No - because the AC would take hours and hours to cool the place down and with that many people in the stadium, it would be even hotter than with the roof open. It creates a hot green house. I don't know how well it does if they just have it closed for the evening or day before, with the AC on, but I think that many people under one roof would make it boil - that's what I've heard as the reason.

What was the moment and exact storyline that made you love that particular soap opera?
ATWT: The time around/when James Stenbeck was bad but not as bad as he would get - brother Gunnar was on also. Tom and Margo were played by Justin Deas and Margaret Colin....the Mr. Big storyline. (I believe this was during the Dobson period of writing the show) I remember Betsy, Steve, Craig as the triangle and what a huge supercouple Steve and Betsy became. Loved the Summer storylines with Marcy, Jay, Frannie (not yet Julianne Moore). I saw the introduction of the Snyder family a little bit later, and of course Holden and Lily's story. But I was also drawn to Ellie as well as Meg with her relationship and abuse with Tonio Reyes. One really compelling story that kind of gets lost in the memories of viewers - was Caleb and Angel, and her abuse by her father - the fabulous James Rebhorn (who had played Beth Raines' father on Guiding Light). And I was always a huge fan of Emma Snyder (Kathleen Widdoes) and I think she deserved an Emmy in there but I don't think she ever got one. But boy could those actors and actresses make that simple Snyder kitchen look like home, and I wanted to swim in the Snyder pond every day!

I don't understand why people think Sheila is a good idea. It's 20 years ago. I saw the end, then rewound just to confirm, but didn't need to. Repeated lines, Steffy stands there speechless looking horrified and stupid. Finn stands there like the utter dope that I said they would make him.....because, you have to for Sheila. Everyone has to be insanely stupid, because of Sheila. It's the same thing they did for like 3 or 4 years with Quinn. Like.....you wouldn't get up in her face and say GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE *ITCH. ?? YOU SHOT US. You want to KILLLLLLL someone when you shoot them. GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE. And when she attempts to speak, SHOVE HER OUT. God I want to write this show. It would be funny to GRAB her and THROW her OUT. "Yep, you're a changed person, you've got your connections woooooo what connections you have, you're great, you're wonderful, your INSANE, NOW GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" And TOSS her OUT. Instead, both Finn and Steffy look helpless....they STAND and look helpless IN THEIR OWN HOUSE. It's pathetic. And when I rewound and saw Liam and Wyatt having - meaningless conversation....repetitive meaningless conversations about things they already KNOW and HAVE KNOWN....with BOTH characters making wacky faces. CRINGE. It's bad y'all.

So I would guess this is probably what will be Madison Keys as well. I called it earlier in the week when I saw who was where in the draw. I said, Oh Madison will pull out her best match against Pegula and then TANK because.....it's Madison and it's what she does. So, we shall see.

I am just making sure. Are we really talking about whether Ron Moss or Tanner Novlan is the better actor? Let’s just leave it at - it’s a close race. Ridge - yes unfortunately an original important character - Ron Moss is lucky he ever had a job. Bibberty traded up from commercials and will probably be in many many many lifetime movies. He’s Taylor Lautner-esque and I wouldn’t bet on any Oscar worthy stuff.

What the &uck are the fine specimens behind him? The one thing’s nose looks like Michael Jackson’s? These are the people that in the ongoing Trump cult phenomena- are the reason the rest of us are hoping they get to the kool aid part of the tragedy. Which would be the world’s biggest party.

I say bleed them dry. They deserve to have their bank accounts emptied - and the donors as well - empty their bank accounts and let them see - Republicans did this to them. There is a twitter account or X or whatever they're trying to be now. "Republicans against Trump"....but here's the thing - I'm not sure they really are against Trump. Because yesterday they posted the pictures of his coffee mugs, and everything else he's hawking with something about - don't let him do this. But - it advertises for him every time they post that stuff. On several of their posts I have replied "That's great - but you waited too late. It's too late now". I always post something like that. Because they have. They've waited too late to care, and any single one of them (which is two) - who REALLY DID stand up against him - they didn't not support Liz Cheney nor Adam Kitzinger (sp?)....in fact, they attacked them. Anyone WHO HAS spoken out against Trump (Democrats consistently) - instead of even just PARTIALLY bashing him as well - they go after anyone that spoke out against his orange-ness. And in the debate which I'm glad I didn't watch - I've seen the clips enough to know. They ASKED OUTRIGHT, who would vote for him, if he's their nominee, and every single one of them raised their hand except for Chris Christie, who can also bite my left one. They waited too late, and then stand around like a bunch of Steve Urkels pulling up their pants...."DID I DO THATTTTTT?" Yes, you did that, and now it's too late. And EVERY SINGLE ONE of them will vote for Trump. They are THAT bad, and THAT deplorable. They do NOT have Freedom, the Constitution, or LOVE in their hearts. They can shove it. They are all part of the group that wishes this country were a Fascist Christian State, and then they would be happy and they'll preach that they have freedom. I will NEVER vote Republican again - all I need to see is an R and I will not vote for that person. As long as a Democrat is capable and SANE, that's who I'm going with.

