Abby says she has decided to invest large chunk of her money into his label. She also tells him she wants to buy Crimson lights and that they can use it as a platform to showcase new talent. Devon is trilled and thankful as he hugs her again. Abby is happy as the man she is in love with is hugging her. She savors the moment, smelling his cologne turns her own. She wishes it could be like this all the time. Kay holds a press conference at Newman. She announces she is now the owner and CEO of Newman Enterprises due to an agreement with Victor Newman. A reporter asks Kay if her take over means that Victor is for sure going to jail? Kay says no comment as she leaves the podium. Genoa City and the business world are stunned at Kay’s announcement. At Tucker’s Tucker and Ashley turn the TV after watching Kay’s press conference. Tucker says this is amazing. Ashley says it sure is shocking. Kay at Newman. Who would have though it.” Ashley says she has to know what is going in Victor’s mind and she is going to go see him. Tucker says ok. He sits on the news that his mother now owns the most powerful company in business. He wonders how he can take advantage of this situation. Jack meets Nikki at the Club. He gives her a hug. He tells her its good to see her again. Nikki tells jack that she feels betrayed by Kay. Jack says he knows he just saw Kay’s announcement and calls it shameful. Jack promises Nikki he is going to help her get it back. Nikki smiles at Jack and gives him another hug. Michael is visiting with Eden and Gloria at Crimson Lights when Michael is served divorced papers. As he reads them he is shocked to learn that Lauren is suing for sole custody of their son. The only thing Victor says is that he always knew this day would come. Where people would try to destroy him like right now by locking him up. “So in that event, I went to Kay and we signed a secret agreement. And hence that agreement is being acted upon my son. Kay will now own and will take over Newman.” Nick tells Victor he has lost the rest of his mind. Victor says “we’ll see my boy. I’m Victor Newman, I always got plan.” Michael and Gloria meet up at the Athletic Club. Michael tells her that Lauren kicked him out. He tells her it’s because of all the things he did with Victor. Especially keeping Billy from Delia. Gloria is stunned. She tells him she supports him no matter what. Rafe arrives at Michaels’ old apartment at Lauren’s request. Lauren thanks him for stopping by. Rafe says no problem, he is just curious as to what this is all about. Lauren tells him she wants to file a divorce from Michel and obtain sole custody of their son Fenmore. Rafe is stunned. So what I would not stand by you but it didn’t mean I was going to sell you out Victor!” Victor : Is that so?” Michael : Yes that is so. So I decided to put an end to all of this, you killing people. You’re either with me or against me and you chose the latter you shady character. Phyllis is getting spooked. Suddenly the Mystery Woman punches Phyllis in the face and then takes off. Billy an Chloe meet up for a drink at The Athletic Club. They end up kissing. At Jabot, Jack lays into Jill over catching her kissing his son Keemo. He reminds her that she was once married to his grandfather and his dad also. He tells her she is to old to be acting so trashy and classless. Jill actually agrees and don’t know what came over her kissing Keemo. Jill is reduced to tears as she thinks of her son Billy. Jack says that’s right, what would your son Billy think about you? Keemo tries to calm Jack down. He tells him he promises to stay away from Jill. Keemo tells Jack that if he rehires Jill he promises not to see Jill ever again as childish as it may sound. Jack agrees and Jill is thankful. At Newman . Nikki has arrived again to argue her point about Brash and Sassy to Nick. Nikki: You know son, I think you are being highly unreasonable not giving more thought to revving this line. It represents Victoria. It would be her voice in this company. Victoria feels the same way.” Nick : Wait mom, you went to Vicki with this?” Nikki: I had no other choice. You won’t listen to me.” Nick : That’s kind of selfish. Victoria is already going through enough with getting her face reconstructed with out you adding non sense on top of it.” Nikki ( standing up in an outrage) NON SENSE! You’re being an ass just like your father. If you won’t revive Brash and Sassy then I am going to take it else where.” Then strangely Kay walks in having over heard what Nikki just said. How dare you!” Kay : Nikki, I’m the new owner and CEO of Newman!” Nick and Nikki are SHCOKED! Next Week : The after math of Kay’s take over and Abby ups the ante in her war with Devon in a HUGE WAY! Sucks you in and spits you back out.” Michael: That’s exactly what he did after I told him the jig was up and that I would no longer defend him. That’s when he told Lauren about my role in everything. Now I’ve lost her. Thanks to Victor.” Phyllis tells him it will be ok and now he can help her around the house since she is blind. “It will be nice have a good friend around.” Outside the apartment the Mystery Woman learns Phyllis is blind. “Perfect. Now I can really get this Bitch! It‘s going to be easier than I thought since the bitch is blind as a bat” The mystery woman says. The Young and the Restless Episode 49: Jack catches Keemo and Jill kissing again! Written by ML Cooks Creative Consult: Soap Boy 94 Nikki confronts Nick over his refusal about Brash and Sassy. Nick explains to her that he feels “this is not a good time for Newman to delve money into reviving and old line that was only moderately successful. Their stocks are down and for that matter sales are too and our brand is tarnished thanks to dad. I think we need to play safe and build upon what Newman already has and keep a low profile. I don’t think Newman needs anything splashy right now. We need the attention off of us.” He says. Her response “ Brining back Brash and Sassy would do all the thing you just said. Take the attention of all the negativity of our name and give the spotlight to Brash and Sassy. People are already familiar with the brand. This is a good time now to stop Jabot dead in it’s tracks. Nick tells her they have Beauty of Nature for that. He says his decision is final. Nikki walks away. Nick doesn’t