  1. Oh I am sure that last scene was exciting for old time fans, especially since Jake pop in for a second. Exactly, I was ready for them to drag this out until either Christmas or even the 40th anniversary in February, but I was pleasantly surprised when the reveal happened. I mean, yes, not to the entire Square, but I didn't think we'd be here either. I really enjoyed the Six storyline for the most part. Unfortunately, now we seem to be in the period when Freddie/Anna/Bobby love triangle is a leading storyline and it's just dreadfully boring. None of them have any romantic chemistry with each other and the whole love triangle was built badly. It barely started and I cannot wait to be finished asap.
  2. I literally gasped when this happened! I did not expect it. And then again when she confessed to Bernie! And then again when she confessed to Elaine! I was SHOCKED! It was amazing. I never watched her original run, so I have no emotional connection to her or the character. And for me personally the week of Chrissie's return fell a bit flat. Sharon's storyline of being in prison just didn't make sense to me. She was in prison for SEVEN days, yet they treated it like she was there for years, her having to find a job, Chrissie risking her parole on the same week to hurt Sharon, when they could have both gone out of prison and then Chrissie could have gotten her revenge in some way... It was weird. But glad that oldtime fans got to see their favorite again
  3. I just got caught up. Thanks Jason!! Wow, I am shocked at how low OLTL was for a while. They were last several weeks in a row. And RH is doing terribly in the beginning. Shocking that they even managed to survive this bad start.
  4. THanks a lot Jason!! Greatly appreciated!!
  5. Yolande rape episodes / scenes are some of my favorite of the year. And I havent watched yet Wednesday episode, but Monday and Tuesday were great! Some nice family interactions. So good job, Bryan!
  6. I really enjoyed these club scenes with the crowd panic. Did not expect that at all when I started watching Monday's episode. Tuesday had a good follow up, so I am curious to see more fallout from this. Some good acting, but I really liked the writing and the directing here.
  7. Oh this is a nice idea!! I will tune in. Thanks for sharing!
  8. Ok, will try it out, thanks. I was already reading some character profiles... there are so many lol Lets see how I like it
  9. I was actually also considering Corie.. I have never seen it, ever... any suggestion when might be good time to jump in??
  10. Thanks for the tag as always!! I was out of town for a weekend trip and didn't see it until now, but the episode is gone unfortunately
  11. Is that the girl that played Paloma? Silvana something? Weird that out of everyone, they chose her picture.
  12. Thank you so much @JWDrama1980!!! It's a nice message from him. I have been visiting the website for sooooo long. Probably since early 2000s, because that's when I got internet on my computer when I was back in high school, and when I discovered the world of soaps online. So I can imagine how emotional this is for him and I can imagine how difficult it became to run it on his own. I hope this company, while changing the website layout, does not delete the content. Because that would be really sad. Good luck to Dan though! Ah, so he is leaving the site after all? In his video he says he is remaining with the website. Or at least, that was my understanding.
  13. Oh what a nice video!! I think Jane Rogers is the most different from what I remember her. I mean, obviously it's been almost 40 years, but with a lot of them they still look so much the same (just older), but with her I would have never recognized her. Vincent I. looks amazing, wow. I remember loving Heather and Scott and I hated Celeste so much. I remember when I started watching Y&R in late 90s, and Hope appeared at some point, I was shocked that it was Celeste from SB and now she was playing such a nice person. Took me a while to like her hahaha And seeing Sherilyn Wolter... omg, I LOOVED Elena Nicholas / Eleonor Norris. She was so amazing and soapy villianess goddess. I still remember when she was in that mirror labyrinth and C.C. was there too and then he finds her on the ground, shot and her last words are "Cruz killed me, Daddy"... with two shocks at once... Cruz allegedly shooting her and her being C.C.'s daughter! So cool!
  14. Thank you so much! Nice to have a Youtube link! EDIT: While I forgot some characters completely, like Carrie and Dan, Ava (Roya M.) is exactly how I remember her! I remember her face like it was yesterday and seeing the video now confirms it
  15. OMG I love it! So soapy and over dramatic!
  16. I am not watch Y&R anymore, but this sounds like a Tricia and Matt Clark rehash, but probably done worse?
  17. Thanks for the info, Errol! Wow... so fast... really sad. I have never visited the message board, so don't really care about that, but I have been visiting SC a lot for old episode recaps and character information. Now it will all be gone
  18. Do we know if there is any deadline when they are launching the new version of the site?? This is sad...
  19. Oh thanks for the tip! I will check out the video when I come home from work OMG, how memory is a weird and funny thing. So.. as I said, I have no recollection of Carrie existing in Loving back when I was watching. However I remember a name Dan and a name Honeycutt. I remember that someone with a name Honeycutt kidnaps Ava and ties her up in a chair in some cabin or something. So I thought it was Dan Honeycutt that did it. But no, Dan was there, but it was CARRIE Honeycutt that kidnapped Ava, as a double agent. Did she have like a secret agent code name? I have a feeling like there was a name. For some reason, I have a memory that some Mayor was involved (Corinth Mayor?) In her kidnapping. Maybe this is another wrong memory lol Anyway, wow, okay, that makes sense. And funny fact, Ava kidnapped and tied to a chair is the last scene we got in my country. It was a cliffhanger and that was the last episode we got which is I guess why it got stuck in my head
  20. I dont know if this is just me or what, but I have hard time watching this because I cannot get the video to start streaming. But looking at the description and your comments, this should be right around time I was watching!! Which would be lovely to see again. I still remember Roya Meganot as Ava very much. And Cabot and "Clay"! However reading the description, I must say I have no recollection of Carrie?? Who was she? And Dan also escapes my mind. So weird.
  21. Wow!! It is so nice to see these photos!! I did not recognize so many of them. Some of these people I last saw when they were on SB, so many years ago, so I remember them solely by how they looked while on the show. I am so happy to see Marcy there! I have seen some interviews with A where he mentioned not being in contact and her just staying away from the business. So it is so nice to see her there with him and others. It would have been so nice to be at this event. So many memories!!
  22. Oh nice!! I will check it out. Thank you so much for the tag!!
  23. Oh wow! This took me by surprise! I have been saying to myself for such a long time that you never know, maybe one day they will close down SOC site, so better download all those recaps. I did it for some, not for all.. and now we are here... But from what I can see, with GH's new layout, the old recaps are still there. So I hope they will remain.
  24. Yeah, could be. But I would assume they would negotiate the contract with the studio for the duration of the contract with CBS. Because I doubt they would risk it going bad in the second year and them having to move the production elsewhere. I would think so, yes. I guess I am overthinking it, but it was just strange to see the end date mentioned. I just wouldn't expect it in the first real article talking about the production of the show.