This cracks me up, because, it could be me and I worry about it. Long story. But I'll tell it. So - about 2.5 years ago I went through alcohol Rehab, went to a really good facility, met lots of people that would surprise you, but I won't just name it. It's kind of "their thing". They keep it very down-low, but the list of people and names that have been there is very long, and they are real. This is not Malibu recovery where you then go back out and party to celebrate your recovery so that you can be on E! news again. (If you want to know where I was, google Lynda Carter, recovery, she was on the Board of Directors for years). Anyway, I've long had anxiety problems, my whole life. It's why regardless of whether I like Mardy Fish or Naomi Osaka - I can't look past that it CAN be and IS very real to some of us. But, I wouldn't become a Tennis pro. Anyway, recovery facilities. So - it's weird. Because people are in there for a variety of things - as well as physical injury recoveries (usually sustained because they were bombed, repeatedly have fallen, or whatever - but there were doctors and physical therapists there to treat all of that as well). But, people are in recovery also for Benzos - anxiety relief medications - as well as alcohol, or all of that on its own. And the doctors swap - to get you off of Klonopin, they may give you Xanax or whatever. Then wean you off of that. So - when I got out of the 30 day program, I had to address my own anxiety issues with my Doctor....because I had used alcohol all of those years to deal with it. And the facility didn't want to get me hooked on any kind of addictive anxiety stuff either. So. My doctor recommended pot, and I've been using it ever since. Gummies, flower, all of it. But - I kept a journal for the longest time while I was high, because I wanted to be sure that I "made sense" and I wasn't losing my shi*. It's changed my life. Except now - the eating and weight, but I'll fix that. I needed to gain anyway, and well - mission ACCOMPLISHED on that front, now I need to get that under control. BUT ANYWAY - I'm so paranoid about the smell and scent. I don't do it in public, but I feel like I notice it more when I do smell it somewhere. Recently I was in a restaurant, and went outside by an employee office (large fancy restaurant), and on the way out to have a cigarette - got knocked in the FACE with the smell of pot. I thought. Couldn't be sure. Because a very good friend was going out with me, and he said....I don't smell anything. I said - my GOD it is HEAVY....the smell isn't even LIGHT. It's HARSH. So, then I was worried. Has my own usage made me more sensitive to it? Or am I smelling things that are not there? Do I have COVID? SHI*! (Paranoia hahahahahahahaa). So after our group finished our lunch, I said to 2 other friends - we gotta go out the back. I hadn't told them anything - and when we got near the back office on the way out...I said, can you tell me if you smell anything when we get to this hallway up here? WELL - BOTH my friends said, GOOD GOD....POTTTT! God, it's LOUD. So all of this to say - I think it's becoming more normal, but maybe we have a ghost hanging out by court 17 hahahahahaha. Or, maybe they're all paranoid like me and they do it also in their off time.

I cannot understand it. I listen to them lauding praise on him like Oreos in a bad McFlurry.....and I don't get it. Have I missed something? Did I miss multiple or even one Slam in there? He is not even memorable to me, and his big news in life was the 1000-999 set win against whoever that was at whatever tournament that was. Because dude can't play Tennis. Without the serve there would be some serious contenders to beat him at any large high school state tournament. The most truthful thing I've heard recently was that loud comment the other night about the guy that tried 2 first serves to win a point against Isner, and double faulted....and they said "why would you DO that with John Isner?" The other said something like, "right, he could miss any return." It was either outright said very close to that, and then they skirted away from him because I think they "heard" themselves honestly. But it was true. Isner-boring and ew to me. BYE.

It wouldn’t even take him saying those words to get you in his bed again you whore. And wouldn’t matter cause Hope is gonna be riding him before you know it. Just wait until Sheila drugs her own son so that he hooks up with Hope and she can get video of it to send it to Steffy. That’ll take care of her.

I had not - but I've heard that Roddick was not at all like it appeared. I do feel kind of badly for him and I don't know how anyone could read that article, or think of history and not realize - the timing just stunk for him. In other news, BYE ISNER. BYEEEEE. And I see at least early, Stan W. is in his match....I'm kind of rooting for him. It would be nice to see if one of the older players have a Connors year toward the end.

