  1. Like someone said - I barely watched as it was - but another dead Sheila and more Liam and creepy Thomas, and dead brain Finn suddenly lovin dead Mom, Ick. I tell ya —I’d give one hell of a Fentnyl storyline and give this cast an enema.
  2. Sop that up with a biscuit. Prolly 2
  3. Exactly what I said at the beginning of this character. He’s a character you just don’t dislike him but - kinda bland personality. Like Andrew Shue on Melrose - please Allisthunnnn. Just meh. Great to look at and my dog Truvy loves him - she goes apeshit when she hears his voice. She connects him with Bibberty and the Liberty Music….and gets confused because she connects it with the Liberty dog walker one with the barking dogs and rabbit. She hears his voice and barks thinking it might be the dogs or the Liberty music. and I’ve griped for years about KKLs baby talk whispery thing. I don’t remember people agreeing with me.
  4. Victor: have you been in touch with my fohmuh wife Nikkehhhh - the mother to my children Nicholas and Victoriaaaa? Brad’s Dad had God awful scripts sometimes. Cringe
  5. Just reading gives me whiplash. I’ll pass on all of this.
  6. But that’s really been the case since the beginning with B&B. In time zones where it directly follows Y&R - B&B has always bled out viewers. If it had been prime time B&B would have been moved or cancelled after the first couple of years but I think - it was a Bell show so they let it slide. By now they don’t care. They have no other options other than The Talk - the Pregame!
  7. Friday I turned it on and saw Sheila explain how Steffy just wants her dead and isn’t that terrible, Finn!? And he did stupid face. Click off. I cannot but I don’t know why - when I suggested a year ago that Finn will end up with Hope for a period or it’s just another character to be destroyed by Sheila —- people got angry. Oh well. It’s Sheila - it’s never anything different. Even if someone kills her she’s not dead so it doesn’t matter.
  8. Lord I watched 5 minutes on the right day….I had no idea I was watching something important haha. As usual I agree. It’s literally rape. It kind of is wrecking Zende forever like Thomas. Ew.
  9. Well it’s kind of the same story as Caroline banging the hell out of Thomas because she thought it was - Who? Rick? Now it’s Luna takin her man RJ for a hot ride. Except it was Zende. Yawn.
  10. I haven’t seen much but tuned in for 5 minutes and saw oh - Thomas tapes Caroline because she woozy, Zende rapes Luna cause she woozy. Damn the obvious repetition.
  11. I haven't watched it at all but I agree with all of this. During the Eric story when I tuned in for 5 minutes then read here, I was lost, but not lost. Eric had a disease that Finn had an experimental treatment he's heard of (huh?), but involved very experimental blood cleansing + organ transplants (which one? All?), anyway, etc. etc. Then he was ready to be removed from a ventilator, and they pull an oxygen mask from his face, lolllll. It had no tube attached, but whatever. It's cartoon. And toss in a day with Finn being angry that Thomas disrespected Steffy. ??? Disrespected how? He said himself "I'm a grown ass man", and Steffy said YOU ARE, YOU ARE a grown ass man! So - what was the problem? With Thomas saying - mind your own business. And - before Hope even BANGED Thomas the BIG TIME....she SAID TO HIM, CAN YOU HANDLE THIS. ? Me not knowing what I want, but I want THIS. So? They both wanted a piece. So now if it drives him crazy that Hope is now done with "the piece", and it causes him to go crazy because he will lust for her piece, then - that's on HIM. If it makes him nuts, then it makes him nuts. I stopped wondering, and stopped watching that day. I don't know what's happened since. KA as Taylor (I have to admit, and I think I secretly hate this show because I so loved GL and ATWT, but over the years they had the BEST recasts at times, never to be topped)....but even I have to admit, this may actually be a case of a recast I like better than the original. HT pales in comparison to KA. I mean, to me is just IS. That sucks for her and for DB for a one day show to explain his departure? Over Taylor? I don't think I want to catch up.
  12. At the time - and I said the same - but I was very quickly corrected on here that it was a great story because they removed a tumor. It’s DAYS writing. He must have had the tumor his whole life or something. It wasn’t plausible at all. Just like Quinn kidnapping and shacking up with Adam, trying to choke Ally out and push her off a footbridge, shoving Ivy off a bridge, engineering dude’s death to get a diamond, and on and on. The show became a cartoon years ago. I haven’t seen it since Eric took a breath in the hospital. When was the blood cleansing transfusion and the scary experimental treatment that Finn invented or something?