know what to make of his mom’s business plan. Eden knocks on Michael’s door but Lauren answers. Eden says she is looking for her brother. Lauren tells her that Michael moved out. Then she slams the door in Eden’s face. Eden is stunned. Noah visits Victor in jail. Victor smiles and says its good to see him. Noah tells his granddad that he will stand by him. Victor is happy. At Jabot. In Jill’s office, Jill and Keemo are in close contact as she is showing him stuff on her computer. He leans in and plants a kiss on her. She returns the kiss and it’s get more passionate until Jack walks in and catches them. She then tells him that since he can’t be his own man and not Victor’s Bitch then she is going to take Fenmore from him. She instructs Michael to move out immediately. Michael is at a loss for words as he know he has really messed up. The Young and the Restless Episode 48: Lauren breaks up with Michael Written by ML Cooks Creative Consult: Soap Boy 94. Avery knocks on Nicks door at the tack house. Nick opens it and upon seeing Avery’s face, he slams the door right back in her face. Avery is appalled but doesn’t let it get to her. She tells herself at least she tried. If Nick wants to act like a big baby then he can do that by himself. She leaves. Nick on the other hand is holding Summer in his arms and wonders if he should have been so cold to Avery. Nate arrives at the Abbott House to see Abby. Abby is impressed that he showed up on her door step. He tries to explain to her what Roxanne was doing and what he wanted to do. He tells her that yes he likes her and that yes Roxanne wants him to date her only to keep your mind off of Devon. Abby says she really appreciates his honesty. Nate tells her he promises her he would never do anything to hurt her. Abby appreciates it and gives him a hug. She tells him she will still go out on their date. Nate is surprised and happy that his plan went better than he expected. Nate tells her he look forward to it. He leaves. Murphy visits Jill at Jabot. Jill is very surprised that Murphy is at Jabot and there to see her. She asks him what she can do for him. Murphy explains it’s Katherine. “She’s doing to much with this Victor mess. She has to slow down. This is not good for her health. Running Chancellor Industries and now getting involved with the Newman night mare. It’s just too much. She’s even letting this Newman mess come between us. “ Jill tells him she understands where he is coming from and that she will have a talk with Kay and try to convince her to slow down. Murphy thanks her before he leaves. Nikki calls Victoria in Japan and tells her about Brash and Sassy. She then tells Vicki that Nick shot her idea down and that she is not having it. She says the women of this family deserved to be heard and we will Victoria. “I have a plan to get my way.” Victoria, who’s face is still bandaged up from her early stages of treat ment tells her mom that she is sounding like Victor. Nikki says not at all. “I’m just not going to be a push over no more. For no one and that includes your father. He has hurt this family enough and enough is enough.” The Mystery Woman is staking out Phyllis’s place sees Michael Baldwin arrive with suitcases. She gets closer to the window to see if she can hear them talk to gain some informations. Meanwhile, inside Michael tells Phyllis that Lauren kicked him out. At the Chancellor House Billy, Chloe and Chordelia are in the living room. Billy is mad after learning that Chloe told her mother about their affair. She says no. He tells her they can’t do this anymore. Delia interrupts them and says she wants of them to live together again. Chloe and Billy are stunned and heart struck as they look at each other . Episode 47: Michael Baldwin’s Comeuppance! Written by ML Cooks At the Abbott Manor. Abby is talking with Ashley about her issues with Devon and Roxanne. Abby says she is really falling for Devon but Roxanne is standing in her way. Ashley asks her what does Devon say. Abby says that Devon told her he is going to propose to her. Ashley tells her daughter it sounds like she should give up Devon and that maybe Nate might not be bad for her after all. Abby is appalled. Malcolm runs into Sophia and Moses at Crimson Lights. She approaches him. She tells him he was right about Cane having his own babies. Malcolm asks her then why didn’t she say anything when she had the chance? Sophia says she felt it wasn’t her place and that Neil had his mind already made up. Malcolm says well to little too late. “I hope you all are happy.” He sees Leslie walk in and brushes Sophia off to greet Les. Sophia is not happy. She wonders to herself what is she going to do. At Neil’s, Neil asks Devon if he thinks he made a mistake by taking Cane’s kids. Devon says no he doesn’t. He doesn’t trust Cane and all Cane has done so far is lie to everyone about his past. Neil says he’s right. He is just having second doubts. He confesses it’s been a major strain. Sophia has taken Moses and moved out. Devon is stunned. Neil says that Sophia thinks it was not fair to her or Moses that I took Cane’s kids. Devon says he can understand her point as well. Neil says he is stuck. The Mystery Woman finds Phyllis’s apt. She keeps a low profile but at the same time scopes the place out to see what kind of traffic is coming in and out of her house. She says “ Soon Bitch, I’m going to get you!” Lauren arrives back at her home only to see Michael looking nervous. She says you should be. Lauren: I can’t believe you! What kind of man are you!? Victor told me everything!! How you helped him conspire to keep Billy away from Delia while she was sick!” She walks up to him and slaps him. Lauren: What kind of man did I marry? You have a child yourself! I can’t believe you would keep Billy from his daughter. The Abbott’s are friends of ours. “ Michael(Trying to interject) Lauren I’m sorry!” Lauren slaps him again. “I can’t even stomach to hear your voice right now. I don’t know who you are. Michael it’s over! I can’t be married to a man that has become Victor Newman’s Bitch! That’s exactly what you are and have been all this time. All those times you were away for long hours leaving me and Fenmore here you were out keeping Billy from his sickly daughter. I won’t be married to a man like that. IT’S OVER MICHEAL!! GET OUT!”

