questioning Kenya's marriage right after the girl left in good spirits and spoke highly of the women. Per usual, MAN-LOW did production's bidding and questioned the marriage. All this shucking and jiving and you still don't have a peach to show for it. Girl, enough. I cut my eyes too when Porsha started to comment on Cynthia/Kenya's friendship and whether it is genuine or not. B*tch, are you the same chick that allowed your so called "bestie," Phelony Parks, to play you like a fiddle? Don't ever speak on what a friendship should be. Idiot. Kudos to Cynthia for not flip-flopping for once and remaining loyal to Kenya. So refreshing to see a woman on this show remain loyal to their friend and respect her wishes. However, NeNe is seething hot mad that Cynthia has her own mind now, and she can no longer control it. That's why I always preferred Cynthia/Kenya b/c Kenya encourages Cynthia to think on her own and stand in her own convictions. Sneak peek for next week: Child... Porsha should just be happy to be dating. She's so damn vain, hence why she'll never find happiness again.
  14. Oh OK. Thanks for the reminder. It sucks that all that occurred with Lucinda/Lily post '93 that they didn't even think to recast or ask the original actress back. Especially, when Luke and Holden were thought to be dead, and Lucinda was diagnosed with breast cancer. But you're right. It was better she wasn't brought back b/c the show would've totally disregarded her history and made the character totally something different. However, that's what I don't get with soaps. You have these already established legacy characters sitting in the archives, who a practically blank canvases, but they opt to create all these pointless characters with no ties and they rarely stick. Maybe that's just by thought process. That aside, how would you have felt had they brought back Courtney? Don't forget Paul. Didn't she once upon a time dated him? Would've been more possible she'd've propped Paul/Meg and been killed off by Meg.
  15. I'm drawing blank but whatever happened to Bianca? She was like the forgotten Walsh daughter.
  16. From what I've collected (via Mariah's subtle posts, blogs, etc. over the years) , it seems like it is a "boys clubs" with the other producers not wanting to share power with her. Especially, with her being a Black woman. Moving to tonight's episode... It highlights why Mariah is needed. This season is been OK but the second Mariah arrived, the show became interesting. There's a purpose. I am so over Jackie and Quad being bitter about Mariah's return. Get over it. I never got why Jackie's preying mantis looking a** had beef with Mariah. I think this stems back to s1 with the lemon squeeze and Mariah telling Jackie she didn't understand the beef with Toya (re: involving Mariah's daughter) b/c she didn't have kids and Jackie doesn't. It was the truth. Jackie is simply intimidated by Mariah. Quad was proven to be even phonier tonight, as one second, she said she didn't "see Mariah," but the next second she's bitching about Mariah's actions towards her in the past. If you didn't care, why give it energy? Oh yeah. Because you do care, Quad. I wanted Contessa to hit Heavenly in the throat too. I hate how everyone made excuses for Heavenly, who gets away with murder for doing the same mess they hate Mariah for--expressing her opinion.
  17. Melbourne: Boy am I glad they are back. But a lot has sure changed... It saddens me to see Gamble/Gina's friendship crumble, but I can understand why. Gamble is a bit of a famewhore and it has always been obvious. I think because Pettifleur was such a b-tch that a lot of Gamble's shortcomings got covered up or swept under the rug. This season is gonna be the downfall of Gamble. She's too aware of the cameras and thirsts for attention. I'm team Gina on the matter. If Gamble was truly ever Gina's friend, she would've reached out and attended Gina's dad wake and funeral. Venus is gorgeous, but I wanna see a pic of her old self, which she claims to be "ugly." While it might be a bit farfetched, a part of me wonders if Venus has issues with her Arabic background. I do think she's gonna pan out to be a great addition to the show. I can see how she and Gina bonded--not only by their legal backgrounds, but Venus is level-headed much like Gina. Lydia won me over this episode. I never cared for Lydia much in the past (especially, season 1), but I thought it was nice how she came to Gina's aid during her time of need. I still don't care about her damn dog though. Jackie... Never liked this heffa. Never will. Jackie is such a liar and full of crap, and I enjoyed when Lydia called her on it. Jackie saying she doesn't like calling people in front of a crowd was hilarious. The same Jackie that stayed calling Gina out for years in front of people? I can remember when she and Gina had their last big blowout in that restaurant and she tried calling Gina out. Hell, last year she called Lydia out in the finale and alleged the woman was sleeping around. Jackie is a trip. Janet is OK. I'm always on the fence with her. Sometimes, she enjoyable. Other times, she annoys me. She doesn't grate my nerves like Jackie though. I'm excited for Gamble v. Venus AND Gamble v. Gina next week. Is it just me or does Sally [who premieres next week] gives off knockoff Chyka vibes? Same haircut, in the same industry (fashion), same hair color... Venus does mirror Pettifleur a bit too, but she's more relaxed. Production was sneaky with that.
  18. He's on Kim's side. Only thing is that he can't hide all of Kim's heinous acts. Otherwise, it'd be gaps in the show. I think Michael Beck is banking for the audience to be on Kim's side when roach-gate begins with Nene/Kim. I think again, he's gonna misread the audience and ppl will side with Nene over Kim. Kim is reading too desperate and the audience picks up on it. Come reunion time, Kim will be the most hated cast member. But commenting on tonight's episode, Kenya made me proud. Ooo! She dragged Kim with such ease. Kim was shown to be a liar yet again. Of course, dumb Sheree perpetuates the lie too much like she did in s4 with African baby-gate, which got her ass fired. I shed tears over Kenya losing her grandma. That hurt my heart. While my grandma did not raise me like Kenya's, I know what it is like to be close to your grandparent, which I was with my maternal grandma. Nene feeling threatened by Kenya/Cynthia's friendship is absurd. Especially, when Kenya eagerly and openly expresses she'd like to be close to Kenya too. Nene is doing the most tonight. Stop being possessive and jealous and patch up your relationship with Kenya. Nene and Kenya used to be extremely close. Fix that relationship as Kenya is at least open to it unlike Porsha.
  19. Truer words have never been spoken. Thank God Mariah is gonna save us all next week. I think that all these marriages being on the rocks is karma seeing how they treated Lisa last year.
  20. Might work in their favor though. The original Dynasty copied things from Dallas and it worked for them. Might as well try it again and see if if magic strikes twice.
  21. Eww. Hasn't David been though enough? Oh and I forgot how she handled the Alicia story. That story still p*sses me off b/c Lachlan is still walking around the village free long after what he did.
  22. Thank God Queen Mariah is back next week. This show is dry and stale without her!