  13. I cannot stand Steffy - so it's hard for me to find something to like about this show. I saw that little bit. And Finn.....being.....offended for something. ??? Because....your nosy-assed wife cannot keep herself out of other people's business? What was there to be upset about? Thomas told her to back off and mind her own business? And that's a problem how? Because Steffy usually gets herself "set" and is good to go with her life. Then like her grandmother has to gloat or cause problems elsewhere. This is the same girl that a year ago, or less than 6 months ago....says to Hope "saw ya lookin' at my brother". "Ya lookin' at Thomas?" Mind your own business, letch. Go take care of that man of yours before Brooke or Hope do. LOL.
  14. Well, I may have looked down there, but needed to qualify it - since if you do such things and don't love Kimberlin Brown we're apparently just looking for porn.
  15. It’s laughable to me since he’s lucky to have ever worked or he literally would have been that “wait who was the guy who was in Player? Wait was that the band’s name?” Guy. He woulda been that guy. He honestly ranted on behalf of Susan also. That’s as icky as his scarfy dirty man bun needs to shave look. In the other pic of RJ and (Luna?)? Since I may also have looked down there - I then looked over and saw Luna’s Amazon quality boots that do not go with that outfit - awful. Put her in some Dr. martens combat boot - maybe one with the embroidered rose - something to indI ate young retro fashion)….
  16. I’ve known nothing really about this one other than I thought - you just don’t let this happen - she’s guilty. But Chris Evert X’d or tweeted or whatever - that she believes she’s innocent. Mentioned that (I think) put her trust in a trainer that failed her. I’m interested now.
  17. Has there ever been mention of - how many organs Eric will need or why the blood needs to be cleansed? What’s the experimental treatment for?? That master Doctor Finn will do - what? Or has the show indeed reached the point of - it’ll just be a brain transplant that Sheila will perform after she opens the door to the Forrester basement where she has a room full of Sheila look alike robots who use AI to turn back time, and then Sheila is actually Lauren and …..
  18. I have no idea what people are seeing at this point. She’s never been anything better than mediocre. I’ve said for years she’s Stefano and I never watched DAYS, ironically I think she was involved with the same actor here - but I stopped watching during that period because it was clear to me that for some reason B&B was determined to follow Y&R and have it become the Sheila show and there would be no explanation to anything she ever does with plot holes everywhere and you just are expected to forget and move on. And no - for some reason some people do not see the awful squinting and reverting to the exact same dialogue that has been said for decades. Kimberlin has shown her ability - wonderful. NO CHARACTER is worth the stupidity. Aside - I saw the end yesterday- what does Eric need transplanted and why? There seems to have been explanations I missed. What’s the disease and need for blood transfusions and blood cleansing and transplants of what? What’s the guy’s problem? I missed it. Is everyone going to be shocked when the match for blood and all organs is Sheila!!!? Wow!!? Loll Whatever - but whatever transplants better come from family members (or Sheila of course) because at nearly 90 years old, you’re not going to be on transplant lists. Eric needs a brain? Heart plus lungs? One kidney and a liver?
  19. I so hope Finn can save Eric! What a nail biter! Gag. The problem with Sheila is that too much attention has been given to her and two shows have allowed themselves to be eaten by the character with no explanation and frankly - I no longer care about what Sheila did to anyone and I don’t care because all of the characters were written to be stupid. And I don’t know how we got to a place that people would think Kimberlin Brown was worth all of this. I don’t care about a Feelaya, Pheloa or a Sarah or Sugar or any of those people. If you’re going to write a story for two shows it can’t be 30 years later. The Sheila ship needed to be introduced to a good iceberg 15 years ago.
  20. I saw the last 7 or 8 minutes - I guess we would know if Susan Flannery was going to appear in the great white and tell Eric to please go back through the light to Donna. We don’t want you here yet. Lollll
  21. The little I’ve seen, that’s it in a nutshell. It’s fine to be free wheeling and write the show with bed hopping and marriages by the week, annulments the next week, - and on to the next. On this show it’s by the week. Sure, if that’s the show you want. Don’t be surprised that the viewers change - to expect surface level only and the reactions and emotional heartstrings aren’t there. But this is the result. You reap what you sew and there’s no thought - why should the viewers care? And we had the “last party” with Stephanie. It’s old hat. This sours viewers more when you drag this out then - oops - Eric really just has long haul Covid and a hangnail, y’all! Thank GOD! Woo hoo! Someone mentioned Katie. Has she cried and gone into hysterics recently? No? She will, they need to give her Emmy reel material. Anyone that got an Emmy after about 2005 to 2010 needs an asterisk next to it (*90% of the really good actors and actresses who were in this category were the victim of a cancelled show). I try to remember there’s people on the other end of the role, but honestly - they’ve gotten a good life out of it. They phone it in 50% of the time or more. Like people I work with that still Take up salary budget but are on vacation 3 months out of the year. John will be fine I’m sure but Bold has churned out crap for years. It deserves what it gets.
  22. I haven't seen the show since I posted in the November thread, but - what I mentioned is that - I feel like the reason you're seeing the ambivalence in general feelings toward Eric - I still feel, he was not developed. We just don't care about the character all that much. He was just always a philandering dress designing fashion house owner - and that's.....kind of it. I've never felt sympathy for him. I don't know why, but I'm confident we don't get the warm and fuzzies about Eric, because we just don't truly care about an underdeveloped character. I'll go to other shows as examples. The one I know best, which is - and always will be IMO on another level when it comes to developing characters. And you can tell, because we adjusted to new actors or actresses in the role - because we loved the character(s). Alan Spaulding, Ed Bauer, Can't imagine people screaming that they want them "gone" and just die already. Played by numerous actors. But the character was such a part of the show, it didn't necessarily matter who played them. Yes, we had our favorites. We didn't want the character dead and gone. Blake. Pretty much grew to love every actress because that character was born into a whopper of a situation and little Chrissy had to navigate having a strong anti-hero as a Dad with people constantly judging her. And she embraced becoming the wild cat. Dinah, almost ditto - we ended up growing to love the actress that stepped in because - what a character. There are other examples on shows I didn't even watch. Alexandra - my opinion but I didn't dislike any actress that played her. I loved every one of them. Beverlee McKinsey was the gold standard, but I didn't dislike when Marj Dusay played her nor even Joan Collins - she BROUGHT it in that short time in the role. But we LOVED Alexandra as a character. Another World and Vicky/Marley - played by different actresses but that character "had it together" to sustain it. In support of what I'm saying - so legendary that I didn't even watch AW and I know this.
  23. I tuned in for 5 minutes - and it's another "Eric's Journey to Death" day. Carter talking about it. Flippo Change-o channel-o. And I watched Golden Bachelor last night and I cannot stop using the word 'journey'.
  24. Well God yes I'd want Sheila gone first but they're never going to do it. But I caught about 5 weird minutes of Li with Poppy or - it's her sister. But anyone she's around, Li is irritated by or she fights or she's -- despisable. I don't even know why she's suddenly crazy not-so-rich asian woman on the edge. Bad Santa!
  25. I haven't seen much to be honest - in weeks. This month. But I feel like I've seen a couple of very touching moments with Eric/John M. - and then a few days later, we regress, repeat dialogue, and get to the exact same moment again. And again. I don't think this is a way to send out a long term actor and character. But then again, I also don't agree with making Scott Clifton become 'cray' as Liam. He's delivered and made some sow's ear dialogue and material look like cotton. I won't say turned sow's ear into silk because NOTHING on this show is silk. But I'm just not into the redemption of Thomas and Hope, and the few minutes I saw of Li one day made her absolutely despisable to me. I didn't think I'd want Sheila to kill off any additional characters, and she will be the last standing on any show she infects - but Li can go. For me it's the difference in B&B and other shows that I truly loved over the years. There are just no loveable characters on this show and it sticks out like a sore thumb. We don't really care that Eric is dying because honestly - he was never a developed character - 30 or 40 years and - never truly developed. He really never loved any of the women he was with, just like all the men on this show. It's like "On to the NEXT!" with all of the characters on this show and who they sleep with and "marry". Then it's divorce, marriage to someone else and pregnant the very next week. It makes people not care. That's what you're seeing with Eric. There's no explanation to his "disease", and B&B is masterful at just saying people are dying and it's just so offhanded and emotionless. Who cares?