At Devon’s Studio, Roxanne dares Abby to tell Devon what she has to tell him about her. Abby is surprised. So Abby tells Devon what Roxanne has been planning with Nate. Roxanne says she was only trying to help Abby. “She’s making something out of nothing“. In fact Devon thinks Nate dating Abby might not be a bad thing after all. Roxanne smiles at Abby. Abby is mad and storms out after her plan to make Rox look bad to Devon didn’t work. In fact it back fired. Abby storms out. Episode 46: Abby’s plan backfires! Written by ML Cooks Nikki arrives at the Abbott House. Jack tells her it’s wonderful to see her. Nikki says she wishes she was in a better mood. Jack asks her what is wrong. Nikki tells Jack how Nick is acting like an ass this time around being in charge of Newman. She also says that she wants to spin the Brash and Sassy brand off from Newman and make it a stand alone after Nick rejected her proposal in reviving it. Jack is very stunned that Nikki has this new business savvy. Jack likes the idea. In fact Jack tells her she can bring Brash and Sassy to Jabot. At Michael’s Apt. Gloria tells her son about her new deal with Keemo. She is very excited to be rebuilding. But she also notices that Michael is extremely distant. She expected more arousing reaction out of him with her news. The only thing on Michael’s mind is what is Victor telling Lauren. At Neil’s Apt. Olivia is visiting Neil and helps him with her niece and nephew. Neil tells her maybe he shouldn’t have taken Cane’s kids with out talking with Sophia first. He tells her that Sophia moved out. Olivia is shocked. She says Sophia does have a point. She tells him that they have to make decisions together now. Olivia asks Neil about ever making peace with his brother. Neil says he doesn’t know if Malcolm will ever forgive him. Billy arrives at the Chancellor Estate to see Delia. Esther is very cold toward him and Billy wonders why in his mind. Chloe walks down the stairs and he asks her why is her mother acting so cold towards him. Chloe admits that she told her mom about their affair. Billy is not happy. Keemo tells Jack that he is going to make a name for himself in Genoa City. Keemo is excited about his new project he is investing in. Jack says he is glad to hear it and he tells his Asian son he is proud of his drive and that with his help soon Jabot will be number one. There will be no more Newman Enterprises. Jack does wonder what Keemo’s new project is…. Next: Delia throws a monkey wrench in Chloe and Billy’s affair as the Mystery Woman finds her target!

Glo tell shim the story of how Jeff stole her money, then her night club being bombed and how she plans to rebuild. Keemo tell sheer he’ll be an investor maybe even silent partner if she agrees to go on a date with him. Glo is very flattered. But she reluctantly agrees. She tells him she is taking their son and moving in with Tucker until she decides her next move. She tells Neil that Moses is getting the short end of the stick as she is too and it’s not being fair to the twins, Moses Cane or even himself for that matter. Neil begs her to stay but Sophia doesn’t listen and leaves any way. Neil is devastated. At Newman, Nick tells Nikki he is going to pass on Brash and Sassy right now. He explains to her he doesn’t think NE can take such a huge risk and really can’t afford to make any new major investments until their stock and sales stabilize. Nikki is is mad arguing that Brash and Sassy is thee type of venture NE needs right now to take the light of all the negativity. Nick tells her his decision stands and that her’ sorry. Nikki says just like that? Nick says yes. Nikki storms out. At Devon’s recording Studio, Abby has arrived upset. She tells Devon she has something to tell him. Roxanne walks in. Abby says she has something to tell him and it’s about Roxanne. Devon is confused. At the Jail, Lauren has arrived to see Victor. He tells her its good to see her. Lauren asks him what does he want. Victor begins to tell Lauren Michael’s role in all his crimes especially the one about kidnapping Billy and keeping him away from Delia while she was sick. Lauren is sick to her stomach. The mystery woman finally finds an address for Phyllis. She leaves the library and says “Phyllis Newman must pay!”…. Next: The stakes are raised in all the stories and by weeks end I deliver another shocking Friday cliffhanger surrounding Kay Chancellor as I make history on The Young and the Restless.