After he takes a shower in the outdoor shower that Quinn had put in for his birthday because multi-millionaires have always wanted an outdoor shower but can’t afford one or something? And he wanted one for years they said, but I guess his longtime wife Stephanie never knew nor anyone else? Maybe RJ can remind him about all the resources he has at his disposal both at work and at home.

I had to laugh during the Isner match - his opponent threw in a 1st serve - on the 2nd serve, and he double faulted. Either Patrick or James Blake said - why would you DO THAT? Why? Isner could miss any given return!

My dog, Truvy, turned 1 this July 31. She has always gone to the bathroom a lot - like 4-6 a day. They’re now down to 2 or 3. Big ones. I was just walking her and said “I tell ya something Truvy, no one will ever accuse you of bein’ full of shi*. Because well, you make damn sure of it 6 times a day.”

Long story but - I finally figured out who the pageant girl is that married a tennis player. I kept hearing that a recent Miss State married a tennis player. She's not Miss NC, she was Miss NC USA. I am involved with the Miss America system and people kept saying a "pageant girl" married a tennis player who only usually plays doubles. I know people in both pageant systems and never really asked which. I never did research to find out. (Not that anyone cares because it's kinda like in Miss Congeniality when they say it's a "scholarship program" - well, because in Miss America we always have been). And we own the right to the name "Miss State". USA/Universe has to say "Miss State USA". And this is who it is, 100%. Thanks for the accidental help HAHAHAHAAHA!

I think they had a chance with new possibilities with Sally / Courtney Hope and her new entourage. It was hokey but it had a chance. Instead they squandered a great young talent by putting her in the Liam/Hope/Steffy/Wyatt suck hole of death. I saw a tad at the end on Friday where it looked like they’ll likely have Eric be a failing business man or Alzheimer’s or something and B&B is the last show that should try something serious. My idea would be that Eric employs an outside designer on contract to help him with his designs - and as the months go by we all want to know how his designs are so good. Let it build. The industry including Spencer publications loves Eric’s new designs. At the showstopper - he announces the mystery designer has helped him - is Sally Spectra. The family is destraught and more sure than ever he is Suffering from dementia - to trust and employ Sally. Do flashback scenes or structure the story so that this happens first - although I’m inclined to have this done as a flashback. Charlie goes to Eric after finding a new AI freeware that scans folders and files from Forrester history and there’s a weird tag on a file from Bill Spencer. You don’t need to go into specifics - god knows more unrealistic things happen daily on this show. He reviews the file and sees - wow that’s lousy. In his silly Charlie way - am I seeing what I think I’m seeing? He goes to Eric. Can you believe that Bill Spencer lied and called that design competition equal all those years ago - where were we - Monaco? It looks like Bill lied about the phone and Internet voting. Sally won that competition and was an exciting new talent after all. It wasn’t a tie. Look at all the money she coulda made, ya know? And Eric feels badly. That’s why Eric chose her as his new secret designer - now all of you posers and losers can sit down - this old man still has a head on his shoulders. And Eric feels guilty because he feels like he wasn’t paying enough attention because at the time he was so worried about the family finding out about his relationship with Quinn. Quinn flashbacks. Bring her back as a foil again for Taylor, Brooke, and Sheila. That would be my start.

BYE! BYE FELICIA. If he could have actually played tennis he could have been unstoppable. He has to be #1 on the list for a tennis player who never really had any actual skills beyond serving. If he didn't win a point on his serve, it was over cause the dude struggled to hit a ball back. That's almost not an exaggeration.

While I think he lost his fortune, he's probably OK. People toss names around as the most successful people to ever come from Daytime, and I think he has to be one of the most successful. Some had brief popularity, but almost none maintained it for a long career like Kevin did. Possibly - honestly the only person I can think of really - that has maintained constant work almost no matter what the platform - Jane Krakowski (sp). She may not be the most wealthy nor the most recognizable "big star" name, but as far as constant work, practically no one has worked as much as she has consistently all these years. Now someone will name Kelly Ripa - I mean actors and actresses. Not talk show hosts although that has its place.

I love Broken Peach. YouTube them. Sensational. They do awesome mash ups. Must see them live, what a freakin' party. And I could tell they have musical talent, and I don't like cover bands. Was waiting for Original stuff and they finally did it...why that song "Give it UP" isn't huge by now...(but I don't listen to totally main stream, so maybe it is). Here's a few, and then Give it Up: And their new Original - so much fun:
